I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible Youโll have to explain to @EE why they lost ยฃ1100 year contract

Having done this I receive a text message to say I donโt have an account with EE??!! If that is the case then why are you taking money from my bank account. This is really trashy service and rather than run around in circles for the next 3 months I will switch. But how can I cancel an account that does not exist? What a total shower.
