Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

Joao Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.

Helen (@HParf) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.

Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE Spent 73 minutes on phone with Sebi (23 mins), Graham (12 mins) & Henry (38 mins) of EE earlier. I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!
