@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE Yeah he has that why I know he won't be getting his money back, it was an add-on not actually a full contract, which should never have been carried on, but the man on the phone said it is his own fault and won't refund him, which is disgusting for a mistake you made as a company

I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

@EE My partner has received a letter stating that he owes yourselves £199.92 because of lack of payment. Our local store advised him to cancel his DD as his contract had ended. He has spoken to someone on the phone who was of no help. Please advise as this is ALOT of money 😡

@EE I’m disgusted! added @Apple Watch 40mm online to my plan to then be told on 📞 that no stock! 40mm with no upfront cost must be replaced by 44mm WITH an upfront cost!! I pay over £100pcm to @EE, no way paying a cost. No help from @EE. You’re advertising on your app IS WRONG!

Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

@EE TBH you guys on here are not able to help, sorry to say. I have to take time out in my day to call @EE to get a pittance of a refund on my account. A company that makes " 2 billion " in profits this year alone its becoming a problem to see a reason to stay with @EE. 😔

@EE It was you guys doing work again. Tbh I'm getting sick of the disruption to my service, this is the 5th time in 7 months. Last time I was without service for over 9days. Upgrading or not, its poor service leaving customers without any backup on @EE Another 14hrs of disruption.

It’s called customer service (retention) @EE and keeping me on hold for 31 minutes only strengthens my resolve to leave your network. I was thinking of upgrading phone but the inability to talk to a human makes me think twice and wonder how “EE is the UK’s best network”?
