@EE Hi, when I got home it was working again. Clearly not an issue with the router. It was off for over an hour this morning. Hopefully just a blip.
-
Bob Amser (@hairyhistory) reported
@EE Shame the robot isn’t running customer services. I DMed you over two hours ago questioning how much longer my local mast would be out of operation, and thus no internet via my 4GEE router. No answer.
-
jacob (@iamgoldsteps) reported
I was told I was going to phone service by 8pm @EE this is an absolute joke
-
Micky Lee (@michaelleeuk1) reported
@EE Piss off EE, as if I would want to use your overpriced service anyway. Please block me so I don't have to see your freaky ads on my feed.
-
Omar Ambrose (@ScofieldHFD) reported
@EE Can you tell me why my 4GEE router speeds are so bad lately? Speed tests showing 400Kbps?! This is virtually unusable. Explain to me please how you can call this the "fastest" 4G in the UK. This is 2022 not 1999 dial-up days.
-
Ziggy (@SaladFingerz_) reported
@thecrimsonidolx @EE I can’t stand ***** like that mate, and these days it’s hammered down our throats
-
Deborahburdett (@Deborahburdett) reported
Bookings at the moment seem to be all about customer service. Best customer service in my view? @ee are brilliant. Wouldn't mind having them as a client!
-
Sam (@BendyNeko) reported
@EE I’m on unlimited data, which I’ve been told before is capped at “around” 600gb a month as personal use. I’ve seen some others with similar issues using iPhone hotspots, and a possible fix is to connect the phone over USB, which seems to be working (getting about 200Mb/100Mb 😳)
