    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE Hi - I’m trying to transfer a mobile number to a contract with yourselves, but the number isn’t being recognised. Is there anyone I can speak to in order to get this looked at please? Online form/automated phone service not helping unfortunately. Thanks

    Hi @EE, is it standard practice to be told to just "cancel & go" when out of contract & you're holding off on your upgrade due to a network fault in your local area which wont be fixed for a month or so? (fault has been ongoing since January) After 14+ years on tenure too?

    @EE hi, I’m trying to activate roaming after going abroad to the US but my phone is not picking up any carriers and so I cannot text ‘roaming’ to 150. When I try to activate it in the MyEE app or the website, it just says there was a problem. Can you assist?

    @EE You are aware that 4G calling (VoLTE) standardisation is so bad consumers can't know whether 4G calling works? And that emergency calling over 4G has many flaws?

    @EE Too far along the process, they knew I was under time pressure too. Then they had the audacity to ask that when the customer service questionnaire comes that I give them a 9!

    @EE Customer services confirm it’s not provisioned correctly so needs sent back. Meaning I’ll be without an Apple Watch until this is received back and re-ordered. They won’t send a replacement until old is back even though it’s not my issue. Absolute shambles.

    @EE ha and yet you can still get it cheaper elsewhere. upto 10 cheaper a month. or slightly cheaper with unlimited data so you were way overcharging before. such rip off merchants that like to act like you are saving people money but really like to overcharge them. poor customers

    @EE absolutely disgusting not to be able to fix a fault over the weekend/ back holiday. Cut. Serv. Assistant finds it funny that I have used all my phone data and"all" she can do is to put "a note of dissatisfaction" 😡 onto my file...

    @EE It says on the page that you will be charge for calls to local numbers, but customer service says differently. They also say that the fair usage allowance is 50 GB not 15
