@EE my 80 yo M.I.L is a broadband customer. Her internet connection is down (router transmitting but no data xfer). She has been trying to get help from you. Can you please contact me so someone can help her. Orange light on router flashing all resets tried.

@EE I cannot make and receive calls on my mobile. I have tried to ring 150 with no success. Can you give me some indication as to when this will be fixed. Is this a regional or national problem.

@PaulBarette @EE I spent an hour on the phone to get through to someone, they said it’s a major service outage and that it’ll be sorted by 7:30… not holding out hope though. If they knew, why not proactively tell customers?
