@EE you’ve always been so great and reliable, but recently (now that my contract is ending) my phone’s been really shit. 😭 Not cool

@EE thanks for saying there is nothing wrong with my mums phone, although she can't text, receive calls or phone out. But you still charging her the monthly bill. Always a good thing when she is my carer and the hospital can't contact her. #EE #shit

@EE does my employer have to give me a pay rise of 2.7% every year because the RPI say so..No..do you have to implement these rises.. No but you do because you can..you have 30 million + plus customers with an average rise of roughly £1 p/m per customer that’s another £360 mill..

@EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

So, @O2 and @EE, I'm currently paying £10 a month for 15gb of 5g data, but their service is getting worse, even in non busy areas. Do either of you have something similar? PAYG only, no contracts, even rolling monthly ones, @ThreeUK have screwed me over in the past with those

@EE I’d love to move back to your network but unfortunately ur network has low coverage where I live which forced me to move networks. How can I find out if any masts are planned in my area?
-
Drew
(@Gooner_Drew) reported
@EE No good without a signal! Even though a new mast went up only 200 meters away! (Oh, EE and @ThreeUK decided in their infinite wisdom not to use it! ) So Vodafone and O2 it is!

@EE I'll DM you, but three separate people have been unable to help me so far. Online chat function, previous effort by Twitter, and somebody else after a webform complaint submission. None provided any help whatsoever.
