@IanTregale3 @EE I guess I had a bad egg. Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since I’ve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own 👍

@EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

Apologies to my few followers but this deserves a public rant. I've been an @EE customer since 2015. Phoned them 30Dec to upgrade. Confirming details, the rep read out my previous address. I corrected him with current address. All sorted I thought. DPD attempted delivery 1/

Finally made the effort to report @EE to @ICOnews for nuisance marketing phone calls. Been their customer for years, but they don’t take a blind bit of notice when you ask for the calls to stop. Can’t wait until this contract ends. 🖕🏻
