    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    Is @EE broken today? After clicking "Log in" button I get "You've successfully logged out". In mobile app I see zero allowances for everything. What's going on?

    @EE I have been having ongoing problems with my phone for weeks now. Calls dropping/weak signal/no access to internet when out. My phone is a vital lifeline as I have Young Onset Parkinson’s. Local store no help other than telling me I need to pay for potential repairs if found ?

    @EE morning - rarely have signal issues, but the service status checker is still flagging issues in our area for 5 days now? Registered for updates but any chance of finding more progress ?

    @EE BT sold you to me as solution for tethering my phone&laptop, thus avoiding me buying their dongle. The phone you sold me via BT says I can't turn off both SIMS, thus the phone downloaded stuff I'd not have downloaded at that time, forcing me to spend what I didn't need to.

    @EE Sort out your website, app, customer service and pricing otherwise you could be irrelevant in 10 years. Really gone down hill in the past 12 months.

    @EE phones due upgrade but when I go to do it online it says 'Sorry kirsty, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now.' I have the same issue every time this phones due an upgrade
