@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@Anderson86Sam @mouthwaite @EE It’s only slander if she believes or knows it to be false at the time of saying/writing it! In this case it’s not slander as she is writing of her experience. Also judging by the comments a lot of people have had poor customer service from EE so you seem to be the exception

@mouthwaite @EE I've been with EE since they were created (T-mobile for years before that) and have never had an issue. The only complaint I have is the range available for upgrade, Nokia needs to be added as I prefer them..

@mouthwaite @EE I agree I’ve been with Vodafone twice and both times they’ve screwed me over time. Never again will I go back with them. EE we’re not too bad, but Like you Tamzin I have had difficulty getting through but during this time they are either short staff or working from home.

@mouthwaite @EE Regardless of their customer service, there are global shortages and delays on all things technology. 7 days is lucky, a lot of people are waiting much longer so a bit of patience is needed 👍🏻

@mouthwaite @EE Stick with three. They've been dead right with me never had a problem with them for 7 years I've been with them. Yeah, 4G speeds aren't the best where I am but 5G is rolling out fast. Plus three is unlimited data on my plan for 30 quid a month unlimited everything

@mouthwaite @EE I left EE feb this year after all my calls would cut out.Mine was because I moved and signal poor.I spent hours on & off phone trying to sort it.And I still get EE text updates about the area.Even though left them to go to Sky mobile.I got a better deal and great signal.xx

@wm4175 @mouthwaite @EE So expecting decent service and complaining if you don’t get it isn’t acceptable because they are nice to you - your opinion - but being an actress means she should accept bad service quietly otherwise someone accuses her of ‘privilege’! Riiiight....
