Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. I would say £25ph for inconvenience plus null payments during dispute is reasonable. Every email cost 1 hour. Phone calls by the minute rounding up. hth

Tony Crystal (@TonyCrystals) reported@TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.
