@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE is the only company I know of who consistently has issues with logging in. The app never works and every time I login ‘your information is not recognised’. Without fail, I have to reset my password EVERY time I try and access my account and I don’t even have the app

@EE Hi, my TV has a Chromecast built in so it should be fine to cast from BT Sport app, as it has been before. The message that popped up suggested BT's stopped supporting that, & I had to use their Android TV app, which then asked for a BT login that I don't have as an EE customer.
