    @EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

    I’ve just spoken to EE as my contract is ending on my iPhone. Don’t want an upgrade so just a sim deal. Contract includes my wife’s phone. Spoke to Scott in Scotland & he was so helpful. @EE Saving £40 a month. Thanks. Considering the virus 🦠 good service getting answered.

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

    @lukepatchett @EE Yes- having exactly the same issues and have tried contacting EE all weekend!! Let me know if you find a way to upgrade!!! I found same plan £20 cheaper with EE on a diff website; I'm tempted to go through them. Their 1-2 week wait will probably be the same time for EE!

    I’ve been a customer of @EE since the iPhone 4S, and I’ve more or less had every iPhone through them. I’ve got 4 running contracts with them, (Apple Watch & 2 iPads) and even additional items like add to plan. But I will definitely be moving away from them…

    @EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!

    @EE how long does it take to reply to a complaint I started one last Tuesday and I’ve still not had any answers. So did another on Friday and that still hasn’t been acknowledged. Your service is appealing at the moment EE

    @EE I can't really have a dialog now- I'm working until about 6pm. Hence why I was trying all weekend when I was free. It won't let me pick iPhone 13 pro as a option. It says you e sent me a message on my app but when I open it there is nothing there. Upgrade link doesn't work.

    @EE 11 days later, having contacted you on 4 seperate occasions, and being promised a call back from a manager on all 4 occasions - I am still waiting for one? When can I expect a call? Awful customer service to deal with a problem in billing which is your mistake!!
