@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@kimltobin @O2 @EE Cancel in your 14 day cooling off period…run for the hills! You will never get a signal!

@ColinBrazierTV @EE replied to my question of 10% + 4% and said its to invest in a better service. Its blatant exploitation of a contract loop hole and they are laughing at us.

Been a loyal @EE customer for over 10 years and I am absolutely disgusted by their 14.4% price increase on contracts. Absolute disgrace 😡. Yet another company engineering more profits for the mega rich bosses as I doubt the EE staff will see a 14.4% increase in their wages.🤬

@EE @alexraecoaching It's a shame they were unable to use the £800+ million profit from 2022 to invest in their network and just had to profiteer from high inflation instead

@EE Doesn’t matter about being upfront! You’re joking the others in making living very hard for us folk. 20+% in two years is ridiculous and the network hasn’t changed in those two years! Not at all

Thank you @EE for acknowledging your poor service and offering a full refund - hope the store has learnt something from our poor experience

@EE I took my contract out not even 2 months ago! I’m sorry but that is a poor excuse. It’s unethical in my view. We’ve all taken a hit, it’s not fair for you to charge near 4% MORE than inflation!
