@iMrMcP @EE Dunno but it's unpredictable as I've mentioned. At least I've got the 4G alive and kicking to support ๐Ÿ™‚ although 20mbps is not too bad at all... for a 4G ๐Ÿ˜

KEVP๐Ÿ€ (@KevinBubba) reported from Leven, Scotland

@ee I am at the Edinburgh Fringe, and I simply have no data. Lots of signal and no data. This sucks, and not a very good advert for EE!

  • john_rafa
Joao Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@iMrMcP @EE Neither do I. But that 5G speed is not to bad but I've seen higher. The 5G signal in Edinburgh is only fair next to my place, elsewhere in the city is terrible, tbh

  • public_Function
publicFunction (@public_Function) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@_BadCougar @EE EE have always had poor Broadband. None of the mobile companies do it well. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

  • ScottMcCaig
Scott McCaig (@ScottMcCaig) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE Hi my home broadband is currently down (probably due to the bad weather) any idea of a resolution time? I'm in Edinburgh. Tried the usual fixes.

@BuckleyKevin @EE @VodafoneUK Funny how they always try to blame everything else apart from their service. I've had the blame put on my house, my handset, where I work etc etc. Dire.

  • tootsieiam
tootsietweets (@tootsieiam) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now Iโ€™m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860โ€™s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE ๐Ÿ“ฑ

  • therealmuncie
Graham Muncie (@therealmuncie) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE why have you removed the 3 way calling functionality from your network? A service I was not told was being discontinued / would stop

  • RichardBentall
    Richard Bentall #FBPE @richardbentall.bsky.social (@RichardBentall) reported

@Gmcswineyyy @EE This is the worst I've come across for a long while. I am actually quite shocked about how I've been communicated with by their complaints team.

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if thereโ€™s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

  • mikegardner_wb
    Mike Gardner (@mikegardner_wb) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.

  • JanusPaulusG
    John Paul Gonzalez (@JanusPaulusG) reported

    @EE Not possible to fix

  • ChrisHa21736755
    Chris (@ChrisHa21736755) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

  • KeithBr89743464
    Keith Brown (@KeithBr89743464) reported

@EE @ee I do have an appointment for tomorrow but Iโ€™m pretty sure itโ€™s a bigger issue. Have you got any sort of update as Iโ€™m also getting slower internet speeds on my iPhone 17 pro max using mobile data
