@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Had really bad customer service at @EE shop in town regarding upgrade… Rang 150 & after a few mins, man told me he would ring me on the 20th when they could offer me a better deal, it’s now the 22nd & no call🙄😩 #EE

@EE Hi, I've got a stupid question sorry! Can you trace a text message sent to me that I have since deleted/lost? A company confirmed they received my return but now won't issue a refund until I prove the item was delivered. I've changed phones & lost the text correspondence. TY!

Hi @EE I have just learnt you have been charging me £129 per month for unlimited for two years although I only average 16gb per month, which seems either like a scam or at the least shocking customer service and lack of oversight. Also you are charging me for a second line 1/2
