@EE I was called the next day to say that the engineer had an 'access issue', which I'm afraid must be false - we were present all day and even had other tradesmen come and go. Now I can't get online til Thursday which is affecting my work schedule.

@nigelwalsh @EE I should clarify, it wasnt the only metric. The key one for agents was around NPS and customer satisfaction, that is just what the workforce management team used to monitor staffing levels.

@EE abroad for 3 days. Still no roaming despite active in my account. Online help says a start conversation button will appear. Does not. Can’t call as no service. Do you have a Skype help?
