@EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

@EE Just tried to sort a long going issue and instead of sorting its got worse, I wanted to remove the 4Gee Device but instead you deleted my contract so now i have no service or cant ring any numbers!!!!

@SwaledaleMutton @EE I have never had a drop out in over 6 years and I live in quite a rural area. This is the exact reason I left EE for Vodafone in the first place. That and my bill for home fibre and 3 mobiles went from 180 to 110.

@EE Good grief how frustrating. Over 45 minutes on chat feature due to you not activating my sim and agent asking me to call 150. On a phone that doesn't have an active sim! Now on to supervisor who is wants me to repeat everything. Just need the phone and service I'm paying for!
