@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE price rise this year is ridiculous literally 10% it’s never been this steep of a rise before. I only upgraded in January and said I could not pay over a certain amount and now this rise takes me well over it! Wish I’d never bothered upgrading with them

@EE upgrades are terrible. Extortionate prices, all paying something upfront and terrible data plans. But I’m snookered because I have a 2nd sim attached to my account which doesn’t end until 10/23 so can’t cancel. Only ever been with Orange/EE, no loyalty whatsoever

@EE I’m away at the moment, just saw this. Internet is still off apparently to my friend who is cat-sitting. This is close to 2 weeks now which is ridiculous. How do I go about getting a deadlock letter for an ofcom complaint?

@EE I've tried paying my bill using you app, logging into the website, via 150 and finally trying to talk to a human...all are either not working or are closed...how am I meant to pay this when all 4 methods you offer are down?

@EE Cut throat is the best way to describe EE , first to introduce roaming charges and the biggest increase for their customers, even those mid contract. Plus crap coverage from a crap company, keep well clear 💩💩💩

@EE It’s 5G WiFi and phone signal, I’ve spoken with several people, including managers and there is still no word. They’ve promised people we’re going to the mast for days, it’s a joke. I shouldn’t have to spend my holiday calling EE for an issue to be fixed 2 weeks after it arose.
