@EE is the worst telecommunication company in the world. I wanted to change a number from an account to another. They answered me to go to @VodafoneGroup and come back to @EE because "it was the only way to do it" Ridiculous. Oh, yeah, and they made me pay for that.

If dying from cancer wasn't enough, @EE are making me jump through hoops to cancel a sim card I called up and cancelled 12 hours after ordering because the original EE representative didn't actually cancel it.

@EE I'm not asking about social distancing/other safety measures. I'm asking specifically about the wearing of face coverings, which is now required by law in England in customer-facing settings. Do you agree that it is a criminal offence for non-exempt staff not to be wearing them?
