  • ThirstBeers Cheryl Cade (@ThirstBeers) reported from Norwich, England

@EE @claraamfo Everyone has the right to wear the clothes they like, but although nice that top is not designed well enough to be worn that way, a little clip would mean she wouldn’t need to hold it down & it would flatter

  • derrinlester Bernadette McManus (@derrinlester) reported

    @KatyNoakes1 @mouthwaite @EE Oh that is awful

  • donnacombe2 donna combe (@donnacombe2) reported

@wm4175 @mouthwaite @EE Very rude & unnecessary personal comment about a person ( no matter how they earn wages) experiencing poor Customer Service. Really odd someone feels the need to do that? Shame. Makes me a bit sad.

  • andykb3 Andy Bray (@andykb3) reported

@wm4175 @mouthwaite @EE That's crap service whoever you are - and where does she expect better service than anyone else?

  • deb_wilkins Deb Wilkins (@deb_wilkins) reported

@wm4175 @mouthwaite @EE What a ridiculous thing to say! So because she’s an actor she shouldn’t expect the same service as everyone else?

  • Mammachef1 Mammachef (@Mammachef1) reported

@mouthwaite @EE Don't use contract phones. Buy a phone the best you can afford and pay insurance for it. Use giffgaff (O2 network) They advise you if you are on wrong tariff for your use ie. I was buying a goodybag costing £20pm they emailed me suggesting I use £10pm. Amazing company

  • MrsDunc14462316 Mrs Duncan (@MrsDunc14462316) reported

@Anderson86Sam @mouthwaite @EE Why would you say that for what reason?everyone entitled to express frustrations. She wasn’t rude to you???

@wm4175 @mouthwaite @EE What does privilege have to do wit customer service- if u don’t go back to cracker village

  • Rickysingh79 Ricky Singh (@Rickysingh79) reported

@mouthwaite @EE Doesn't matter what provider you go to you will always find issues of sorts. All providers are terrible for call backs. Getting a same day replacement for a broken phone is non existent, process tends to be to send the phone away to be assessed for repair or replacement.

  • noreenstacey noreen stacey (@noreenstacey) reported

@mouthwaite @EE I was with them for years and left No reception and the service appalling. Go to O2

  • dave_deaf DeafDave (@dave_deaf) reported

@mouthwaite @EE Haha.. They got you too.. They only want you when you're new business, once your a customer then you fall into the lake of customer indifference. The only other time they take notice of your is when you threaten to leave and ask for your code.
