@EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

Having issues again with my signal. Not sure what’s going on these few days but @EE in my area is always amazing. Showing I’ve got 4G but I can’t send texts or make or receive calls. Hopefully it’ll be sorted soon 🙏🏼

@EE Hi. Any issues with SMS today? I am getting all SMS messages undelivered to a number. Settings are enabled/correct etc. I have voice called them and that works. Thanks

@EE Another coffee is definitely needed, the top of the tower is 512ft so wonder if I could get a signal there, sadly for safety reasons I wasn't allowed to see.
