Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

Hilary Hendy🏴 (@hilaryhendy) reported@EE I have to say your support is exceptionally poor. For months now, I have been trying to resolve an issue with your app and now I cannot access TNT support. I called last week and was told to wait 72 hours. Called today and told to wait 7-10 days. Awful service.
