@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@smacula @virginmedia Wholeheartedly agree. VM worst level of reliability I've ever come across. We're 18 months into an @EE broadband package and its been outstanding in terms of speed and reliability even when using range extenders.

@EE Down in Somerset, I use 3 instead of broadband. Unlimited data for £20 per month, 20Mb/s reliable speed. No tethering restrictions. No contract. I’m not tied in for 24 months. Who needs cables? I looked at EE but you’re a lot more expensive and I don’t want a 2 year tie in.

@marcusBBbentley @EE Well done you for calling them out. They were wrong. Why didn’t you help your dad set up a direct debit so that he wasn’t cut off. At the end of the day he was cut off and you could have stopped it happening. Then tweeted about how awful EE are (cos they are)
