@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE I have had terrible, patchy, or non-existent signal on my home router 2 4G device all week. Spoke to customer service on phone twice, told 2 different stories. What is problem please, and when will it be fixed? Relying on this devide to be able to work!

@VodafoneUKBiz Your customer service is so bad I urge all off my followers to switch to EE. Good product but really really crap customer service which is crucial in a phone contract. @EE is so much better and professional, they wipe the floor with you. Can they buy you over?

Staying on 7th floor holiday Inn Hotel, why @EE 5g network so rubbish? Come on it's 5g and only 7th floor. Can't even open Instagram app properly. 😒

@EE both of my parents have Samsung Galaxy A50’s and are having notifications constantly (sometimes every minute) today saying ‘your mobile network has been temporarily switched off by your provider’. I have an iPhone and there’s no actual issues with the service, any ideas why?
