    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE love receiving a text to go in the app regarding my upgrade which isn't due till January.. go to go on the app and it doesn't work. Customer for 10 years and get this service. Time to change provider 1 lack of customer care. 2 falsely getting my hopes up of a upgrade

    @EE Cannot get any mobile phone reception while overseas, app doesn't work, cannot receive texts for account verification as a result. I need to complete passenger location form to re-enter the UK which is currently not possible with no phone reception, anyone help urgently please?!

    @EE can I ask for the best way to escalate a complaint that was closed by a manager without my permission. This is against ofcom rules. Also you have advised my direct debit date has been changed then want to take money out earlier against direct debit guarantee
