@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

Anyone ordering iPhone 14 PM with @EE , expect to not receive your handset on launch. Too many back orders but no contact from customer service. I’ve had to chase them today to now find out it will be 21 days. Not sure this is the experience @Apple want. Time to go to @O2

@EE I ordered my upgrade about 15 minutes after pre-orders went live for the new iPhone 14 Pro Max, Yet I'm still no clearer if the device is even slated to arrive tomorrow. Though you've happily taken payment. Can I get an update or I'll just cancel the order and buy elsewhere.
