    @EE So many calls, emails, chat line still no replies only promises, need my phone unlocked, have been told by chat line that everything is in order, but they can't help. Now without a phone

    @IanTregale3 @EE I guess I had a bad egg. Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since I’ve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own 👍

    @EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

    @EE why is it every time I go to Dorset or Somerset the coverage is always terrible ? I have virtually no signal at all . My wife is on Tesco and never has a problem. Why am I paying so much more for poor service? What’s happening to EE ?

    Dear @EE 1. Do not delay sending PAC code in case someone wants to leave ur company 2. Train ur customer care good enough to trust customers rather than doubting them and making them feel as liars

    DPD deliveries are so impractical. @EE you need to offer an in store collection option! Delivering large orders during work hours when people arent home doesnt work, especially since DPD doesnt let you pick a day after 5 days. Theyve already failed a Saturday delivery today 😤
