He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

Joao Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Now they can't guarantee being able to phone for assistance during a power cut. Had to get new mobiles because 3G was turned off yet I work in parts of the country with no signal at all.
