@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE so engineer never arrived as you cancelled the visit. Blaming me for not replying to a text I never received. Said order not confirmed despite an email confirmation. Unpleasant and rude Wendy at “early life” dept. Mobile phone also cancelling. So much for customer loyalty!

Renewing my contract & can’t believe the @EE prices on Sim only deals. Some of them are nearly about the same cost as taking out a phone & plan. What’s your justification for the astronomical prices?As a customer of 15 years, you should be offering me better deals than that.

@EE No, I tried calling 150 and your amazing new Visual Navigation system provides a one-time link to a page that only creates errors. So I went to the website and (allegedly) 'Live' Chat which was neither live nor at all effective. Seriously, do you people even use your own systems?

@EE hi. My mums on your network but no mobile signal in last day! She is 78 and had cancer 4 times and now much harder to contact
