    @EE what is it with your broadband? it’s fine one week then the next week it’s then on off on off 7/8 times an hour! We pay for a service but it just keeps playing up. This is especially irritating as me and the wife are working from home! Speed is fluctuating like crazy too!

    @EE The tweet is as more to point out that your app and website are very unreliable and crash and have problems more times then they actually work. You offering to help kind of defeats the purpose of having an app or website

    @JAMES2296RED @EE I have the exact same problem. I have used two different browsers and cleared all my data. I don't really want to call to upgrade, I like being able to look on the website and I can't even do that at present, just takes you back to the same landing page. Very frustrating 😤

    @EE help !! I saw an app that said free heart monitor and when I selected it there is a £67 yearly charge 😟 it said to cancel within 3 days and I’m finding it impossible to work out how to cancel

    @EE got a new pay as you go sim, using unlocked iphone 8. Only gives me 1 bar of service anywhere and data never works. Is there something I'm missing or have I wasted my money?

    @EE @Ofcom @DailyMirror complaint ref: 14800601 I found ‘Kirsty’ from the #EE executive account team to be very intimidating and blackmailing towards myself in regards to dealing with my complaint of very poor network coverage/service from #EE very disappointing. 👎👎👎

    @EE @AmazonUK I have a PAYM SIM specifically for Alexa and calls frequently go to Voicemail. How do I troubleshoot? Who do I raise the issue with?
