@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE It’s difficult. You enter a fixed term contract on a mobile phone and not a fixed line and therefore your service can and will vary between locations. It’s annoying when you have a poor signal at a location that’s important to you though…

@EE Hi, can someone please contact me in regards to a 4G Pay as you go Wi-Fi box. I purchased this due to your coverage showing that I’d get perfect coverage inside and outside here yet it does not work. It’s not a device issue as we have tested this in different locations today

@O2 what does my husband have to do to get his order finalised so he can receive his new phone? His My o2 account won’t activate so the order can’t complete but after numerous emails to you & a promised callback, he’s still waiting. Perhaps @EE or @Vodaphone4 would like to help?

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE …might be worth trying another network when your contract is up but very often indoor coverage issues are cross network.
