@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

I’ve just spoken to EE as my contract is ending on my iPhone. Don’t want an upgrade so just a sim deal. Contract includes my wife’s phone. Spoke to Scott in Scotland & he was so helpful. @EE Saving £40 a month. Thanks. Considering the virus 🦠 good service getting answered.

Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

@EE Do EE only employee retards & delinquents to design your website? Trying to get into my account is a ******* nightmare. It takes a ******* eternity & 9 times out of 10 there is a fault in the system & it tells you to try again later. This is common practice but only with the EE website, not with anyone else's websites. Not only do you want email & password but you also insult me by making me tick a box confirming I'm not a robot who just flew in from planet Neptune. Then you make me play some stupid retarded game whereby I have to click on all the pretty pictures that have a bus or motorcycle in them. Not once but over & over again. If you're lucky enough to eventually satisfy this moronic nonsense you then make me go find my phone & get a code EE have sent to it. Then after I enter this stupid verification bullshit code EE tells me they can't log me in at the moment as there's a fault in the system & would I please try again later. YOU ARE *************** OUT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS, CUSTOMERS WHO ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH A COMPANY WHOSE POLICY IS TO ONLY EMPLOY RETARDED SPASTICS & INTELLECTUAL CRIPPLES. PLUS A FEW MONGRELS IT SEEMS. Sort it out & sort yourselves out.

My @Sony Xperia 1V sold to me by @EE Braintree branch as superior to the then current @SamsungMobile S24 Ultra has let me down so often that I've paid off the EE handset contract a year early. Guess what brand I'm going to look at to replace it with? Sony used to be a leader 🙁

So I have moved and have tried EE for internet. The promises most definitely do not match the service and to add insult to injury they want me to spend money for more equipment so they can supply what they said they would in the first place! Best provider, I think not. @EE

@EE I have tried that route to no avail. All you seem to want to do is sell me equipment. As it stands the service I have received has been worse than poor. As a 30 plus year customer I feel extremely let down.
