    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE How do you raise a formal complaint with EE ? The network coverage is still down with no timescale for it to be repaired.😡 Have just cancelled the first of my four lines due to this .

    Trying to upgrade my phone with @EE and it won’t let me use my NHS discount code. They never added it for this phone and I don’t want another 2 years not being able to use it 😭

    @EE hi I've had an email from "noreply" to say the phone I ordered is out of stock. Oddly my wife ordered the same phone an hour later but hasnt had an email. The phone number on the email just cuts out. Help?

    @VodafoneUK why is it your agents find it acceptable to lie to customers! Why is it that when challenged on the matter all I get told Is that the information I was given is not correct and there is nothing that can be done! @EE @ThreeUK wouldn’t treat loyal customers this way!
