Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since Iโve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own ๐

Jean Morris (@jeannibea) reported@Hepworthclare @EE How dreadful. I'm with ee mobile for network & data only but since BT mobile moved to ee Iโve found Customer Service has dipped. I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!

BT owns EE - and they are just as bad. I am not comfortable in this digital age. Bring back carrier pigeons, morse code, proper telephones, the abacus and television with 3 Channels.

We have checked thoroughly for faults on our end and can't see anything that would call for us to have this flag. We have been talking to the EE technical team and haven't been able to progress or come to a resolution. @EE we would greatly appreciate a deeper look into the reason so many of your customers are experiencing this issue - some of them have made contact but haven't been able to come to a resolution.

Just over an hour later, I received 2 emails one saying that my order was on the way and another saying that it has been delivered when it obviously has not. Since then, I am unable to track the order as it says there is a problem! Pls help.
