Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

@EE We do not it’s FTTP only I think it’s an exchange problem as we have an LOS light on it’s been reported already just need to know if it’s a wider network issue

@EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

I’ve just spoken to EE as my contract is ending on my iPhone. Don’t want an upgrade so just a sim deal. Contract includes my wife’s phone. Spoke to Scott in Scotland & he was so helpful. @EE Saving £40 a month. Thanks. Considering the virus 🦠 good service getting answered.

@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

@minxhoney @EE @bt_uk @MartinSLewis @EE love to give you the spill even in the shop, then when you get your first bill realise it’s a load of rubbish. Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

@EE Hi I need assistance with my ee account. I can't use my phone and I cannot sign in as it asks for a passcode that is sent to my text. The other issue is that I am in Australia. I cannot call the number as my phone is unable to connect to a network

@EE Thank you for your quick response. Yes, I do feel let down especially when considering the amount of money I spend with you each month. I think your customer contract arrangements and complaints procedures need updating. I don't feel confident in getting a resolution in 150.
