Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
