    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    @EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

    @EE We do not it’s FTTP only I think it’s an exchange problem as we have an LOS light on it’s been reported already just need to know if it’s a wider network issue

    I’ve just spoken to EE as my contract is ending on my iPhone. Don’t want an upgrade so just a sim deal. Contract includes my wife’s phone. Spoke to Scott in Scotland & he was so helpful. @EE Saving £40 a month. Thanks. Considering the virus 🦠 good service getting answered.

    @EE so disappointed with this service . I have 3 mobile contracts with you which I've always been happy with....I them brought over my home broadband to you. I recently called as out internet speed is appalling. We had an engineer booked in to come out......contiued

    @EE Been with EE for years - at home in Skipton signal is poor, as it is across much of the rural north incl stretches of motorways (eg M6). It's the same for most people I know & I haven't met anyone able to get reliable 5G around here! But no signal in High Holburn??

    @EE Went to EE store in Lewisham with an emergency phone prob and it's CLOSED b/c of system failure. I can't keep calling to check whether it's opened. Are you able to check this & post a message? Phone is dead and SIM does not fit in another handset.

    @EE are a joke, literally can’t wait to change network. Nothing but issues for months, spun me a load of excuses every time I’ve contacted them and now I can’t lower my tariff until the end of my contract even though I’m paying almost £100 for no network service with no help 🙄
