    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE Hi - I’m trying to transfer a mobile number to a contract with yourselves, but the number isn’t being recognised. Is there anyone I can speak to in order to get this looked at please? Online form/automated phone service not helping unfortunately. Thanks

    @EE I’d love to pay my outstanding bill but your phone line keeps cutting me off because I’m no longer an EE customer and I can’t log in as suggested because…I’m no long an EE customer!! I tried to tweet you, no reply. So answer the call or stop sending me letters!

    @EE periodically block my service, even though I have paid on time, and in full, because I criticised them. Cue the cut and paste denials, and 'sorry you feel that way' dismissal, from EE.

    Despite good signal, no actual data throughput on @EE 4G 🙄 Switching to the other SIM on a different provider and all ok (dual SIM, not a power off/swap/power on)

    @MarcAllera @EE Thanks. It was Marie, I went in with what I thought was a faulty iPhone (annual upgrade from EE) but Marie whittled it down to my leads. Super helpful, even apologising that the fault could not be rectified and spent a good amount of time with me.

    @EE is there an issue with your app just now? Trying to use the message service regarding an order and it keeps throwing me out and asking me to setup a pin.

    @EE highly recommend changing from DPD as your delivery service, they have caused nothing but problems and I still do not have my parcel
