    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @johnnywebster72 @EE How odd, definitely an EE problem! If you both use Apple Music you may find it more cost effective to change to Apple Music Family instead. £14.99 for up to six people in your family (if just two people use it, it’s already cheaper than two separate plans).
