    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE My contact started at £165 it is now going to be £212 at the next of the month. Being upfront doesn’t make things right. Your service is shocking so how do you justify this?

    Hey @EE, when I phone up with a serious issue and select the option to talk to someone, it would be nice to actually talk to someone instead of getting a very unhelpful text bot. Very dissatisfied.

    @EE Notified my phone contract has been hiked up by £9.20,I have been a long standing customer, will have to wait till 2024 to end my contract, thanks EE 👍

    @EE I think you may want to read my tweet reply again. I am saying the price rise is fine if I was getting good signal from EE. But to pay more for a poorer signal does not sit so easily. I didn’t go looking for an explanation about price rises.

    @EE we are in the middle of a cost of living crisis so you really believe it's ok to increase my monthly bill by £9.94 (14%). I've only had the contract for 5 months but have been a loyal customer since you were Orange/TMobile. Absolute disgrace!
