@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE I got a new 5G S21 from you last month and it has never actually received 5G even though I've been in London, Brighton and other places that are supposed to receive 5G. Is there something wrong with the SIM?

@EE Well spoke to linzi and she was lovely and couldn’t apologise enough the gent from the executive team is an absolute disgrace Insisted that linzi had covered everything without even hearing me out quite clear he doesn’t like his job or customer and it was probably end of shift
