@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Totally shocked by @EE … had a phone with them for two years, no issues with paying. Yet I can’t get an iPhone 13 pro max as I don’t earn enough, even with my husbands wages added on. No attempt to retain their customers either. Off to Vodafone I go

@EE Quite ridiculous, I need am travelling abroad and want to acivate roaming on my EE account but it is blocked. greyed out. I see the solution is to call a +44 number, how am I expected to do that whilst abroad? Need to get this activated ASAP.

@EE can you fix your service in and around Street, Somerset. It says I have service and doesn’t load anything, or I have no service in places I’ve had it before. I can’t use my phone anywhere in the area it needs to be fixed

@EE phone signal has been non existent the last 3 days in my house & street. Getting an exclamation mark saying no signal, no internet connection and no network. What's going on? Network check says there is a known issue in North Shields but nothing been resolved yet
