@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@MohamedAbdulwa @EE Same here mate I’ve been with EE for 15 years and they won’t match an offer from another network. Orange was amazing in retaining loyal customers but EE is all about profits. I have like 5 phones with them I’ll be moving them all next month

@EE Your customer service is appalling, they have repeatedly been unable to get my account on their screens, and the signal where I live is zero during the day!!!! This is not the way to run a Mobile network, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!
