    @EE @kwakdonut 4G is enough for this earth. No one gives a shit about 5G. phones and technology are not everything .. your gonna loose a lot of customers if you switch to 5G #5gkills

    @CT8Nine @EE I don't blame you. EE's customer care is now SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was an original member of Orange and have been with EE ever since. Upgraded then decided to change my mind . Went through RETURNS who promised to stop my upgrade and send a package. THREE WEEKS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @EE 1/2 your website seems to be having issues. Trying to preorder the new Apple Watch but when I log in it wont even bring up the page for watches. If I try to add it before logging in, it asks me to log in and then does the same thing. When I did manage to have it in the basket

    @EE Update on my phone now the 7 day waiting time has moved to 23rd making it 31 days no apology just an email no call back to explain this is why virgin mobile are stealing customers there customer services is amazing EE maybe you should take note
