    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @IanTregale3 @EE I guess I had a bad egg. Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since I’ve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own 👍

    @EE I accidentally made a call to New Zealand for which you're charging me £400. I normally use WhatsApp and I can't explain why I used your service. Please drop the charge. It was a stupid mistake, and you should know no one would knowingly do this.

    @EE I called the customer service from abroad as you suggested. It costed me £4/minute. We stayed 25 minutes and nothing is sorted. That’s a shame as I paid the bill for my friend. How to escalate and make a formal complaint? But most importantly how to make it work?

    @EE hi, I’m abroad in the Dominican Republic. My phone broke before my plane journey and I managed to repair it here but I’ve lost access to all my online banking and even my EE account. I can’t receive texts and I believe it’s because my roaming is off. Can you please help?
