@EE 2/2 or a drivers license in order to arrange a contract for an iPhone. I have neither. I fail to understand why I need these. I no longer travel; I no longer drive. Can you clarify your position on this? Thanks

Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

@EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

@EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

@EE Been with you for a good number of years and had no issues but in space of the pandemic and now you've increased the price and now this time a 14% increase. I feel like it's time to move onto another mobile provider.

@davethegeek @EE Ditched EE last year after many years. Their contracts were more than double the price of competitors and they no longer have the ability to boast about their network coverage as its simply no longer a game changer..Ditch em.

@EE Very difficult website to navigate and buy anything from. Text 150 and it comes back not working. Look for anything to write an email or even have a chatbot. Nix. Its an all-day event to call or run around the website. Surely EE you can do better?

@dpd_support I called to discuss my missing delivery of a parcel from @EE You were not prepared to tell me when the item will be delivered and slammed the phone down! I am prepared to take legal advice if I am charged for items you refuse to deliver.

@EE when the network will be working again in FY6 8JX. It's not been working since last Tuesday resulting in me being unable to make or receive calls, send or receive texts or having any access to the internet. My children are at school so l they need to be able to contact me.

@EE Guys, not sure what's going on but my internet is utterly ridiculous at the moment, it's so slow I can't even send an email. I pay like £80 a month and to be fair, I'm not getting the service.
