    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

    @EE nice try on trying to get me to pay money when my upgrade was due. Why would i pay £50 when I'd had my last phone 2 years already. Luckily the staff in shop saw sence when i was going to take my custom else where and took the charge off. Look after your customer's better

    @EE utterly useless. Run out of data but barred from buying more. Reset password on account and it’s blocked. On hold to for over 15mins. Not fit for purpose EE, youre hopeless and after 17yrs of this **** I will be leaving tonight for a real network
