@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE being your customer continuing to be a complete nightmare. After being cut off against our will and without notice lots of time spent on the phone trying to get the 4G device to work. It is next to useless.

@ee are not helping me. I’ve been locked out having put in a sim code wrong I think. I need a PUK code. It’s says call. I can’t. I don’t have another phone to use and I’m disabled. IVE FOLLOWED EVERY STEP AND NOTHING WORKS MY CARER CANNOT CONTACT ME NOR I HER HELP

Yet again no 4G signal in Dunstable from @EE been like this for weeks yet no improvement. Awful company.

@gompstomp78 @EE I've had the same. Been awful. It was fixed for one evening, super speeds then next day back to nothing. Seems like they have one mobile mast for the whole of Dunstable which never works!
