@EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously frustrating.

@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

I am not usually one for a Twitter rant but MY GOD @EE has pushed me to the edge today. For the FOURTH day in a row, EE has gone down in Dickens Heath - no calls in or out. Hilariously, the live chat agent advised me to "speak to my boss and not use my phone for work matters".

@EE wife got phone for me believing it was plus size (not shown phone in store )which I need due to poor eyesight ..tried to return it today told she can’t so stuck with useless phone for 2 years
