    I’ve just spoken to EE as my contract is ending on my iPhone. Don’t want an upgrade so just a sim deal. Contract includes my wife’s phone. Spoke to Scott in Scotland & he was so helpful. @EE Saving £40 a month. Thanks. Considering the virus 🦠 good service getting answered.

    Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

    @EE Hi phone folk. Feel badly let down. Your EE retail outlet failed to activate roaming dongle. Having to use contract allocation hotspot device for three weeks! No emails now for five days. Why? Wife with EE. Her emails work perfectly. I had 2 days of mail. Then nothing. Why?

    @bt_uk No afraid not. You offered the tablet, and to cover the cost. Why would I contact EE? I’ve already spent probably 10 hours + on the phone to BT this past 2 weeks. The problem is caused by your system error so BT need to speak with @EE to resolve and then tell me when👍

    @EE It would be good customer service to show that EE care about their customers to say yes due to covid there was this delay so we are going to make exceptions this year, have some respect for your customers. It’s been a difficult year for everyone so have a bit of decency
