@EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

  • kathmerchant
MsM@Woodlands 🌎 (@kathmerchant) reported from South Woodham Ferrers, England

@EE I’m disgusted! added @Apple Watch 40mm online to my plan to then be told on 📞 that no stock! 40mm with no upfront cost must be replaced by 44mm WITH an upfront cost!! I pay over £100pcm to @EE, no way paying a cost. No help from @EE. You’re advertising on your app IS WRONG!

@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

  • StaerckLaurie

@EE Is there a problem this morning, I have no 4g or 3G connection

  • feyipuk
Phil (@feyipuk) reported from Stifford, England

@EE That is what I'm reporting. If the only way to check if there is a problem with signal is to go to an area with signal to check, that's not very useful in an area with no signal. Is there no way to submit a signal reading to help in the future?

  • BSportsphotos
Brownie sports photography (@BSportsphotos) reported from Gravesend, England

@EE your network has been overly poor for the past 5 days without wifi it never works in the day and I missing calls from my doctor and other things that are important. Not happy.

@minxhoney @EE @bt_uk @MartinSLewis @EE love to give you the spill even in the shop, then when you get your first bill realise it’s a load of rubbish. Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

  • Robbo_41

  • nourishworkplce
🙋‍♀️Nourish the Workplace - Kimberley Evans (@nourishworkplce) reported from Cliffe and Cliffe Woods, England

@EE Nope, no time frame given. And considering we have been waiting since the end of Nov for this I think this is awful customer service. Maybe we should switch provider this Nov to someone who fulfills their promises to their customers?

  • chubbyjoeforza
Joe (@chubbyjoeforza) reported from Gravesend, England

Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

  • Nicsboys2
Nic Foakes (@Nicsboys2) reported from Grays, England

@tescomobile can some contact me. My Mother recently left @ee for your network. Nothing but problems, now her sim isn't working and she's without a phone. What are you doing?

  • sue_adams_
Sue Adams (@sue_adams_) reported from Higham, England

Hi @EE Could you please tell me where I should send a complaint to. Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.

  • BadmusAyoola
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England

@EE Absolutely disappointed. Took £78.52 after I switched to a £12 SIM-only deal. They forgot to change my contract, ran 2 hard credit searches in a month, wrecked my credit score, refunded me 80p, & now charging £20/month. 3 weeks of calls—no real help. Draining. 😞

  • ChelmsfordAhmed
Chloe Ahmed (@ChelmsfordAhmed) reported from Chelmsford, England

I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

  • BadmusAyoola
Ayoola Badmus (@BadmusAyoola) reported from Minster, England

@EE However, to my shock, EE deducted £78.52 from my account instead of the agreed £12. After contacting customer service repeatedly for nearly three weeks, I was informed that this happened because EE failed to switch me over to the SIM-only contract as agreed. Despite numerous

  • DanielW69987575

@EE your all is absolutely useless. Why is it impossible to sign in? It has failed to log in more times then be successful. Combined with the continuous signal problems, I am honestly disappointed to have moved over.

  • Dirtypawz__
    Dirtypawz_ (@Dirtypawz__) reported

@TheWobblyGamer @EE My EE has been solid tbh, touch wood. Contract up in November and I'm still switching as I'm sick of their price hikes. I pay a stupid ammount for 1Gbps. I'm going to either zen brrroardband or UFibre, half the price for the same and no mid contract price hikes.

  • T_Northernbloke
    Andrew Harbot-Taylor (@T_Northernbloke) reported

@Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

  • LeiSnoby
    ggg (@LeiSnoby) reported

@EE I'm trying to log a severe mis-selling complaint (breach of Ofcom rules). Your website is blocking me, and your Twitter DM bot is stuck in a loop ignoring my requests for a human agent. Please get a REAL PERSON to check my DMs immediately!

  • CronoYellow27
    Peter Cross (@CronoYellow27) reported

Hi @EE like some other users I have been struggling getting a signal while at home. Meaning I can't access certain sites/apps on my phone. The mobile coverage checker says excellent coverage inside & outside but that's not the case, any ideas please?

@EE this is my internet yet again. It’s absolutely rubbish, and I even pay extra for preferential signal. Diabolical service, and only word spaghetti rather than a fix! The postcode is Nn7 3fg
