    Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE πŸ“±

    Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

    @EE can you help please. Despite having 99gb left on my usage according to the EE app I cannot connect or receive any messages when not on Wi-Fi!!!!

    @EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

    @EE Really? I have @EE and the reception in the Canonmills area of Edinburgh is terrible. My calls constantly cut out.

    @EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be Β£36 but it was Β£74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

    @EE hi there, reported a fault with a landline on 26th October, still not working properly. Was told it would be 4 days, that’s now 14. Can someone look into this please?

    @Jambo_Ross @EE Mate I'm gonna do the same. Been with them/orange since the nineties. Recent customer service and issues with them have been incredible given how good they were.

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    @EE we've been without any phone signal or 4G home broadband for the last 24 hrs in ZE2 9PT Not the 1st time this month. Seems like at least one outage per month just now (No EE cell signal at all. Currently using wifi at local shop) #EE Absolutely not fit for purpose.

    @EE Here we are again. Signal in my area is poor. You promise a great service and signal but you don't deliver. I'm down to 1 bar and I can't get a signal to talk to my family.

    @EE Submitted a complaint yesterday about upgrade experience. Was also told Weds night if any issues with it going through I would 100% be called back in 24 hours. Never happened. Would appreciate it got looked at asap.
