    I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

    @EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

    Having to tether pc to iPhone @EE data as @SkyHelpTeam broadband keeps dropping, great stability when working from home! Guaranteed speed 40mb but its only been 25mb for over 2mths now dropped to 23mb when it works! #SoHackedOff

    @EE you’ve sold 4G WiFi without the ability 2 top up or administer the account. Ur phone reps can’t help. The top up page on desktop site has an error and the mobile site sends me into a ‘set up your device’ loop. Can someone contact me ASAP I work from home!

    @EE Great you are doing all this EE- but why is it impossible to cancel a contract with your company? It is a scam and so devious to keep clients locked into your company! Please send a telephone number that will work or even better be answered to action the cancellation!
