No but you do because you can..you have 30 million + plus customers with an average rise of roughly £1 p/m per customer that’s another £360 mill..

You know who saved it? The dude at @EE tech support. Great work with great banter! Not all heroes wear capes.

Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show
