    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @O2 No it's on an esim. Am afraid have made the decision to go back to @ee because I just can't do with this, loads of signal but still trouble loading pages, so will use my o2 sim as my secondary and ee as main.

    @EE can’t log into the app or website, as it’s saying wrong password and Face ID isn’t working. I’ve requested a link to reset password, and nothings coming through. Help???

    @EE since upgrading my Apple Watch plan I can’t use the data. Re-added the data plan on the app but it created a new number which I’ve now had to cancel and you still want to charge me for. How do I add the data plan for the number I’m paying for and not add a totally new line?
