@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Update on stolen phone. Big thank you to @EE Carla,Walworth Rd for new SIM card and letting me speak bad Spanish and Connor in Darlington for his patience when I couldn’t remember my password 😳 @metpoliceuk Walworth Rd, so kind. Using old phone, need a grandchild’s help now
