    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    Best customer service ever from Becca in the @EE call centre. Got my iPhone 11 up and running when I was putting the sim in upside down. Good job I don’t work in a communications industry.oh hang on..🙈

    @EE thanks for saying there is nothing wrong with my mums phone, although she can't text, receive calls or phone out. But you still charging her the monthly bill. Always a good thing when she is my carer and the hospital can't contact her. #EE #shit

    Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

    @EE does my employer have to give me a pay rise of 2.7% every year because the RPI say so..No..do you have to implement these rises.. No but you do because you can..you have 30 million + plus customers with an average rise of roughly £1 p/m per customer that’s another £360 mill..

    @EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

    @Sarah111well @tinamreynolds @EE When did her contract finish or what was her notice period for cancelling? If she was within those dates then they can't charge her for the period she was no longer using the service. I would fight this.

    @EE absolutely shocked at how you treat a customer of over 6 years. Misled into a 2 year contract bundle and when you can't honour it offer me a £30 credit. WOW!

    @EE You DO NOT take fraud seriously. It took 4 phone calls to eventually find a decent member of staff to talk with. The online chat is totally pathetic and causes people subject to fraud nothing but problems. Ofcom are being alerted to your deliberate barriers to reporting fraud.

    @EE Guys, I have a question you may be able to answer because the call centre team can't. Why is there no signal in the PL4 area of Plymouth? I have to travel just over a mile into the city centre before I get an intermittent signal.
