    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    2 year phone contract is up... Decided not to go for a new phone so upgraded to sim only £8 a month for 6gb data unlimited texts and calls @EE not a bad deal!!

    @MarcAllera @Qualcomm_EU @EE Never Ever go on contract with them' i use to be £10 pay as you go' never ran out of anything data was always a roll over every month, now im contract £10 a month i send one picture using Data and ive ran out of Data and they keep adding extra cost this month £10.92

    @EE How is your Speed guarantee 47Mbps for me yet BT is 10Mbps? I've never had only 20Mbps with them but surely you'd be using the same line right?

    @EE why does your coverage map checker on your website force you to input an EE phone number? If you're a prospective customer this makes the tool unusable.

    @EE Yep exact same scripted response as i got when i first heard you were raising the prices Also its not about having low income its about customer loyalty i have used EE for years never had a price hike this big before its ridiculois you need to respect your long term customers.

    @jacquep @EE Yeah, what with missing words and the terminology it's a very poorly put together form. Usually, I'd be recommending O2 to anyone looking to switch, but the tie-up with Virgin Media is a concern. Hoping O2's customer service rubs off on VM rather than the other way round!

    @EE To anyone looking to get a contract with this company, please don't, they are terrible, the deals are awful compared to other companies, I've had 3 woman from EE not knowing how to do there job with my purchases (all 3 lied) , they overcharged me for 2 months and alot more.
