  • JamesPowers365 💥James💥 (@JamesPowers365) reported

Good Morning @EE what options do I have to pay up an account immediately? Account is 3 weeks old. Samsung want £130 to fix a phone that's value is on £150, to fix damage internally that was clearly present before I received the device.

  • MarrerJones Paul Jones (@MarrerJones) reported

@EE Hi EE. I have received nearly 9 cold calls this morning! Can you do anything to stop this? I block every number which cold calls me but this doesn’t solve the problem!

  • inspireindepend Dorothy Martin (@inspireindepend) reported

EE please look at your customer care policies, @EE

  • Felicia_Thandie FEE ✨🇿🇼 (@Felicia_Thandie) reported

Another day, another @EE issue. NOW why is my signal on 1 bar today. This occurrence is too much. I’m too close to moving phone networks today. TOO close.

  • qucharski Adrian Kucharski (@qucharski) reported

@JamesPowers365 @EE EE is the seller of goods and they are responsible for it not Samsung. Make an official complaint and if they still say no take them to Ombudsman Services.

  • TwBrightflame Brightflame (@TwBrightflame) reported

yo @EE How do you report a scamming phone number using your service?

  • JamesPowers365 💥James💥 (@JamesPowers365) reported

Especially when it was transferred from another European country before being sold in the UK by @EE, they is no point having an account that I can't use and I ain't waiting 101 weeks. This has just been one issue after another with this account. I've had enough.

  • JamesPowers365 💥James💥 (@JamesPowers365) reported

@EE I would assume that the repair cost would be the same. The crack is as a result of internal damage and not the phone been dropped (not dropped by us anyway), unfortunately I believe best solution is to pay it up and move on, as My Good lady would likely pursue the CRA 2015.

  • inspireindepend Dorothy Martin (@inspireindepend) reported

@EE . Please DM all those who have problems with EE , we will try to support you all, so far we have over 3,000 names of unhappy, very upset customers, I am one of those numbers! Where is your humanity EE, treat us as human beings please

  • JamesPowers365 💥James💥 (@JamesPowers365) reported

@EE And for an internal cable to be fried and need replacing suggests that the fault was present before I was sent the phone. & now Samsung want £130 to fix a phone that's value £150, In the long run it's going to be cheaper to pay @EE up and move on as phone likely as more faults.
