@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

@messermitch33 @garetharmstron1 @EE Personal plan shouldn't be used for business use, in the T&C, network does not have a 100%, in the T&C, the network does not owe you anything for 1 afternoon of no Facebook or Twitter. But since your posting it seems you have access to the internet so can pay your bill that way.

@EE Just had to 40 mile journey I’ve never done before along back roads by using my phone map to try and workout where to go… I now feel for my elders considering this is how they had to do it 20+ years ago 😳

@EE Perfect for people in remote areas who rely on your broadband on 4G. Make sure you credit everyone’s bills for your lack of service. You’d be the first to charge us an admin fee for paying late or swapping contracts.
