    Just so the world knows. EE are full of ****. They make sure it says 4g/5g on the display but in reality you have nothing. Whoever does the surveys on coverage must have full pockets. **** you @kevinbacon stop lying @EE

    Day 5 of no broadband at home. Very poor communication from @EE & @bt_uk on getting it fixed. The resolution date keeps getting pushed further and further back. Needs to be sorted ASAP! @BBCWatchdog

    @EE I'm.gonna put in a formal complaint with ofcom or whoever, they should at least give you notice first before suspending my account,.my daughter was at home and we had no way of contacting eachother, like I said you are bitter trash,

    @EE I've already tried, absolutely useless, rang to cancel, cancellatons said they'd pass me to billing to remove the charge. When eventually got through to them they refused to remove the charge and refused to cancel my account.

    @EE still no update. the order number i've been given (by having to call up) doesn't show any order online and your online chat says it's closed while literally quoting hours that would mean it is open. how do i complain? this is beyond bad.

    @EE guys this is awful. I need to speak to a real person not an AI bot. I can’t phone you as I’m abroad and have no signal or data whatsoever - I pay extra to be able to roam and use data abroad. I can’t text roaming to 150 as once again I had no signal or data.
