@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE been on the phone for about 2 hours today and was all fixed ! Just switched on the TV upstairs to find a message saying “ looks like you don’t have internet connection right now go to settings and check your network connection status to reset !! To say I’m not happy 😡

Extremely unimpressed with @OpenreachHelp and @EE this morning. The incident can't be escalated. 2 - 4 days SLA for fixing my internet after an idiot truck driver ripped the cable down outside my house because it was hanging low (which was reported back in August!!!).

@EE Any idea when the mast that is broken in the NE11 area will be fixed. Signal is shocking can’t make or take calls when out and about in the area and the EE status updates you sign up for provide no information
