@EE Why am I paying you £34 a month when I can get the same from Sky (for example) for £23? I've been a customer for over 3 years now. Give me a reason to stay.

@AndyNeilWhite @EE Yes I saw yours when I looked to see if anybody else had similar issues. They seem to have replied to others with the same issue but haven’t admitted there is an issue or done anything about it.
