@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE What "extra information" can I provide your company when your company are stopping 'cellular network coverage' for 4days? I rely on my phone in case of wheelchair failure, injury etc. Being stranded (or the risk of being stranded) is as bad as it sounds. I am disappointed in @EE.
