    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Hi, unfortunately I've had a further issue with the account and need to speak to someone about it. I spoke to a very kind advisor on 0800 079 8586 however the issue isn't resolved and it's now the third issue

    I can’t wait for November so I can move to @EE , sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s incompetent 4G data service. Non stop issues with streaming radio both download & upload. I don’t understand how difficult it can be to supply a decent 4G service

    I swear trying to get a pac code of @EE @EEHelpdesk is like asking them for a kidney. A week and still not got one. Technical issues on line and unable to get through on phone and when you do again there's a Technical issue.

    @EE Issues my girlfriend has experienced so far since upgrading: 1)old sim being deactivated and new sim not being activated for several hours. 2)Being told she has to pay £96 as it included a cancellation fee aswell as her phone number being divided meaning she has to pay both.

    @EE what a truly awful shocking company you are to get hold of. I am a home 4G broadband customer and there is no way I can contact you through any of your automated services because they all ask for my EE mobile number. I don’t have an EE mobile, FFS.

    @EE I have been charged £650 by EE for a phone I returned that was faulty. They DON’T send replacement until had faulty one back.I in T’s & C’s. I have misplaced the tracker number and can’t even cancel the contract. I was without a phone for a week. Will NEVER use them again!
