@EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

@EE your service in my area has been shocking over the last few weeks. Although you send texts to explain, it is totally unacceptable to be continuing for so long. I am working from home and I have to phone colleagues and learners daily and this is hindering my work.
