    @EE No, never had any problems, I called your customer services team and they advised that you are having problems and it’s being looked into. Please can you take the time to advise your customers of this, and also when you expect a resolution.

    Its annoying to think I'm paying over £60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about £5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

    @EE for some strange reason those “Add to Plan” items never actually work when I try to buy one. Which is a shame cause I’d like to - don’t fancy phoning up just to buy something

    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

    I’ve been with @EE for years but I just can’t justify the price of my contract any more, especially when a new customer gets the same phone for a fraction of what I’m being charged!

    @EE I spoke to an online customer service agent about my monthly plan being hiked up once again in price. They were unable to resolve the issue so opened a complaint case on my behalf. This was over two weeks ago and I still haven’t heard back?
