    @EE hi there, reported a fault with a landline on 26th October, still not working properly. Was told it would be 4 days, that’s now 14. Can someone look into this please?

    @EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

    @EE 2/2 or a drivers license in order to arrange a contract for an iPhone. I have neither. I fail to understand why I need these. I no longer travel; I no longer drive. Can you clarify your position on this? Thanks

    Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    @EE Been with you for a good number of years and had no issues but in space of the pandemic and now you've increased the price and now this time a 14% increase. I feel like it's time to move onto another mobile provider.

    @EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

    @EE can you help please. Despite having 99gb left on my usage according to the EE app I cannot connect or receive any messages when not on Wi-Fi!!!!

    @EE why is it impossible to speak to a manager? Are they frightened or simply don’t care. 2 elderly people in remote position shut down phone and Bband from Plusnet which worked but hasn’t connected to EE. Nobody appears concerned.

    The number on my @EE account is not, and has never been, my number….? Trying to add tech to my plan but as the number is not mine, I can’t get the text with a security code in order to take delivery. Don’t really wanna be sat on the phone for hours. How else can I change it?

    @EE That's the problem. I refused delivery of this item when Royal Mail tried to deliver it from the offset as I never asked for it. This was the 19th July. Wether you have this back or not is not really my problem. As I have said. I was told this was sorted when I called last week.

    @EE Me and my friend who lives far aaay are unable to call, message or contact each other in any way at all even via social media it's like there is a network issue between us or some sort of block or restriction in place but i only have this issue with her number 🤔🤔
