Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Spoke with someone, put on hold whilst they looked into the mistake made by someone 5 days ago, left me on hold for 40 minutes, then transferred me to a different call centre who were very confused. Now told you are closing.
