Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

@EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

@EE I received a reply from EE customer relations and somebody rang me via WhatsApp to initiate a claim. He wanted me to download an app to receive payment which I refused to do, this is a scam right @EE ?

@EE it’s impossible to get anyone to speak to in customer services. I keep getting messages about returning kit I don’t have and even when I’ve sent my details I still keep getting them

Has anyone one got @EE broadband? I have been with @sky for years , EE are now offering me a very good deal , please help me decide , plus I have Sky glass tv , it is a streaming only tv, I have at the moment Sky basic package would it be ok with another ISP?

@EE It’s not the first time I’ve had issues with your site changing options as you go through the pages! Cannot see how a strap would be a £100 difference either. No worries, I’ve managed to get it to work and ordered it now, but would really suggest you get your site in order.

Hi @EE why is your broadband (and customer service) so horrifically bad?We had no issues with BT and then got forced to transfer over and it hasn’t been the same since. And everyone we contact says there’s no issues. I have a remote exam on Friday - sort it out.
