    @EE So many calls, emails, chat line still no replies only promises, need my phone unlocked, have been told by chat line that everything is in order, but they can't help. Now without a phone

    @EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

    @EE Hello, I've been with your network starting with Orange but your upgrading prices are well above what other providers are quoting. O2 for instance £64 per month for unlimited data on a Samsung S22 Ultra. This is just a plea for consideration for your long term customers.

    @A138967 @ThreeUK Made a promise to myself in 2013 that I’d never go with them ever again after their awful service for 2 years and haven’t looked back since. @EE have had my back since. Worth paying extra for decent service.

    @EE So my bills going up in March for yearly hike. Letter says I can cancel contract if I want. Can I just ring up and get a new deal which us the £20 I'm paying now but for more data?

    @EE is there an issue with data gifting atm. Been trying to gift data since yesterday with no luck. My fiancé needs me to gift data so he can use his phone for maps so he can get to work tomorrow! Online chat function not working either.

    @EE Hi Peter, sorry for my delay. The EE customers are both on pay as you go. When they send texts, it appears to them as if they have gone through as normal. Both the o2 phones have been restarted in case it's a problem there.

    @jakeleopold @EE You can cancel without charge as they're increasing above the rate of inflation. Call them and state the above, and that is what you wish to do. If they refuse, tell them you wish to raise a price increase complaint and will be following up with the Ombudsman.
