@EE booked an appointment online with the Muswell Hill branch for 12. Got there in the rain to find the shutters down and shop is shut!! Wasted money for parking and got soaking wet. Thanks @EE

@EE I’ve been a customer for 8 years, I’ve renewed through loyalty, I could have got a better phone cheaper with the same package from 2-3 other providers, promised my phone today, I was lied to when I called the local shop, absolutely no apology and told it will be Monday!

In the middle of asking a very rude customer service person from @EE to break down my bill, she hung up. Asked her to speak to someone else as she was abrupt/unhelpful/impatient, she ignored my request. Called back 4 times can’t get through. I loathe this company.
