    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE I moved to your network recently, took my number with me from Three but I'm texting people and it's NOT my old number it's the one that came with the sim. I've already moved the number with pac and had txts etc confirming it's done. What's going on?

    @EE trying to upgrade online, getting to the checkout stage and filling in the pin but when I click submit the website seems to freeze. Have tried on laptop and phone. Are there techie issues?
