Hi @EE - why can't I connect to FTP using personal hotspot from my business account any more? I'm getting "229 Extended Passive Mode Entered" errors. Really annoying to suddenly get this when trying to file my work remotely.

@EE Mobile coverage is patchy at best where I live. Where I work there is no signal at all and can't make or receive calls. My office is on the edge of Aberdeen so not even a rural area. Been told before by advisor's the system says it should work perfectly. Can guarantee it doesn't

@EE No, I'll do it here where others can be made aware of your theft too, you tell me I'm not on a device plan and yet I'm literally paying you for the ha dset I'm typing on now!! Again, I will accept a rise in my talktime but NEVER on the cost of the handset, that's theft.
