Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE fix your app’s log in page to what it used to be, just password or FaceID, second day I’m trying to log into my acc and I need to change password AGAIN, 2 factor authentication was setup for 10 years and now I have to redo it?! Codes not coming through to my mobile. Fix it!

@EE That’s great, but I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone unfortunately and couldn’t wait any longer. I’d just like to know if the problem is going to be fixed soon. I’ve been given ‘the problem should be fixed in the next 2 hours’ for three days now 😥

@EE That says there is a good signal, but it's bullsh!t. The transmitter tower is down. I am now having to use a neighbour's BT phoneline broadband. And the app is useless.

@EE How am I supposed to call 150 or use the app when there is no signal and no internet because your transmitter tower is down yet again. I have had to drive somewhere else to get a signal to send this.

@EE I try to dm you but the bot keeps telling me to call customer service. I can’t as I’m not in the UK I’m away on holiday! I can’t even call 150 hence the problem!
