@EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

@EE does my employer have to give me a pay rise of 2.7% every year because the RPI say so..No..do you have to implement these rises.. No but you do because you can..you have 30 million + plus customers with an average rise of roughly £1 p/m per customer that’s another £360 mill..

Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

@EE @Ofcom I have had very poor customer service from #EE they have taken no responsibility for my issues with my phone, but instead cold transfer me to other advisors who have not known what is going on. Very poor customer service. I have lost all trust with #EE 👎😡

@EE Urgent help needed to get a landline transferred to old mans new address, previously told by u it can only be done by him calling, but he’s moved now and ended up in hospital,flat has no landline and your mobile service doesn’t work there so he had no way to call for help - ?

@EE @Ofcom I have been on the phone now for one full hour and have had the advisor cut me off from #EE this is absolutely appalling customer service. And I have the #EE social media team contacting myself snd refusing to resolve this complaint by showing a lack of responsibility
