@EE TBH i'm sick of dooing that, you just tell me it's a warenty issue and @SamsungUK will sort it, they don't, but you still get paid! I JUST WANT A PHONE THAT WORKS!

Considering buying a @SamsungUK galaxy z flip 3 phone? please god don't! I've hadissues with mine for over 3 months and not @SamsungUK or @EE can rectify it, save yourself a lot of heartache and money and get something else, new article including video of the issues xcoming soon!

@EE so is it right that I have to pay for you to repair my phone screen under warranty all because it has minor cosmetic damage on the outer casing (as in literally one tiny chip on the side of the phone where the screen didn't have the issue)

@EE Shocking service from you guys today. Mother bought sim online with a BT customer discount and gift code and you called today saying you won’t honour it. Why let the online site accept the codes if your not going to honour them
