    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE good old customer service living upto its normal standard. Raise 3 complaints. Meant to have a callback from a manager -even gig agent to text arrangement as proof knowing you’re history and nothing!! Seems loyalty mean nothing having been a customer 20 years.

    @EE I have downloaded your app and spoken to countless guides who just keep making unfulfilled promises. 3 months down the line and I am still not happy, with your customer service. Someone needs to read the many conversations and sort out the promised compensation.

    @EE I’ve had some of the worst customer service today. Applied for iPhone 17 pro wanted to change colour choice from orange to blue was told to change id have to change broadband provider was then misquoted cost and after it all was told I couldn’t get my iPhone.

    @EE It's not about 'having some trouble with getting logged into..' it's the fact that EVERY SINGLE TIME I've ever tried it fails despite the details being stored (ie can't be incorrect) and then after the FIRST attempt being told the lie about 'multiple' attempts.

    @EE The Whole point of coming on here is to try and actually be contacted tried for 6 days and been on hold or ignored then cutoff on chats. Worse still you’ve just sent a text saying case closed as complaint has been resolved!

    @EE Waited for 45 minutes yesterday and call was not answered and this morning the text services also not working. Is @EE going bankrupt??
