@G27Status @XboxP3 @EE I feel like Xbox the brand is now just a purchasing arm for Microsoft. It’ll be all services, mergers and acquisitions. Games are down the line and no longer important to profits and growth.

@mentalmovieguy @XboxP3 @EE The difference between PlayStation and Xbox is that one is a hardware driven company, the other services. It doesn’t make sense for a service based company to restrict access but it does for a hardware one.

@EE just thought you'd like some feedback on your new "visual service" - it is terrible. When you ask to talk to someone you really don't want a txt. I've now wasted 15 mins trying to cancel roaming add on unsuccessfully. It shouldnt be this hard!
