  I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.

  @nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

  @EE I'm at the point of ditching my contract with EE which I've held since you started and before that Orange. Scaring customers is a terrible way to gain customers. They're coming back at 7, the cctv is on and I'll record them lying to my face to get a sale.

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄
