@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE I dont get anything back from being loyal to ee, even with my wifi being with ee aswell, you always want money for handsets, your plans are more expensive when you upgrade then being a new customer. If i get a better from o2 then i think it will be time for a change
