@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@SwaledaleMutton @EE For a city comparison, I occasionally get multiple EE messages telling me there is a problem in my area, and then that it is been resolved (typically the same day or the day after), all without noticing any difference in service I imagine the phone just switches to another mast?

@0bj3ctivity @EE We do have other masts that my wife and daughters phones can reach (with a weaker signal) but my phone cannot.
