    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @kevharv52 @EE Because they’re stupid & selfish and it’s all about them. Too narrow minded to see the bigger picture. I rarely use the supplied power brick. Car, bedside charger, laptop - they all charge my phone. Never needed the one that came in the box. Tons of these end up in the bin.

    @EE Funny my o2 works great but my ee didn’t hmm I think you need to try your own network as it’s very poor I will never be a customer again how you get away with making statement like this baffles me !

    @VodafoneUK why doesn’t your network function on an iPhone 13 in France? My friends on @O2 or @EE gave no problems, whereas I can’t even make a phone call. Helpdesk told me to buy a local Sim!

    I switched because I was appalled by the customer service of @EE who had made my dealings with my mothers account under power of attorney, a nightmare. At one point they wouldn't let me top up her phone, she has dementia and is in care.

    @EE I have phones. No credit risk to EE. I just want the contract price. Customer service told me to go to a store to buy the broadband device and both stores I went to say they can’t sell me the device for PAYG. Silly. Take my money, please.

    @EE Not a happy bunny 😠 been a loyal T-mobile and now EE customer since 2000. clearly loyalty means nothing! @EE would rather steal my money then refund MY money tut tut #PoorCustomerServices
