    @EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

    @EE I am still waiting on DPD to send me an one hour time slot for today for my delivery of my new iPhone 13 pro max but it’s gone past 11.30am and I am getting worried I am not going to receive my phone today what’s going on I am not happy with this at all please help 😞

    @EE I have just received my new iPhone 13 pro.. and the seals were broken and it was covered in greasy fingerprints. Your EE customer service advisor couldn’t see the issue and brushed me off. I’m not happy.

    @EE Hi Guys, today I received a new iPhone. The deal was that I would get a discount on my monthly tariff if I traded in my old mobile. I was told that I’d get instructions about sending my mobile back together with an envelope to send it in. I didn’t get anything. Can you help?

    @EE been a customer for 25 years and never felt so let let down! Ordered iPhone 24 expected it to arrive today and the expected delivery date was changed overnight. @EE didn’t even send an sms to explain why! Poor service
