Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since I’ve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own 👍

I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Markos (@qnoid) reported@EE 👋🏽ordered a SIM Only Plan. Pretty confident I asked for a different shipping address compared to the billing one. I have now logged in on myEE to find that both addresses are recorded as the billing one. Is that a known issue? I hope I get the SIM on the correct one.
