@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Raging with @EE Ordered two new phones, specified several times what colour to send, they sent the wrong phones and there’s nothing they can do for 4-7 days until they receive the one they wrongly sent before they can “fix” this!!!!! Contract cancelled and moving to @VodafoneUK

@EE Day 4 of tweeting EE and getting zero reply. Being ignored on the very post they tell you to ask for help on. Exceptional.

@EE Let’s be honest, you pay RootMetrics to rig the results because when people actually test the network, @VodafoneUK is faster. I can never contact my brother who is in Cardiff because his signal is always dodgy.

@EE please are you able to help at all. In the last 24h I’ve had 13 junk phone calls. Most of which from a South Shields number. I’m blocking them every time but then I just get another. Are you able to help at all ?

@EE Not necessary. It's iffy and has been for a decade in both my home and work (NP10 and CF3) Obviously I'd advise anyone getting a new network to ask neibours and work mates for advice. It's the same with 3

@EE is your 96% coverage based on population or land. I cannot get a decent 4g signal, I have tried with 5 phones in 3 different areas. Now I can just about get 5mbs on 3g. My signal strength on 3g is around -83dbm so bandwidth is the problem. My phones don't cost £1000s.

@EE Calls are scattered aswell, I'm using my work WiFi and that's a better signal ATM
