    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

    @EE Hi - I’m trying to transfer a mobile number to a contract with yourselves, but the number isn’t being recognised. Is there anyone I can speak to in order to get this looked at please? Online form/automated phone service not helping unfortunately. Thanks

    @IanTregale3 @EE I guess I had a bad egg. Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since I’ve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own 👍

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE After raising a line fault, now on day 22 of no landline or broadband, and numerous broken call-back promises. Unable to raise a complaint as the Customer Assist Team do not accept inbound calls. Next stop the Ombudsman.

    @dwbell9 .@OfCom closed it down to sell the frequency to @EE for #5G, along with about half of UK's HD channels also vanished. Complain to them. #TOTP

    @EE, constant drop outs - every day, morning noon night since apr29. there are only 3 or 4 ookla tests out of dozens and dozens returning a speed over 20mbps down (most sub 7) with not one returning an upload speed greater than 0.not very much. Please help

    Absolutely horrendous customer service from @EE. We’ve had three appointments for someone to come out & install our broadband. No communication & no one arrived each time. Over a week now since it was supposed to be installed & still nothing!
