  • john_rafa Joao Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@iMrMcP @EE Dunno but it's unpredictable as I've mentioned. At least I've got the 4G alive and kicking to support 🙂 although 20mbps is not too bad at all... for a 4G 😏

  • jackmillerrfc Jack Miller (@jackmillerrfc) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE still waiting on a call back from phone calls at weekend. Following EE allowing someone to set a DD up in my name. Disgusting service, fraud company

  • Gothchick1977 Andrea Jepson (@Gothchick1977) reported from Inverkeithing, Scotland

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

  • MightyDrumbeat Simon Boothroyd (@MightyDrumbeat) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE Hello, I upgraded my SIM only contract yesterday for my phone and now my iPad won’t connect using its Shared Data SIM. I have tried resetting the iPad. I get a PDP authentication error. Please help.

  • paulforsyth7867 Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Rpearson081 @CEOemail @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken @EE @giffgaff As soon as my contract is up with Three, I'm moving to another service provider. Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

  • frvic93 frvic93 (@frvic93) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE The last time I tried, I put in all the info, it asked me to confirm that my email address was correct then redirected me to the login page, with no further message. But, as I say, I've not received an email and logging in doesn't work

  • public_Function publicFunction (@public_Function) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@_BadCougar @EE EE have always had poor Broadband. None of the mobile companies do it well. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

  • Gothchick1977 Andrea Jepson (@Gothchick1977) reported from Inverkeithing, Scotland

@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

  • kimdiane2685 Kim❤ (@kimdiane2685) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE is your network down as both my broadband and 4G isn’t working TIA Kim

  • RTPeat Richard Peat  (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

  • Lmac1985 laura mac (@Lmac1985) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE Yes i have a problem. I have sent a message. Just regarding my upgrade order that i just put through

  • frvic93 frvic93 (@frvic93) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE Thanks, I've tried that now. It now pings me back to the login page instead of giving me an error, but I can't log in and I don't have a confirmation email either

  • john_rafa Joao Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

  • YLSSarahRobbo Sarah Robertson (@YLSSarahRobbo) reported from Dunfermline, Scotland

@EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

  • LynseyTasker Lynsey Tasker (@LynseyTasker) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland

@Call_me_crazzzy @charlessecure @EE Hiya I’m not with EE but I was wondering if or how I could share this on my Facebook page as I know a few of my friends are on the network.

  • PaulCraig91 Paul Craig (@PaulCraig91) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@EE @O2 Her other device has since broke so, would be a massive help to her! 😅

  • stevomillar99 Steven Millar (@stevomillar99) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@EE are literally the worst phone company going. Charge people double their bill whenever they feel like it. Done with them now

  • Chris_________M Chris (@Chris_________M) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ee I am at the Edinburgh Fringe, and I simply have no data. Lots of signal and no data. This sucks, and not a very good advert for EE!

  • HarryBarnes Harry Barnes 🥾🌍 (@HarryBarnes) reported

@EE are you able to send me a new SIM card please? Google have asked me to test a new SIM to rule out a hardware issue.

  • BillyGstring Billy G (@BillyGstring) reported

@SolidusSnake95 @EE That's on a 36 month contract on a network that piggybacks on O2, which itself is a network you'd need to climb on a mast to make a call. Piss off

  • D3moralizer D3mo (@D3moralizer) reported

@EE Craigs gone awol so if someone can fix my data and tell me that would be 👍

  • BillyGstring Billy G (@BillyGstring) reported

@SolidusSnake95 @EE Settle down, cucky; O2's average download speed is 17MBs across the UK. Tesco Mobile will be slower than that coz it's a MVNO. You can't do math (36m vs 24m contract), you don't know how MVNOs act. Stick to Tesco, save 50p a month and be a happy idiot for all I care x

  • HallGrasmere Grasmere Hall (@HallGrasmere) reported

@EE Can you please tell me why yet again, we've no EE service in our area ? LA229TA

  • berkobabe Dee (@berkobabe) reported

@EE Apparently national problem expect more aggro
