    @EE @pedro188867 Isn't that the problem though, if you think we can "expect good service" when there is none, maybe the stats your working from aren't so reliable.

    Its annoying to think I'm paying over ยฃ60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about ยฃ5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

    been through account security questions with @EE customer support so many times while trying to get our mobile plans sorted out that I have now memorised the last 4 digits of my bank account number

    @ee Hello, the UKโ€™s most reliable network! I have no 4g/5g on my phone at all. No data. Which has made my phone absolutely useless when I need it most! Is there a plan to acknowledge or fix this problem?

    @EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

    @EE again absolute shocking service from EE ordered additional handset for my bussiness over 4 days ago, no order confirmation, when I ring CS passed through multiple departments which results in automated message saying that are too busy to speak to anyone. EE are a joke really

    @EE We already have every day for the past 5 weeks multiple failed visits itโ€™s been escalated so many times with an open complaint still keep blaming each other, on the verge of cancelling the contract as youโ€™re not providing the service weโ€™ve signed up for and going elsewhere

    @EE @Starlink Itโ€™s dreadful and the amount of my time itโ€™s wasted is appalling. The cavalier attitude of your customer disservice people is cringe-worthy and nothing like the โ€˜best customer service for 30 yearsโ€™ your pantomime voice answering system claims. You need to put it right as theyโ€™re your boxes (2 nd set as the others were recycled on EE instructions in July.

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE Yet again another failure of Service, Fibre went down on 14th, engineer showed up Daniel Cox today, internet went down again after 1hr thatโ€™s all properties on the road again. Itโ€™s just not good enough!!!

    @mattsprake @O2 @EE I also left 02 after 15 years and went to EE even on full signal phone hardly ever worked. EE far better with more 5G
