    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    Spent the day @HenleyRoyal regatta yesterday. Data service from @EE was rubbish! Had 4bar connection all day but nothing was getting through. Trying to msg friends to meet up was impossible.

    @EE, constant drop outs - every day, morning noon night since apr29. there are only 3 or 4 ookla tests out of dozens and dozens returning a speed over 20mbps down (most sub 7) with not one returning an upload speed greater than 0.not very much. Please help

    @EE Not a problem, thanks for getting back to me. My 24 month contract is up, and so am eligible for a phone upgrade. I'm not able to get to a local store any time soon, so would I be able to arrange for a home delivery of a new one through my phone? I hope this makes sense! Thanks
