@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE I hope you can help. I came to thailand 2 months ago so cancelled my data plan. I need to contact my bank, calls are barred though. I topped up £5 so I could call them. They cant ring my phone also. What is wrong and how do I fix it please. My credit card is blocked. No money

@EE Yea it's been sent off for investigation but still doesn't help the situation. 72 hours for a response to find out what's happened then what every else has to happen after the fact in order for me to receive the phone. Absolutely no reimbursements for this

@EE Finally broken away from you guys after 20 years from one2one to T mobile to EE same number but your prices are getting a joke and considering everywhere has Wi-Fi in London and you can get a cheap VPN for security I no longer need your 5G coverage at overpriced rates
