I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

You can’t deal with the people who deal with email complaints IN THE SAME COMPANY because it’s a different team. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.
