  @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

  @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

  @EE How can I speak to someone who will fix the fault on my landline please? I have spent hours on the phone and finally got through to someone sensible @ee last week. They confirmed calling my landline from a mobile is simply a dead line. Call back promised today. Nothing.

  I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.
