    I am so gutted I can’t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay £15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. 😡😡😡😡

    Well @AnglianWater and @UKPowerNetworks getting the week off to a flying start, blocked sewer and no electricity wasn’t really how I was hoping #MondayMorning was going to start. Both problems reported online. (Thankfully @EE is still working).

    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    Hi @EE Could you please tell me where I should send a complaint to. Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    A week after re-joining @EE, I already regret it. Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

    @EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

    Ultimately, @EE are the ones who broke UK law by denying me support with a faulty product within a couple months of purchase. But I did hit a dead end with both companies and I'm thrilled to see Nreal take responsibility and work on improving their support.

    @EE Additionally, Nreal claim that their contract with EE states that they are not allowed to provide after-sales support for devices sold through EE. This was at EE's request. So I respectfully recommend EE take a good close look at their contract with Nreal and, you know, UK law.

    @StarLightPL @Nreal @EE I will also be reconvening with EE, as it was absolutely their responsibility to replace my device, and by refusing support they were breaking UK consumer law.

    @EE the york branch is useless! I had my iPhone 13 pro max repaired on 05/07/2022 & screen flickers & doesn't work since returning from Thailand. They are trying to charge me another £380, this is the repair shop's fault not mine I need my phone for medical reasons @AppleSupport
