@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@IanTregale3 @EE I guess I had a bad egg. Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since I’ve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own 👍

Hi @EE under normal circumstances I normally spend a lot of time in Europe working, just so I am clear you are going to charge me £2.00 per day when I am able to travel again? If so I will immediately cancel all my accounts with you and move to @VodafoneUK or @O2

@lewis_goodall In financial services if you intro a new fee/charge you have to demonstrate that there is a cost to justify it. I am mystified by the explanation as the fee doesn’t seem to be aligned to the actual cost of providing the service…@Ofcom should intervene @EE very disappointing!

@mrjamesob @ee if you face “incredible pressures” to invest in your network, then how about dropping Kevin Bacon from your adverts, sure that would save a bomb on not having a hollywood actors wages
