EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • k71vnh kevin harding (@k71vnh) reported

As a @BT and @EE CUSTOMER paying over £160 pm the customer support I received today from BT was unhelpful, uncaring and appalling … customer lost

  • TeresaPaisley teresa hall (@TeresaPaisley) reported

@EE Yes I am . My contract with ee has ceased just want to check I can cancel the direct debit .

  • DJReadman Alternative Visuals (@DJReadman) reported

@EE Oh no you don’t this place is open 24 hours. We want service lol

  • GJRbluebird frankly (@GJRbluebird) reported

@EE Folks think seriously about joining EE, they've just hiked up their prices unfairly and the service and coverage are no better than other companies out there that offer the same but cheaper. Or if you can, consider SIM only deal, plenty of cheap options out there. I want out of EE

  • Purani_Genes T Ahmed (@Purani_Genes) reported

@EE I am new to EE. I have 5 mobile SIMS on my account. We have suffered from service disruptions twice in last 2 months. This is something that never happened to us when we were with @VodafoneUK for 12 years.I hope EE won't penalise me to switch to another network mid contract.

  • Ghoul_of_London ⚠️Skeleton O'Rourke⚠️ (@Ghoul_of_London) reported

@EE I've been reporting faults on your network for some time now, shouldn't you be confirming to be whether it's all sorted or not? EE used to be a decent data provider, what's happened?

  • rich_atkins Rich (@rich_atkins) reported

@Faymondo73 Exactly. Most contracts are for 24 months. The likes of @ee can do what they like when out of contract but raising mid-agreement is just a con. They can 'invest in the network' with an increase when the agreement is up and allow the customer to decide whether its worth staying.

  • Ryan_Cortinas Ryan C (@Ryan_Cortinas) reported

@EE @EE can you please reply to my other tweet for now £90 a month I expect 24/7 customer service and a phone that works correctly.

  • cookiepie500 Hazel (@cookiepie500) reported

@EE I pay enough money to you least you can do it sort your “best network coverage” out and do as you say, instead of just caring about money and putting peoples prices up. Your going to lose lots of custom when peoples contracts are up!

  • MartemBelli Martem Belli (@MartemBelli) reported

@EE this is getting crazy 5 years and still cant make or take a decent call over normal mobile signal in my area even though have a iphone 13 pro and 2 bars of signal. Sort it out EE
