    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Hi - I’m trying to transfer a mobile number to a contract with yourselves, but the number isn’t being recognised. Is there anyone I can speak to in order to get this looked at please? Online form/automated phone service not helping unfortunately. Thanks

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE I'm trying to help my girlfriend sho has two EE contracts and wants to cancel the one she doesn't use. Doesn't allow us to online and can't visit a store so the contact centre is the only way it seems

    @EE I've recently sent some add to plan devices back, ordered one of those PS5s and now took an additional line out all on my account, I've asked of the add to plans have been received back and if the PS5 can be cancelled but I just need this all confirming, can you help?..

    @EE Hi there, yes thank you. Phone seems to be back to normal - it was causing a problem at the time while trying to work and order prints etc. as it was not receiving texts or calls so couldn't confirm payments etc.! All seems to be working now.

    So glad I signed up for a new 100GB #5G contract with @EE so I can tether off my phone for work @virginmedia broadband has been f*ck*n awful the last few days! contract ending too. Maybe cancel?? 🤔
