@EE My father is a carer for his brother who requires every day care. He relies on his phone 24/7 just in case something happens with his brother. He is repeatidly missing calls because of poor signal while at home. What can he do about it? He is using an iPhone 7 Plus

Why is poor network signal taking so long to fix? Iys that bad i can't use it and haven't been able to for over 2 weeks. Come on @EE sort it out please!

@EE Hi. Yes, the advisor was very helpful, as always, but I don't really think the available options are that helpful. It looks like I'm being offered a 'good as new' replacement but that's what happened last time without me being told and I've had issues with the replacent handset.

@EE Resetting the router only works at the point that some EE engineer has fixed a local or national problem. I’d really like to know why it’s become so bad. Is it going to improve? I cannot take much more of this.

@EE And it has nothing to do with my router because when I look at other complaints in my area and in other areas of the UK, it’s become widespread in recent times. I’m not sure why it’s become so bad, but I live in hope that things will return to normal SOON.
