    @EE Hi - I’m trying to transfer a mobile number to a contract with yourselves, but the number isn’t being recognised. Is there anyone I can speak to in order to get this looked at please? Online form/automated phone service not helping unfortunately. Thanks

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

    Away in Chichester with work. Phone signal down here is shocking. My @O2 is 4G but has the speed of E and my work @EE phone is stating 5G yet can’t get it send a simple txt.

    @j4syb @EE I feel your pain. I spent 1 hour trying to solve an issue and got passed to 7 different people all blind call Passed as well, filed a complaint and heard nothing, filed a complaint online and bear noting. The service level is truly shocking

    @EE It’s a known issue, ongoing since December 18th. Why do I have to chase you to fix this? Why was I told 72 hours almost three weeks ago? It will be all included in my complaint.

    @EE @ee I have already called them once and now I have to call them again @tescomobile customer service far superior which is why I have moved my other contracts over to them

    Don’t you love it when you’re on the phone to @EE and they take your details tell you that they will pass you to a person who is able to help but they are just the same as the first and they can’t help because they weren’t given the information needed. 1hr 40m no better off. 👎
