@EE Think EE has a cheek saying they have the best 5g coverage in Edinburgh I’ve been a customer for years and the 4g signal in Edinburgh is shocking I only stay with them because of the deal I have for 4 phones

@EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

@EE I did that earlier. Best offer was a summer deal for iphone 12, 40gb at £68p/month. I currently pay £64 (minus nhs discount) for 60gb. Why would i pay more for less? When a customer is willing to pay for early upgrade, you'd think there would be more on offer 🤔

@EE They said there was no idea on when the mast would be fixed and could take months as it's not a one day fix. It's been going on since early may and very frustrating as I can't get signal or use the Internet anywhere in my town.

@EE My son just bought a new contact with you today with a new iPhone 12 in his hand by 15:00 this afternoon delivered and set up by one of your consultants. Excellent service from EE and the guy who brought the phone. Now looking at this myself.
