@IanTregale3 @EE I guess I had a bad egg. Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since I’ve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own 👍

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

@EE Have cancelled upgrade. Will leave EE ASAP; not going to bite my nose off to spite my face. Two rude 150 operators; tried to give me legal advice without degrees in law. Interesting. Lack of understanding of “implicit” contracts. Was happy to upgrade; now angry with ignorance

@EE Yes, mobile data is on and roaming data is on. Have tried turning the phone off and on again and it still doesn’t work despite showing a full signal.

@EE What is that looking like if internal? Remember the good old 4G issues with penetrative signals, new construction being effectively Faraday Cages killing signal penetration? Installation of Boosters in main Telecom Shops..(NB not restricted to one brand)

@EE Just got a text stating my 1 GB data boost has been cancelled. NOW. Because I gave one month notice to cancel my second line. I have unlimited data; but principle. 150 operator laughed at me being angry with this breach of contract. Just upgraded phone; considering leaving.
