@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE I did that and they just told me that they’re all charged before they’re given out so that there was nothing they could do. Very poor, it didn’t last any longer than the 5,000 version we have but it was too late to swap that so now we’re almost without power

@EE Hi, yeah it resolved itself after 2-3 hours, by which point I'd already got on WiFi, so didn't need to worry about your problems and could access what I needed.

@EE Still no usable service at NR 32 2QB As usual password rejected when signing in and now account locked As usual you are unable to answer the phone or provide any customer service and you are asking us if we want an upgrade. In actual fact I’m looking at other deals.

@EE I have trying to cancel an order for 4 days! I keep getting passed to other departments or told to call back later. I've called 3 times and had to wait almost an hour on hold to speak with someone each time. Sort this out, it shouldn't be this hard to cancel an order!
