Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.

However, I called Creations @CurrysServices @currys who advised me to let direct debits go unpaid. Very poor and let down!

I have an 8pro and have constant disconnects and have to reset the WiFi all the time. No one seems to have a solution.
