    @EE @rootmetrics Had EE broadband and you rang me up and offered us a "better deal" with BT and the Internet is slower and can't handle streaming a TV show and online gaming at the same time, now we're stuck with a crappy network and past the 14 days cooldown because "it takes a bit to settle in"

    @bt_uk @EE Your customer service would not let me make MY complaint but mansplained it to his word REFUSING MY COMMPLAINT, then closing the complaint as resolved. How dare you? The process is shambolic time wasting and a mess.

    Is @EE broken today? After clicking "Log in" button I get "You've successfully logged out". In mobile app I see zero allowances for everything. What's going on?
