    @EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

    @IanTregale3 @EE I guess I had a bad egg. Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since Iโ€™ve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own ๐Ÿ‘

    @EE So many calls, emails, chat line still no replies only promises, need my phone unlocked, have been told by chat line that everything is in order, but they can't help. Now without a phone

    @EE why are you so hard to get hold off? Always seems to be an issue logging in or with your systems. Supposed to have a router delivered today but canโ€™t see whatโ€™s happening with it, been stuck in all day and Iโ€™m going greyer by the minute! Any chance if an update

    @EE | already did that. They changed it. It immediately changed back. It has happened several times before. There should be an option in the app to manage it myself. I'm an idiot for talking to a bot. But I'd be an idiot to talk to you too because the same thing always happens.
