@EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

@EE I understand I may come across as prickly. But please look at this from my point of view. The last time EE told me they were optimising my local network... It actually turned out that they were turning off the cell tower that covered my house leaving me with no home coverage.

@EE your website won’t let me buy an additional Sim contract for my account. It’s ridiculous going round in circles with page saying I can’t upgrade. I want an additional sim not an upgrade! Phone lines busy and chat line busy. Don’t you want extra business! Fix website

@EE It’s an on going issue in the area and is highlighted on several websites on google for outage checking... However I have tried rebooting and nothing! But it is intermittent at the minute
