    Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

    @EE We do not it’s FTTP only I think it’s an exchange problem as we have an LOS light on it’s been reported already just need to know if it’s a wider network issue

    @EE Vodafone contract is up in 2 months, will be migrating to EE - Vodafone signal has been awful since the release of 5g in surrounding towns, 4g has dropped to H+ and when it is 4g it isn't stable.

    @EE I have been a customer for 8+years and you bullied me to take a phone for £49 on my upgrade during lockdown blaming my phone. I have struggled with dropped calls and dodgy microphone .now I see you are offering an I phone 12 (was refused) same price! #ombudsman #CustomerService

    @EE Really disappointed with your service! I received a letter in June that we canx our broadband and we called to confirm this and were told that was correct and we only had to pay an exit fee of app. £7. You have taken full payment twice since. Could I please get an explanation
