@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE @TheJamesPower We are also having issues. We can’t upgrade on one account and no update on an order for enough account. Order number doesn’t work in track my order. Every time we click upgrade phone it doesn’t do anything! We have also been trying all week

@EE how about instead of calling me to try sell me a smartwatch which I have no interest in as I have been an ee customer for 10 years why don't you actully do something that benifits me and scrap my early upgrade fee?
