    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR!!!! Why is the customer service so ridiculously poor? Completed 2 upgrade orders online only to have you now try and tell me it's not possible, when I've already paid. Feels like you're trying to scam more money of your customers. Poor show EE!

    @EE Hi, I have been having issues with 4g and dropped calls most of the day. I have done the normal switch on and off. Is there a known issue in Bristol.

    @EE Yes. They said that sometimes ee do quality checks and this might be why the seal was broken. Does that sound right?

    @EE just found out beeb paying 15 a month extra for bt add on I never asked for.. For over a year! Absolutely fuming and to really rub salt it won't even let me remove the add on from my app! Secondary tablet contract so never thought would need to check. Contracts up in a month

    @EE your service is always good but I keep getting disconnected in north london (Enfield) please fix it as I’m working
