    @EE We do not it’s FTTP only I think it’s an exchange problem as we have an LOS light on it’s been reported already just need to know if it’s a wider network issue

    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    I live in Chelmsford in a large housing estate and have 0 signal inside my house. If I want to make a call I have to, well use the stupidly expensive landline or sit in my car on the driveway 🤣 @EE #Mobilecoverage #CM1 #chelmsford

    Hey @EE I am having a problem with my data connection, it constantly hangs when I have dual sim (both lines) enabled on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Data is set to EE, other line is @VodafoneUK - I don’t know if its an issues with the esims or if there some sort of compatibility problem

    @EE WiFi calling is still down, my 85 year old mother has been left without a phone. She can't get a signal so uses WiFi calling. It's been over 24 hrs now. How much longer?

    @EE Today, I went into an EE shop to change my contract. I have been paying £14 pm for an extra SIM which hasn't been used since 2017, an overpayment of £1,344. We had to phone EE to change this and waited 30 minutes for EE to answer. They said they could do nothing and the system was down and they couldn't transfer my call to a supervisor and no managers had a phone to call me back on and I had to phone in again and speak to someone else. The EE shop assistant was beyond embarrassment hearing this and agreed this was about as bad as customer service could get. The call would have been recorded. What do you say EE?

    Absolutely ****** service from @EE broadband. Got the connection on Sunday after a delay. Stopped working on Tuesday !!! I need a refund for the days that we don’t have connection. On the app, they mentioned that the service will be fixed by 01 September. Bullshit

    @deadmeatjames You must’ve stalled due to poor network connection. You need @EE Broadband mate. So that way, if the Internet Demons decide to ruin your day, EE keeps you connected even when you’re streaming a horror as it builds up to a Jumpscare out of nowhere.

    @EE Have wifi calling but no access to wifi my husband runs a delivery and collection service. Him and the staff having major issues contacting customers everywhere else fine apart from Porth and office cant get hold of any staff once they are in that area

    In the latest instalment of @EE cavalcade of incompetence, they've charged me for using my minutes & data abroad, when they shouldn't, refunded an overpayment but not credited it against my bill and now my data roaming has stopped working. They are just so terrible!

    @CagedChef457 @EE There app is **** too, it never works, it takes half a dozen tries, each requiring them to send me a pin by text, to get it to work, then I have to set up a pin every time and even then it usually can't show my bill details. It's a joke
