@EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

@EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

@EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

I love @EE and really don’t want to move network but I’ve just been in the EE store in Cardiff and for sim only I’m being offered 10 GB for £20. Went into @skytv and I’m being told 10GB for £10 with rollover data and send data to a friend! How could I not move? :(

@EE Yes , but EE customer service is lacking . Ordered an upgrade with option to trade in the old phone . Received the new phone , but no communication what to do with the old one ! Spent 3 hours trying to figure out what to do before I get charged and still did not get anywhere!

@EE network speeds below 1mbps again in EX32 9--. If you dare to tell me this is a one off again, I'm completely ******* done with you lot. This has been an issue for 6 WEEKS NOW!! I don't know what is going on with you clowns, but it needs to be sorted. This is unacceptable.
