    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    An update on the @EE situation, we've reached a reasonable outcome and Mum's number can be transferred over to another network free of charge. We're all a bit baffled at yesterdays obstacles but we've good a good outcome in the end.

    @EE Bought yesterday. Constant red signal light. Connected to wifi but no internet. EE helpdesk said known problem with no current fix

    @EE is there still an outage in RH16? My 4G home router still isn’t working. Only had it since last Thursday and managed just 3 days of any sort of service. Looks like I’m going to have to return it and cancel my account as it now just gathering dust!

    @EE The clue to the location was in my tweet. I have no idea of the range of postcodes from Weymouth train station and 30 mins down the line. But no signal that I could use for data.

    @EE It wouldn't work here nor would it in many other parts of this supposedly developed country as there is no mobile signal. That is no signal at all, right in the heart of England. Don't blame someone else @EE as you are guilty of this failure.

    Hey @EE, why has my android phone suddenly switched my calls over to Wi-Fi calls. The reception is terrible. Is there a way to switch this off?
