Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

@iMrMcP @EE Dunno but it's unpredictable as I've mentioned. At least I've got the 4G alive and kicking to support 🙂 although 20mbps is not too bad at all... for a 4G 😏

@EE The last time I tried, I put in all the info, it asked me to confirm that my email address was correct then redirected me to the login page, with no further message. But, as I say, I've not received an email and logging in doesn't work

@_BadCougar @EE EE have always had poor Broadband. None of the mobile companies do it well. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE I spoke with an agent yesterday regarding roaming data while travelling in Morocco and was given a one month data pass for around £10, when I turn on data roaming it does not seem to work. My mobile data off as I don’t wish to occur any further charges while away. Please help

@EE Hi, apparently a mast is down in my area and the customer advisors say there’s nothing you can do. Majority of my calls are cutting out and it’s very frustrating! Really disappointed with this and it isn’t about money, just want my calls to work!!!
