    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    Well, as @ee have done nothing to help, I have had to escalate it to a formal complaint on their website. Hopefully that will be enough and I won't have to be contacting @Ofcom

    @EE ive topped up to get an unlimited data pack but its just taken most of the money ive topped up and put it on a £5 pack i didnt ask for please help !

    Top advice don't use @EE as a broadband provider, £70 for installation on 17th Feb that is still not up, now they are telling me it'll be reviewed on the 14th and 29th of march, Its not just working from home. I can't arrange an energy provider because I'm never going to be home!

    @EE @CaptainDarlingK This is not true. I rung today to ask if I can downgrade my package and got told no. I’m now looking at a £59 a month “simple” package. Been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Absolute piss take.

    @CaptainDarlingK @EE Get a letter of deadlock and complain to the communications ombudsman. It costs EE for every complaint. If you can't get your money back, at least cost them some.

    @EE @MarcAllera @Ofcom - i was promised a resolution to the fraud on my account (when you sent an iPhone to a fraudster) w/i 7 days. Heard nothing. Promised a courtesy follow up call and a call from a manager (following complaint) today. Nothing. What do I do next please?

    @EE with the cost of living crisis you still have the nerve to increase bills by RPI PLUS 3.9%. You are making me pay over £20 per month more when rent and other bills are increasing but wages are not! My complaint was closed immediately with no response #NoRespect #expensive
