Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. Easy target for thieves, cut power, no 999 can be rang.
