I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Jenny (@JennyB311) reportedMy 96 year old gran who is more or less deaf and never wears her hearing aids has somehow got a voicemail service added to her phone by @BT @EE and now can’t get to it fast enough to answer it. My father phoned to cancel it and was told it’s cancelled but it’ll stay on her phone for a month. This is a very vulnerable elderly woman that has no requirement for voicemail. This should never have been added in the first place and it needs to be removed immediately! I wonder if someone got commission for setting this up?

The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), is broken on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!
