  @EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously frustrating.

  Its annoying to think I'm paying over £60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about £5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @jdklfc @EE Yeah so EE should just pay all the other companies to use their infrastructures around the world? Sure - not EE’s problem. It’s an industry problem. The infrastructure behind roaming is vastly complex, and with complexity comes costs that your basic AF contract doesn’t cover.

  @ee #o2 sort out your masts near # Iwade Kent. 4hrs stuck in traffic with terrible service on both networks barely communicate either anyone. This is 2026 sort it out
