@EE been a customer of yours for years. I’ve come to the end of my 2 year contract but you’re still trying to charge me for the phone. I’m not prepared to pay this large amount each month for a dated phone!

@EE what on earth is going on with your continued inability to get a SIM card delivered to me, had problems with this at the end of June which forced me to cancel a migration from BT Mobile and now another SIM for an additional line has yet again failed to arrive.

@EE I am furious , I have just arrived on holiday I have spent most of today trying to get my roaming to work, I’ve added it on, I cannot get anyone to help 150 dies not work and I cannot call anyone, I need to have my phone active. I will be reconsidering my options

@EE That was 2 days ago. Signal back now, though I’ve just had an auto-update to say a problem has been fixed so it may have been down again today without me noticing. It was down for several days in June, and again in July, for “maintenance”. Irritating! DMs with EE at the time.

@EE how come @tescomobile and @O2 allow European roaming yet the biggest and best(apparently) network charges?? I go to Europe 3-4 times a year and chopping and changing the benefits a month before and after is ridiculous!!

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK All the mobile phone companies are the same they are shameful and @ee is the worst boasting the best signal with less drop out yet we have had a local mast that breaking weekly they are all a joke
