    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ

    @EE Hi - Iโ€™m trying to transfer a mobile number to a contract with yourselves, but the number isnโ€™t being recognised. Is there anyone I can speak to in order to get this looked at please? Online form/automated phone service not helping unfortunately. Thanks

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! ๐Ÿ˜Š

    @EE The frustration is you trust openreach to fix something and they donโ€™t, at the end of it is a customer who has been given no information as to whatโ€™s going on. I finally managed to speak to someone who has tried to get the ball rolling again.

    @dbcxptures @EE I hardly really never have a reception, I mainly rely on wifi. Was on M25 at weekend not reception there either, neither near Norfolk

    @EE you have treated a 30 year customer appallingly - I have never have experienced worse customer service, technical support, mis-selling, and lies than from EE. I have spent hours and weeks trying to resolve an upgrade issue & it is getting worse daily. @EE MD or CEO help!

    @EE spent ages on the phone with auto customer services. For it to end with you must text for this service and they ended the call. I do the text thing and get a response "we cant match your details to an account" So yeah.....useful service. WiFi signals been awful for days!

    Hey @EE, I upgraded & your team failed to re-apply my spend cap, causing a ยฃ160 roaming bill. When I called to sort your mistake, your advisor said I had "no proof" & hung up. As someone with health conditions, this treatment is a total breach of @Ofcom care duties. Fix it.

    @EE why has my service been restricted for non payment of a bill that was paid days before due as normal. Payment taken from my bank but not updated on the app. Very very unimpressed

    @EE Because the hotspot appears to be from someone's home router, and I'm not sure they are aware someone else could be using their phone line to get access to ee public network services
