@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

Ok, my mb isn't that old. I'm being bombarded with messages from @EE to upgrade! Now notifications are hit & miss. Service is hit & miss with emergency calls only. Thing is, I changed supplier when I got this phone & it was brilliant. Doesn't add up! Time for a new supplier.

@EE Update, the openreach engineer done an extended test and saw the issues come up. Has gone to the cabinet and found and hopefully fixed the problem that the 2 previous openreach engineers didn't..

@EE Hi SJ, the cube engineer has been and gone, noted at least 4 drops a day for the past 5 days. Open reach engineer has been book as it seems to be a reoccurring problem I'm having that need fixing.

@EE I set up a new contract yesterday, agreed on a price withe the assistant, signed all the paperwork, only to get home and read through to see they've put down a completely different price?!? Where do I stand with this? Can this be rectified please?
