@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE You app does not work on Xiaomi phones, this is raised everywhere but being just ignored. Your service desk pretend not knowing what is Xiaomi. And for information Xiaomi is number 3 phone maker, ahead of Apple now....

@EE Good luck! Been a month today since originally ordered and due to various customer service issues I’m still without my upgrade. Furthermore I have now had my Apple Music account removed from my EE contract! No answers as to why or when my upgrade will arrive, JOKE OF A SERVICE!!

@EE have been seeing really poor 4g reception since upgrading to a 5g sim plan. I have reported this several time using the online forms as unable to get through on the phone. Lack of service should be compensated! Please help!
