    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    Hey @EE I've just moved to a new house and the reception is terrible despite the signal checker expecting me to get excellent 4G indoors and outdoors. No issues showing on the status checker either. Any ideas?

    @EE Since moving house I have no phone signal at all. If I turn my phone on and off for a few moment I get signal, but then it drops again. What can I do?

    @fullstacktester @EE Their interface is absolutely terrible. Also, there was a bug in it awhile back where it didn't update..I believe they fixed that one though.

    @EE Hi So your customer service didn't provide the contract but luckily I found it in my email and after that they said I should have a email saying the price was changed which I don't and what's the point of a contract if your gonna change price right after people sign up.

    @EE The fact the your customer service denied the original price and were not providing the contract is disgusting. I put a complaint in and a few hours later I get a message that it's been close. So we can't even complain now?

    Hi @EE, just had what I presume to be a scam EE call. For future help what info should genuine EE callers already have? Do they have my account details there in front of them?
