@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

It is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; I’ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.

@O2 Is this one of your numbers '02038754174'? Not quite sure how you got my number, perhaps when I changed network, away from #O2! I left for a reason! Now with @EE and 1000x better service - the network actually works, who would have thought it!

@DPDgroup_news @EE My real problem here is with EE who are proving difficult to contact, but I do notice on the DPD website now my parcel is being returned to EE? It's all very frustrating that it was tantalizingly close but I appreciate it is mainly an issue for me to resolve with EE.

@wendybfrost @EE @Ofcom Same problem with mobile, cannot activate a sim card for my account! Existing number too!! 5 days now!! I can however ADD a new phone and number and be up n running immediately!! Awful customer service

Well looks like @ee have lost a long-standing customer. They’re just not competitive anymore and aren’t prepared to offer me a deal anywhere near as good as others on the market. Looks like @ThreeUK or @skyuk will be getting my custom shortly.
