Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. So work was painfully slow, and now Iโm cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860โs house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE ๐ฑ

Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful
