Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since Iβve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving EE.

Dan 'Nubz' π€ (@IamNubz) reported@WeAreOpenreach & @EE again failing Rural customers. Two major service outages in 6 months. No communication, last one was from 19th December to 7th January with no Internet in area with no indoor signal. This time ETA is 29th April, was 28th yesterday. Pathetic.
