  @ladystardust31 It’s just awful. I have had some good experiences ( @EE who were lovely) and some bad including her Bank who told me it could take 8 weeks to stop sending unpleasant letters about her unpaid Visa bill despite having seen her death certificate twice.

  @SakuraSam3 @Virgin I had to put an out of office on as I can't Hotspot my mobile with @EE (which has amazing customer service by the way) all day. And @Virgin is so expensive we are looking for other providers atm

  @EE they say been awarded best network says who? Hear at ee if you don’t get any coverage in your house and other people it fine to them wi fi calling should do the job what if u don’t have wi fi then u just don’t get signal and can’t get online no matter if you pay contract

  @EE frustrating when I can’t get any 5G whilst I’m on holiday park in the uk. I been waiting for an important phone call but no 5G means no phone signal. My husband phone is O2 and that works full 5G.

  @grantaddick100 @EE Anything for companies to rip customers off. We must be lying about our complaint, not, they pay their employees poorly so employees don’t do their job properly, and somehow we’re the problem 🙄

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @hridoyreh @OrevaZSN Similar with @EE. Locked out. Won’t receive SMSs or calls. They took my € for top up (I thought that was the cause of no SMSs). I can’t get to the website. Password not recognised. Can’t change it because the SMS never arrives. Luckily it is not my primary number. Good bye EE.
