    @EE I think you have a problem with the Amy Account section of your website. Neither the add or website seem to be working. Other people are tweeting. For example I’m trying to view my bill and date usage, just goes to a blank white screen

    @EE please can you send me a copy of the form for cancelling a mobile contract that is under 14 days in an editable format. I've tried with the online form in 5 different pieces of software and it won't let me do it. Thanks for your help.

    @EE Hi, please could someone get in touch with me as I have 3 new sims because moved from BT mobile but can’t get pac codes, information in the pack sent not helpful and to be honest can’t get hold of anyone to help as your constantly busy. Not a good start to moving over.

    @EE right listen up yous. I got 5 phone sims contracted with you all 5 members have 1 bar of service and internet doesn’t work I need help. We have reset networks and still the same issue. Help now !!!

    @Vhero @EE I spoke to a person at ee yesterday morning, they told me I will get 5gb on top of the standard min of 1gb because of being a broadband customer... My account got updated today. Still says 1gb in my ee account. I really am not trusting it right now.

    @EE I've got the new fold 4 and today I can't make any outgoing calls except to 150, hold for last 10 minutes, is there a problem or is it just me?

    @EE Sadly after many years with EE I have to say from recent experiences they are coming very close to @O2 for been the worst network in the country 😡
