Levi Williams-Clucas (@Femkepants) reported from Earl Soham, England@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Cameron (@MasterlyAmateur) reported@EE no connection in my area for several months. Problem acknowledged but my complaints keep getting closed. No sign of a refund - I am owed months of refunds. No contact from any customer care reps. Absolutely appalling behaviour.
-
Ryan Earley (@earleylad) reported@EE I purchased a tv from you it’s turned up broken how do I speak to someone about this ? I’m not a member I just brought it outright tried the website and the +44 330 123 1105 number but no correct options
-
Pete Searle (@PeterSe38295412) reported@EE I was also promised a call by Tuesday at 11am and that never happened. Im cancelling the service, but I wish to speak to a manager, as its now becoming a legal matter which I am trying to avoid.
-
Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
-
Sean hgxn (@sean8lfc) reported@EE @Anarchy_Jim Trying to get around rural Italy when this went down, luckily after an hour we found a spot with wifi. Now to figure out how we contact our Airbnb without any network cover :) awful
