    I've said it before, but insist I repeat myself. @EE 's app and website have to rank amongst the WORST their possibly is. It never bloody works, and you constantly have to reset passwords 😤

    @EE Yes, it says “there seems to be a problem... Sorry we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back later”. It has been doing this since I tried to logon yesterday. It’s the same with the website.

    @EE you're a complete joke! Apparently you can't post out to me a claim form for a stolen/missing tech order. You never heard of @RoyalMail ? I think they've been collecting and delivering letters for over 500 years! You're a complete joke of a company..

    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    Four times I've now spoken to you @EE this week about a lost or STOLEN tech order....I'm still in limbo. Pathetic this it really is. You'll be hearing from the police as I've reported this as theft. You've been absolutely no help thus far to me. Shambles outfit you are.

    Its annoying to think I'm paying over £60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about £5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

    Hello @EE I appear to have had a massive signal strength drop to my 4G box. My postcode begins with G41 (Glasgow area) Ive trouble shooter the router and can see no fault with it.

    @ee what on earth is happening with your mobile network coverage. I travel the country 5 days a week and there are more and more black spot areas where I cant get an internet connection while driving up and down the nations motorways. What have you guys changed?

    @EE hello EE I'm assisting a 83 year old pensioner to cancel a not yet started service she mistakingly signed up for yesterday, I called you and spoke to Sebi who closed it and said she would receive email confirmation , this was 9am when will email be sent please? Nothing yet?

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Please look at which provider offers the best coverage, I moved from o2 as their coverage was so poor. EE is much better! I’m now sim only and pay £30 a month with EE for unlimited data, calls and texts etc.

    @EE Why is streaming cut off at 200gb on the Isle Of Man? I’m sick to death of this regressive bullshit 17 years ago it was perfect, now I pay more than ever & it’s ****! @SureIOM used to be good, now it’s worse than it ever was before we even had 3-4g Starlink next year

    @EE I have already spoken to multiple ‘customer service’ agents and lodged multiple complaints but EE fail to follow up with me, do not reimburse me (multiple empty promises!) and close my complaints as ‘resolved’ within 24hrs despite no follow up and zero resolution. Disgraceful!

    @EE Sadly the cottage I'm staying in has we WiFi on sim dongle so it doesn't work. Luckily I can connect in the pub to check messages but I'm not ringing customer service from a pub when surely you can just check your system and drop me a DM

    @DinaGlyphs @EE MSO is an OpenReach issue. It means you, and likely any neighbours using OpenReach, are affected. EE can’t speed it along. OpenReach will fix it, but it’s up to OpenReach to fix unfortunately
