@skezzas @EE Not in 14 months' time, I'm afraid. EE will increase price every March/April even if you've only been with them a few weeks or months. I'm just waiting for my contract to end so I can cancel it.

I got charged £110 on my phone bill by being on hold to @British_Airways exec club by @EE and actually what ********? I never spoke to anyone and it’s actually the only number to call. Why am I being charged for **** customer service?

@EE I am paying £10 a month, which to you may not seem alot, but it is to me and the signal where I live is crap so I have to keep going on WiFi. For a network that supposed to be the UK biggest, that's rubbish. If I didn't have WiFi then I wouldn't be able to use my phone.

Case in point - it just took me two attempt and a 60 second lag to send this one tweet using phone signal. I’m also streaming a concert using your broadband and its buffering every 5 seconds. @EE
