    @EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

    @dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

    Hey @EE, what happens when EE TV ends in March - any alternative being offered? I’m not inclined to hang around very long waiting to find out, especially with Now TV dropping off imminently.

    I am appalled by the policies @EE, been delivered a defective phone and I need to exchange this and they won’t give me any lead time to move the data across. Even though this service is provided if you were to upgrade the mobile. They expect you to pay for iCloud storage!
