    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @IanTregale3 @EE I guess I had a bad egg. Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since I’ve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own 👍

    @EE Good morning when i called yesterday i was told you guys were aware of an issue on the online site when trying to upgrade and it’s just saying sorry aaron looks like there is no suitable plans for this device but i’m getting it on all devices?
