@EE Yes, this is for broadband, however. Why is there a requirement to complete the contract especially when a customer wishes to take out a more expensive one? This is my question. It makes no sense to force a double payment.

Global pandemic, people struggling to put food on the table and pay bills. 95% of companies haven't increased prices, some have even lowered them to help out....but not @EE another annual increase 👍

@foxtrotluna @EE I found the same issue with some places with the original document however if you can get the bank or post office to give you a certified copy they will see the signature/stamp and just accept it.

@miascull @EE I had to email ThreeUK a scanned in copy of mine and they just did it too. Thing is, my bank name has updated, even though the account number/soco hasn't, so the direct debit will fail when renewed.

@EE #failing My uncle died at Xmas, my 80 year old aunt asked you to transfer their mobile to her name, you didn't & then blocked account, now she can't access email because she can't get the login security code sent to phone. Needs email to buy groceries #fixthis #sheneedstoeat
