@EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

@TalkTalk Hi, internet. It seemed to go back on after a router restart. You really need to communicate that customers might have to do this whenever you do maintenance. Never had to do this with an ancient @EE router we had for years.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport trying to find out an early cancellation fee is impossible with you. FOUR different answers from four different operators. Counting down the days until end of October to finally bin you off. @EE here we come.

Very disappointed with @VodafoneUK customer service. Faulty smart watch after 15 days, 25 mins on the phone, can't sort. Referred to app which says go in store: no time to go in store which is 54 mile round trip. Quick to sign you up but rubbish to sort problems @EE next time.

@EE since July at least, there has been no service AT ALL in Hampton. TW12 3DS and surrounding area. Apparently due to not being able to get access to repairing a mast. Please update on the status? It’s been months.

@EE @XboxSupport My @EE Phone Contract covers Xbox Game pass Ultimate, I've had the contract since April and received the Game pass for free with no issues. On the 20/9/21 the Xbox billing history says "Charged Failed" and I've called both of you and both keep passing the baton.

@EE and @ThreeUK 4G broadband down again during the day where I live (and work). That’s 9 days in a row now. Just surviving on antiquated BT broadband at 1mbps. It’s hopeless. I also shouldn’t be paying for 3 different broadband providers but that’s a whole other issue.
