I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

@EE There's a problem with my pay monthly mobile phone upgrade. 2 agents have tried to sort it. Promised delivery by 1pm today didn't arrive, when I try the tech support chat I can't get past the bot cos it doesn't recognise either of my numbers. Has somebody deleted my account?

@EE got a dogy flip3 wish I'd never upgraded nothing but a ball ache this phone. Been told they will replace it but I'm not allowed to downgrade unless I pay £200 for a upgrade. Long standing customer whose really fed up with a phone that don't do what it says on box 😫
