Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.
