@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE No nothing on the door, we assumed someone had gone for lunch but we came back an hour later and still no one was there. We’ve made a complaint on your website but really don’t feel we should have to call ahead of time and make another hour long round trip to collect the phone

@EE Also, I didn’t post anything on your Twitter page. I was talking about you, not to you. If you don’t like it then maybe stop paying Twitter to place your crap adverts in my timeline.

@EE Spent 15 mins trying to get through to customer service only to get hung up when I eventually got through 😡

@TwelveDaisies @EE So they’re threatening to report my account to Twitter because I complained about an advert THEY paid to put in my timeline, all because I called this person I’d never seen or heard of before a man? This is not the dystopian future I signed up to, my one was a bit more chill.

@EE I thought your complaints team were supposed to actually listen to issues, and then offer a solution not be a completely obnoxious, indifferent and belittling experience. Ian was shockingly awful, the worst customer experience I have ever had.

@EE Groomers. Leave the kids alone. You knew it would spark outrage as you turned off the comments. Virtue signalling and bowing down to score Stonewall points as per. It sickens me to the core #WRONG

@BigBillMoon @EE .@EE genuine loyal customer here, over 20 years. Check me out, this is my real name. You should be ashamed of your corporate misogyny. I'll be looking around for another provider. This is vile and unnecessary.

So crazy how @EE charge £51 with an upfront cost a month for iPhone 13, yet 3 have a deal on for it to be £32 a month with no upfront cost. Hope it’s easy to cancel a phone contract. 🤭

@EE OK - so the main issue was the amount of media my daughter had stored on her phone & the manager was pretty helpful today. But I would have expected @ee team to know that iPhone OS require more storage than android that the upgrade failed due to data & not the stores Wi-Fi
