    @EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @IanTregale3 @EE I guess I had a bad egg. Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since I’ve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own 👍

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    furious that @EE have removed my discount 16 months into a 24 month contract. to then tell me it’s my fault because I didn’t reapply the discount 10 months ago, but have left it until now to tell me. leaving me no way to rectify it. awful customer service!

    @EE hi, I've got a 4gee WiFi device, it's with my Mum in her care home, so I don't have access to it. I've got a top up card, but wanted to buy a data pack online, and I can't figure out how to do it, you chat function wasn't much help.
