    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE Actually no. There seems to be a communication problem with openreach. But also it seems your staff members aren't fully trained on your system as I did have a staff member tell me it was definitely happening in the 3rd. I will be registering a formal complaint.

    @EE why when I log in to my ee account online does my mobile broadband Sim not show? I can't get any signal and it's data should be valid for 12 months, so until September.

    @IHTOAU1 @EE I was with them a long time ago as an Orange customer and then when they changed to EE. Can't remember why I left them...probably to save money but after the recent experience I've had, I'd happily pay more to have good customer service.

    @EE the new app is AWFUL! Why would you launch something with this many glitches, surely you tested this before you rolled it out? I now can't get in to roll data to my childs phone.
