    @EE Been with you for a good number of years and had no issues but in space of the pandemic and now you've increased the price and now this time a 14% increase. I feel like it's time to move onto another mobile provider.

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    @EE hi there, reported a fault with a landline on 26th October, still not working properly. Was told it would be 4 days, that’s now 14. Can someone look into this please?

    RIP our eetv service from @EE - the simplest, best value TV box out there. Gold star to the marketing t*****r who thought that was a good idea.

    Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

    @EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

    @EE 2/2 or a drivers license in order to arrange a contract for an iPhone. I have neither. I fail to understand why I need these. I no longer travel; I no longer drive. Can you clarify your position on this? Thanks

    @EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

    @Jambo_Ross @EE Mate I'm gonna do the same. Been with them/orange since the nineties. Recent customer service and issues with them have been incredible given how good they were.

    @EE You’ve been updating the service in my area for a few weeks now, BH20 4DN. So can you tell me why the service is still completely rubbish? Can’t phone anyone and the internet is non existent!! Be nice to get a reply rather than be ignored some more like you lot usually do.

    @EE are you having signal issues the last few weeks? Have gone from 4 to 1 bar on phone… not good, sometimes internet doesn’t even work despite it saying 4G

    FURIOUS with @EE customer service. Got through paying the upfront cost for a PS5 and the website kicked me off, then magically sold out. basically told tough. Registered to be told when stock would arrive but got nothing. Cannot wait to leave this shambles of a network!!!
