Cannot access the linked page online/via app. Called in. 45 mins chat. Agent can’t see either. Techs advised. Suggested I try +24 hrs from now. Poor.

Dave 🏴 (@Big_Grumps) reported@EE the hbo max app is now on the EE TV box. Scanning the QR code takes me to a BT website, then links to EE, with no options to add, or activate it. I've tried on the EE app also and there's no options there to add, or activate either. Can you provide any help please?

Doit (@doitixoys) reported@EE Any update on this? Your guide fobbed me off again with a mealy mouthed accusation that the 97 year old man should have known what he was agreeing to! Ofcom said you'd contact us within 5 days which you never did - Not at ALL surprised. Very lax on the duty of care for seniors!
