Great start to the day. Called @EE yesterday to cancel my broadband as my new service starts next week and they have gone and cancelled and stopped my internet today. Well thanks for that. 😤😩 guess I’ll have a stroppy 7 year old and no tv for week until my @BrawBandHome starts

While working at @EE I was literally forced to upsell to people, old and vulnerable and then berated by my manager, ‘if you’re not adding those extra lines, that’s a toy out of my little ones hands’. I didn’t leave on bad terms. But since leaving you’ve treated me like crap (3/3)

@100ANB @YardleyShooting @EE What REALLY pisses me off is when you try to self-serve, but their web site doesnt work, or doesnt contain the information you need. So you call, and they spend 3 mins trying to get you to use the website for x, y, z … THATS WHY I’M CALLING YOU BOZOS

Just starting a customer service interaction with @EE via their app, which I am signed into. Their website says "My EE app... You won’t need to verify it’s you" but already I have been asked for my name and my phone number." I don't think this is going to go well.

@EE I spent over an hour of my holiday sorting it out - finding out I was double charged without being advised it would happen bcos of your billing cycle. "Sorry but you'll just have to suck it up," translated customer services response.

The chat on the app says their customer service team is available till 11pm but on the @EE twitter bio it says support is available 24/7 on the app.

Really unhappy with my recent experience of @EE and @LloydsBank. I will be leaving both, but not before I've taken them to the Ombudsmen. As a matter of principle now, I don't accept bad service. I do complain and ask for compensation for my lost time and hassle. Everyone should.
