@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Can you confirm if you're having network problems? I can't load some of my game apps even on WiFi as it says no Internet connection. My wifi is working fine on all other devices. It just seems to be my ee phone. I've rebooted it but still the same.

@andy_cov93 @EE Have you tried your old sim in the new phone? I had this problem with my new iPhone, turns out there was a dodgy SIM card reader so it had to be replaced 3 hours after I purchased it!

@sophslou @EE There's a suggestion EE's DNS servers are down. For both to go down suggests they are having infrastructure issues. I won't hold my breath for a quick resolution if that's the case - it'll take them at least 12 hours to read up what DNS stands for.
