    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @greysox78 @EE Try asking in-store in Game. Even if they don't have it online sometimes they'll allow you to put down a pre-order for their next drop in person. That's how I got mine, took a couple weeks but at least I got it
