@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

@EE My phone has stopped charging and the battery charger is losing its charge very quickly but they won't repair it because the phone has a chip on the screen no where the charger port only had the phone six months don't believe them steer clear of this network

@EE Absolutely disgusting customer service from @EE they have taken £414 from my wife’s account without any prior notice. A mistake owing to an insurance claim, notified them of the issue and have had to raise a complaint which may take 8 weeks to resolve! No apology in the call!
