    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @KatyNoakes1 @mouthwaite @EE I sympathise of course but there is legalities and process. You can't just cancel this stuff on someone's say so. All you needed to do is produce a death certificate

    @EE tried to phone your broadband team, apparently they are not available due to exceptional service, well not to me it isn’t how can i contact you before i just cancel and move to sky mobile and broadband?

    @EE I can't get through to your business support number I get a horrible set of beeps then it hangs up. The call starts fine and when I choose option one then comes the angry sounding engaged tone before it cuts off. Tried from a mobile on the account and a landline.

    @EE trying to cancel my watch plan which finishes today. Can't get through on the phone and just had a notification a message has been sent to me flowing my previous enquiry through the ee app but can't access it. Any help.much appreciated.
