    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Hi EE, do you have an update for a Phone and Broadband customer in the GU32 are that haven't had phone or internet connectivity since the weekend. Been told it's a BT/Openreach issue. Do you have an ETA for resolution please?

    @gj2711 @EE @SamsungUK I've been waiting 36 days, and been told by samsung promotions its validated but due to covid there are delays. It seems covid is the go to excuse everyone now uses. Funny how there's never a delay in taking the money.

    @EE Well I've not been made aware of this help and that doesn't answer why EE feel it's OK to up there tariff in these uncertain times !! We are paying for 3 lines and are both Furloughed but need all 3 lines , can't reduce the tariff but thanks EE for costing us more money

    @EE It says error and try login again later. It does it on website and app. I have re installed the app as well.

    @EE would love to know how I've ended up with 2 contracts on my account and footing a 60 quid bill for what was meant to be a £15 a month sim only upgrade. Your live chat and cancellation team are horrendous-sort your **** out
