@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE after a very condescending call with one of your agents, I requested the complaints procedure. They have opened and then CLOSED my complaint on that call. I did not agree to closing. They sent me a link for complaints that, shock, doesn't work.I need the complaint procedure.
