@EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE Hey. I'm on EE PAYG and have credit. Can't send/receive texts or receive calls. Last received a text on 6 Oct 22. I can call others (eg my mother's phone rings) but they can't call me ("Calls are not being connected to this number"). 150 doesn't work. What's going on?

@EE absolutely awful service! Locked out of my own sim by an eSim I never installed!!! Now physical sim doesn’t work on old or new phone, and online nor in store can help!! What now?

@EE But your SIM cards don’t work in the iPhone 14, if you try to use them they will damage the card and make it unusable in your old phone. Then you’ll have to wait for @EE to send you a digital QR code eSim IN THE POST. Shocking customer service too.

@EE Firstly, your slow reply is disgraceful customer service. Terrible product, terrible service. Most places, yes. Countryside, city - doesn't appear to be good wherever. And the WiFi on the underground is useless, much worse than the virgin WiFi I used to be able to connect to

@Nreal @EE I’ve been to several EE stores in Chelmsford and Lakeside Shopping Centre. None had stock or didn’t even know what it was. I don’t really have time to hunt it down. EE also doesn’t allow to it online. Feel like a wasted opportunity as I’m genuinely interested
