@EE The last time I tried, I put in all the info, it asked me to confirm that my email address was correct then redirected me to the login page, with no further message. But, as I say, I've not received an email and logging in doesn't work

Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

@EE Think EE has a cheek saying they have the best 5g coverage in Edinburgh I’ve been a customer for years and the 4g signal in Edinburgh is shocking I only stay with them because of the deal I have for 4 phones

@EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

@EE why is my signal and 4G always so bad at home!?! One bar or signal if I’m lucky, and while it SAYS I have 4G, it still loads things slower than windows ‘97. I’m on an iPhone 12 pro max. Unlimited data. My phone and data is set up correctly before you assume that.

@EE Without fail, ee just doesn't doesn't deliver. Attempting to up grade, place order, get a tracking number, get a message saying all's good thank you etc. Wait in for phone. No show, no tracking, They suck you in, then nothing.
