    I’ve just spoken to EE as my contract is ending on my iPhone. Don’t want an upgrade so just a sim deal. Contract includes my wife’s phone. Spoke to Scott in Scotland & he was so helpful. @EE Saving £40 a month. Thanks. Considering the virus 🦠 good service getting answered.

    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    @EE Nope, no time frame given. And considering we have been waiting since the end of Nov for this I think this is awful customer service. Maybe we should switch provider this Nov to someone who fulfills their promises to their customers?

    @EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

    @EE We do not it’s FTTP only I think it’s an exchange problem as we have an LOS light on it’s been reported already just need to know if it’s a wider network issue

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    @EE Hi, I have an issue when I view my account on the EE app and website. Ever since I requested my PAC code, I’m not able to see upgrade option on both application. Just get an error message stating unable to load information. Who can get this resolved for me please?

    Dear @EE if you are going to send passwords to people so they can Access Photo & Video Text Messages it would be helpful if the ******* Password actually worked! I've put my Phone Number & the Password you sent in numerous times & it doesn't work!!!!!! It's ridiculous!

    @srrrose17 @EE Yes I’m in NW7 and having the same problem! I cannot make any calls:( is there a problem??? EE you have become unreliable!!!! But you’re quick to take our funds every month. I’m wanting a refund for as many days as I’m not able to make calls!
