    Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

    @Jambo_Ross @EE Mate I'm gonna do the same. Been with them/orange since the nineties. Recent customer service and issues with them have been incredible given how good they were.

    @EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

    @EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

    @EE can go on about being the best network provider as much as they want, it still doesn't change the fact they lied several times about data pack charges to me. It's one of the many reasons I finally ditched them So much happier on a decent provider

    @EE HELP NEEDED. The lack of competence and the inability to communicate with anyone that can resolve an issue. No one seems to respond. There is not voice access. The Chat people keep saying they can not do anything.

    @EE tried to have phone repaired 3 times in a month through EE- each time errors and zero communication. Apparently now it has been sent off from store (?) I now am without a phone and due to go away alone tomorrow. This is unacceptable customer service.

    @EE I spend £9k a year on contracts and you’ve show no loyalty regarding having broadband fitted into our holiday home. Don’t you know that the country is going into tough times. Open reach 3 surveys in 5 months. You want a grand to put broadband in. **** show!!!
