    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE I’ve just been contacted from 020 7388 4874 pretending to offer me a 45% discount on my EE contract. Letting you know as looks like fraudsters have stolen customer details and are calling them.

    @EE dear ee I feel like I've been scammed, I brought a contract and canceled within 1h, they confirmed they said send a return kit but never did, 8/9 calls to rerequest now a have bill for £500 as well as a canceled contract. This is Like a #SCAM

    @NeilHowell20 @DPDgroup_news @EE DPD UK are more than appalling I have the same issue next day delivery should have been here week ago stuck in BHam! You can’t contact them I’ve tried watsapp, Twitter, email and no one replies!!!!

    @EE @EEHelpdesk Why can't anyone help me. A loyal customer with 4 active contracts. All I want is a SIm upgrade and you deactiviate my SIM before teh new arrives and when I try to activate a eSIM it fails @VodafoneUK can you help

    @EE So I haven’t been able to receive any calls since last week…my nearest mast ‘is down’ and my phone won’t connect to another one? And EE have been aware of it for 3 days…diagnostics show there are no issues in my area but Tech support says the mast is down
