Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. Complained and they said they would get the tablets picked up by DPD. DPD never arrived. After 4 further DPD no-shows we had to send them back via Royal Mail
