@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE thanks for saying there is nothing wrong with my mums phone, although she can't text, receive calls or phone out. But you still charging her the monthly bill. Always a good thing when she is my carer and the hospital can't contact her. #EE #shit

@EE @MarcAllera what a pure **** show from EE and the iPhone launch. New customers getting their devices and existing customers getting told to check a bullshit tracker that hasn’t updated at all since 17/09. For a communications company, your communication is ****. Pure dog ****

@EE continue to expose an elderly person to risk of death by preventing the primary carers access to their network, entirely on 'credit risk' grounds, (maximum risk £150), despite carers offering to pay the full amount (£2,400) of 24 month contract up front. @Ofcom
