@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Are there still ongoing issues with the network @EE from yesterday at 12 noon , No service or data unless you are in your house is crazy to say the least!😡
