    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE We do not it’s FTTP only I think it’s an exchange problem as we have an LOS light on it’s been reported already just need to know if it’s a wider network issue

    @mouthwaite @EE I’m on @tescomobile have the whole family on it and have been on it for over 10 years now, after poor service form a different provider. You are paying for a service that you are not being provided with! Nothing wrong with outing them for poor service.

    @EE I’ve been with yourselves since I switched from Orange - about 8-10 years, so I should already have a password, as I typically get asked for characters ‘x,y,z’ when I call. Never been asked on your live chat function before, which is why I was concerned. (On top of the calls)

    @wm4175 @mouthwaite @EE Sadly have been poor for me. If I have bad service and the normal channels fail to work, I too contact social media teams. This isn't exploiting privilege, its just trying to get what you're paying for.
