    @EE thanks for saying there is nothing wrong with my mums phone, although she can't text, receive calls or phone out. But you still charging her the monthly bill. Always a good thing when she is my carer and the hospital can't contact her. #EE #shit

    Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

    @EE does my employer have to give me a pay rise of 2.7% every year because the RPI say so..No..do you have to implement these rises.. No but you do because you can..you have 30 million + plus customers with an average rise of roughly £1 p/m per customer that’s another £360 mill..

    @EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    sick of @EE wifi, its terrible, the past week its been going on and off multiple times everyday whats causing me to use my data at HOME whats making it run out! i should atleast get some free gbs of data to make up for this, or simply, sort the wifi out!

    @EE Yeah it is faulty and they've agreed to replace it but no stock so I'm here paying for this phone that can't be used properly so no offer to resolve it. Just a shame for a long standing customer not one with line but 3

    Ongoing saga with My ee @EE , after 6 months I still can’t see my phone usage. Today l did see someone else’s details via my ee. Their phone number, their contact details and their handset type. I have the screen shots. We already have a complaint going on (since July).

    @EE Hi Michael, sadly your prices for the upgrade to the iPhone 13 pro max, even as a loyal customer, is miles away from what other providers can provide. I’ll try them again but you’re double the price at the moment

    @EE I keep getting disconnected (X3) from your support line that you charge me 25p per call, I'm now three hours waiting on hold, you have sold me a data plan that doesn't work, signed me up to a one year contract that should have been on a per-month basis.

    @EE Hopeless service-spent 32 minutes on phone and no answer. Then I used website to order new eSIM for my new phone and filled all the details, and been told that I will be charged £1.50 and then I get an email saying that my replacement SIM card will be in the post!
