I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Call technical team, could not help + no idea about booster aerial they offer. Call back expected, no call back #timetocancel #poorEE
