@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE Are you aware of any issues with the data connections Or signal issues Signal on mine and my partners phone is on and off 3&4G and taking an age to load anything if anything at all Usually have no issues at all

@EE my wifi keeps going down and I’ve tried resetting the router several times but still is not working, is there an outage across the service? This is making it really inconvenient for working from home

@EE You’ve turned off someone’s phone because they asked to extend their payment date, now you’re trying to cancel their contract and charge them £1000, how do you think this is acceptable? Scum, get in contact cause this is going further

@EE This is Home fibre broadband, it happens everyday and it is not the first time. I have had 4 engineers out to look at it and have made countless phone calls. I have had enough with the poor service.
