Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

Susie Keane (@SusieKeane15) reported@EE have treated me (a loyal customer of 20 + years) with no respect or loyalty over the last few days. I upgraded my phone and took out “full insurance” 3 weeks ago. I then had my phone stolen on Saturday, leaving me shaken and extremely distressed.
