I’ve actually had such a bad day it’s almost been comical - from turned off alarm to no broadband, a panic attack, running out of coffee and cancelled @ubereats_uk. You know who saved it? The dude at @EE tech support. Great work with great banter! Not all heroes wear capes.

Best customer service ever from Becca in the @EE call centre. Got my iPhone 11 up and running when I was putting the sim in upside down. Good job I don’t work in a communications industry.oh hang on..🙈

@EE thanks for saying there is nothing wrong with my mums phone, although she can't text, receive calls or phone out. But you still charging her the monthly bill. Always a good thing when she is my carer and the hospital can't contact her. #EE #shit

Chris Higgins (@higgins190971) reported from Norwich, England
@EE does my employer have to give me a pay rise of 2.7% every year because the RPI say so..No..do you have to implement these rises.. No but you do because you can..you have 30 million + plus customers with an average rise of roughly £1 p/m per customer that’s another £360 mill..

Lagerboi Nate (@NateDawg27) reported from Norwich, England
@EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.
-
Pearl 🌸✨ (@pearlpriggx) reported from Diss, England
@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Oh don’t get me wrong Andrew. I completely understand about reinvestment for the tech and Company. My issue is the size of the rise. 3.9% is the low end. Add to that the massive 10.5%!!!!!! What’s the dividend for investors on this?? @johnredwood
-
Lysiss (@Lysisstrata) reported
@EE "Crucial" huh. Then explain to me why I can still only use 5G 20 ft in the air, and not in my living room? And why your customer service is awful and takes hours, and make costly mistakes that take months to fix? Doesn't justify the price to me.
-
CHRISTINE WILLIAMS (@POULTONGIRL) reported
@EE I’m now out of contract. If I cancel now what happens to my phone? Does it just stop working immediately?

@EE Thanks for your message Chris Sadly, signal strength both at home in Gillingham & around the Old Street area of London where I work is so weak, I consider alternative network. Shame as I've had phones with EE for years. EE auto phone system is AWFUL to use. We want HUMANS

@masterpauljones @EE Same happened with me loyal customer for many years. They were not able or interested in offering a better deal so I left and went to a new provider their loss and I had a far better deal.

John Henderson (@westrowhendo) reported
@EE 5G has to be the answer to rural connectivity. We were, allegedly, connected to fibre broadband in 2019 and the cables lasted 2 weeks before they were blown down, because they were threaded through trees. 4 weeks to be repaired only to come down 2 weeks later. We stayed with 4G.
-
Jonathan (@jonnyperry85) reported
@EE Can i ask that you check out areas where your rolling out the 5g service because 2 or 3 areas i go to say i have full 5g signal but it actually doesn’t work at all until it drops back to 4g.
