@EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

@EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

@EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

@EE Hi the App is now working but I have moved house and it won’t update my address details. Same for billing address so that is going to cause a problem come payment day. Still can’t access the website as an alternative. Or add on data.

@bt_uk I phoned EE on Saturday and they raised a complaint and promised to call back within 24 hours... They didn't. I have no data service. Never had a problem with @bt_uk mobile. I'm really sorry BT talked me into moving to @EE. All I wanted to do was add a family member to BT!

@bt_uk been having problems with my hybrid connect been sent a new one as my old one was faulty Set it up as the instructions state got a good connection to my hub but I can’t get it to get a signal anywhere in my house What am I paying for if the @ee signal I my area is rubbish!

@ee 7 days without internet, day 5 of bluster from your customer service / technical team, approaching 6 hours on your helpline, promises of call backs not made & responses dried up on DM etc. Do you think this is acceptable or should I try @VodafoneUK ?
