@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE @Samsung When I copy new images/video to my #Samsung phone by, for example, a network connection. The media finder doesn't automatically run. So new media doesn't show. I have to use a 3rd party app to run parse the new manually. On their forums - no fix for this after 2 updates since.

@EE Had no decent mobile signal in Farnborough since friday. Website says will be fixed in 16 hours. Its been like that over 24 hours. I even upraded thinking it was a fault with my phone buts its the same issue on both. Gen thinking of taking phone back and switching providers.

@EE Turned out that WH Smiths in Bude are selling EE PAYG Sims that have cancelled numbers and wouldn’t register on the network!!! They gave me two more, one was the same (£10 deal), another on a different deal (£15 top up) was OK

@EE This network issue around Llandudno (LL30 postcode) is still continuing. It seems to be a capacity issue as there are fewer problems during quieter times. I'm due to upgrade but it seems pointless unless I know the network issues are going to be fixed.
