    @EE hi, I’m trying to change my direct debit date but not having much luck. I called 150 to but the automated service just set me up a new direct debit ! All I simply want to do is change the date ?

    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    Could service from @EE BE any worse? Final straw is a roaming bar on my phone in Europe (4 days in & despite pleas still not sorted, even made sure all okay before travelling) and them losing all trace of my account. No reply from direct message bods for 2 days.

    @EE hi, I can’t ring 150 it just goes to dead tone and I can’t listen to my voicemails, says I need a pin which I’ve never needed before. Tried to do live chat but it wouldn’t let me, need to listen to an important voicemail?

    @GailMHamilton1 @EE No 4g here and can't make or receive calls/texts in Europe as there's a roaming bar on my account (which EE can't find) and no one seems able to sort it out 4 days down the line.

    @kattyork @EE @ThreeUK 3 are absolutely useless. I’ve had plenty of issues over the last year and have eventually taken them to the ombudsman, I won my case and are going to leave them as soon as my compo has run out!

    @EE Hiya, no your signal is fine :) Just your customer service + policies are beyond criminal though. DW EE. We've had to use your 4G service because Virgin's wifi has had constant downtime for months (for everyone) yet deny it :) J
