    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    Just been in contact with @NintendoUK who accused @EE of providing second hand units with contracts. More likely that repair team are passing buck for botching attempted repair. Switch was never tampered with before they had it!

    Hello @EE I’ve been trying to cancel a contract, that has expired, on a device that has almost never worked, but have been told I won’t be able to get through to that team for 2 weeks! What gives? Surely I can cancel in writing?
