    @EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

    @EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

    @EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

    I had a call from @EE tonight as they were aware that this year was the hardest since losing my Dad, spending most of the time on the phone to my doctor or through counselling service. Whoever I spoke to, showed genuine kindness and I’m still ‘done’ like a wreck. Thank you. 🌹

    @EE your service is shocking!requested callbacks,never happen! emailed,no reply!told would receive AirPods,never arrived! Emailed,no reply.Asked on Twitter Dm,told NO! Asked to listen to my calls but told they couldn’t but I could complain! spent hours chasing this,it’s a joke!

    @EE I have a problem with my account - can't phone you as kept on hold for hours, cant live chat you as no one available, cant sort problem out on my app. This is rubbish customer service - will look for another provider if you cant be bothered to retain the customers you have

    @EE Yes please. Harry Y who works at 28 Market St in Manchester is the reason we didn’t cancel our contracts after our previous experience. He’s a credit to your team and deserves some praise so if that could be handled I’d appreciate that
