@ianmc77 @EE Gone elsewhere now, 20 years I was with Tmobile which then became EE. Never missed a payment, etc to be treated like a liar at their error. Works out cheaper for me now as well 👍

@EE I’m a very loyal customer been with you 26 years in all your forms but patience wearing thin. Logged a complaint on 25/9 ( missold / lost service/ nhs ) 4 hr call promise of callback/ chased yesterday still no call about complaint - help

Your live CS agents in India are even more useless saying my name doesn’t exist? Bcos YOU deleted my details from your system without even consulting me so how do they expect to find my account information? I bet @EE don’t treat their customers in this way no wonder I’m switching

@EE 1/2 your website seems to be having issues. Trying to preorder the new Apple Watch but when I log in it wont even bring up the page for watches. If I try to add it before logging in, it asks me to log in and then does the same thing. When I did manage to have it in the basket
