  @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

  @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

  @EE Tht no1 is actually checking settings & seeing battery health themselves. Ive not had this phone a year, i dont do anything abnormal and its down to 86%, ive spent hrs on phone with EE and noone wants to fix the fact that youve sold me a product which isnt fit for purpose. 2/2

  Please sort your rubbish network @EE rather than showing some stupid advert of someone being shaved remotely on a mountain top. Try doing that on the North Norfolk coastline and then watch the blood spill everywhere.

  @mobile_mag @EE @bt_uk We had Fibre installed by BT to the poles on our lane in 2017. It was never connected, such a a waste of money. Now being replaced but stopping at the property before us 300m away. Infuriating. Stuck on 4G broadband but signal is appalling even with cantenna.

  @EE HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!! My phone cannot get a signal and constantly drops calls it can’t even pick up 3G let alone five! Been on hold for 35 minutes and can’t even get to speak to anybody!!! Business customer absolutely furious 😡😡😡
