    @EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE Hi - I’m trying to transfer a mobile number to a contract with yourselves, but the number isn’t being recognised. Is there anyone I can speak to in order to get this looked at please? Online form/automated phone service not helping unfortunately. Thanks

    @EE seems to have freaked-out. Been over hours (including sleep-time) zero WiFi... all on Data/4G. Have tried every possible fix/Down Dector has a Spike in issues with EE. MH did not need *this* atm.

    Why is it that having upgraded your @EE app, you are no longer able to access the app? Even in the days of One2One, it wasn't this bad. More like a 'downdate' rather than an 'update' yo me. Access now only via web

    @EE every morning the same msg 'there's a problem near Home' All day long rubbish signal then it's sorted by eve. I live 10 mins from a town centre. Sort It Out 🤬
