    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone πŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒ

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    I have never experienced such poor customer service from @EE. Very clear they don't want to retain (very long standing) customers anymore when you get offered ONE upgrade price & then get asked if you want the PAC code to move 😑 @iD_Mobile_UK you will be gaining another customer

    @EE I did. It told me it couldn't find any issues at my home address, which is true. But there are in my local town centre. It told me to "press 1 to speak to someone" but when I did, it told me to hang up and check my texts.

    @EE I ain't calling you as I do not want the call to be recorded or wait on hold for two hours like you usually do. I don't owe any money towards you, it isn't my fault your customer service agent forgot to cancel it

    @GaryMcI74904767 @EE Got the same problem aswell with their internet it's a ******* joke claim to be the fastest broadband what a croc of ****
