    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE @MarcAllera No responses - wow and why on earth was a decision made to have all BT Mobile customers move to EE. EE Service levels are atrocious and can someone at EE respond to let their customers know what is going on?

    @bt_uk Rip off long time customer used to have bt sports started billing me 20 pound a month for it and giving new customers brilliant deals then boyed my phone off to @EE who are garbage

    @EE received an email yesterday that the discount on my contract would be cancelled due to my old phone that I sent back using the pre paid packing is lost or stolen . Be careful with trading deals that @ee offer poor customer service .
