    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE Hi - I’m trying to transfer a mobile number to a contract with yourselves, but the number isn’t being recognised. Is there anyone I can speak to in order to get this looked at please? Online form/automated phone service not helping unfortunately. Thanks

    @EE @MarcAllera I would like you to reconnect me to my old service, as the router is still in place and this must be within your gift to do so. I paid for my upgrade on 16/5 and waited 10 days for the first available engineer appt which was today. They didn’t turn up today 1/2

    @EE hi, what time does your customer service close? I was on hold for almost an hour, then I've just seen on your site you're open from 8am-9pm? If that's the case then i don't know why there was no automated notice to tell me you're closed, instead of wasting my time for 50 mins
