@Channel4 @EE I had very bad experience with EE after 12 years been a good customer. And even threatened me. If I speak with executive i will loose everything. And left me stress and anxiety by EE customer care supporter including Executive.

@EE Additionally, Nreal claim that their contract with EE states that they are not allowed to provide after-sales support for devices sold through EE. This was at EE's request. So I respectfully recommend EE take a good close look at their contract with Nreal and, you know, UK law.

@StarLightPL @Nreal @EE Nah this post wasn't about starting beef. I loved my Nreal Air while they were working, and I think they make excellent products. Unfortunately I had hit a road block with support and felt a public post was my last, desperate option to be heard.

@StarLightPL @Nreal @EE I will also be reconvening with EE, as it was absolutely their responsibility to replace my device, and by refusing support they were breaking UK consumer law.
