@EE What on earth is the world coming to? My husband upgraded his📱 as it was out of contract only to find the 📱 he got didn't even have a charger. His old 📱 was a Huawei so he couldn't even charge his. Pretty poor excuse of saving the environment. How do you charge it then?

@SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky, why is your broadband absolutely the worst it’s ever been. Dial up connection would be better right now, having issues for weeks without any replies as usual. Once contract ends will be going to @EE

@EE absolutely fuming battery is ******,phone been away to repair centre no fault found had phone less than a hour it’s used 40% of the battery all ready. One text message and one game of solitaire. Wait for the DM please message us what will be the point as you’ve said no issue

I’m SICK of your network @VodafoneUK , not only do image streaming issues usually, texts a send and supposed to receive don’t always get through or are delayed by up to THREE days. I’ll be glad to go to @EE in November

smart benefits on my @EE plan are terrible. Have 3 benefits I can choose and I only use Apple Music. Need apple fitness as one of the benefits.

@jacquep @EE Yeah, what with missing words and the terminology it's a very poorly put together form. Usually, I'd be recommending O2 to anyone looking to switch, but the tie-up with Virgin Media is a concern. Hoping O2's customer service rubs off on VM rather than the other way round!

@EE Yep exact same scripted response as i got when i first heard you were raising the prices Also its not about having low income its about customer loyalty i have used EE for years never had a price hike this big before its ridiculous you need to respect your long term customers.

2 year phone contract is up... Decided not to go for a new phone so upgraded to sim only £8 a month for 6gb data unlimited texts and calls @EE not a bad deal!!

If u have great mobile provider stay with them. I was with @EE EE &they were fantastic, nothing was ever too much trouble & had great empathy. Miss them. Part of new deal with Virgin Media was O2 contract!Don’t do it!Roll on Sept 2023 I’m coming home EE

@EE VERY POOR SERVICE. BOOKED TO HAVE BROADBAND INSTALLED YESTERDAY & NO ONE SHOWED UP! NO PHONE CALL OR ANYTHING TO LET US KNOW. IT’s MY SONS BIRTHDAY TODAY & WE HAVE NO INTERNET FOR HIM TO PLAY HIS NEW COMPUTER. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE😡
