@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@EE I’ve just taken out a new sim only plan. On the phone the plan I was give. Was 160gb data. Also confirmed by text by the advisor however my account is only showing 80gb data as is the confirmation email I’ve been sent. Can you help please?
