@EE thanks for saying there is nothing wrong with my mums phone, although she can't text, receive calls or phone out. But you still charging her the monthly bill. Always a good thing when she is my carer and the hospital can't contact her. #EE #shit

I’ve actually had such a bad day it’s almost been comical - from turned off alarm to no broadband, a panic attack, running out of coffee and cancelled @ubereats_uk. You know who saved it? The dude at @EE tech support. Great work with great banter! Not all heroes wear capes.

@mouthwaite @EE Don't use contract phones. Buy a phone the best you can afford and pay insurance for it. Use giffgaff (O2 network) They advise you if you are on wrong tariff for your use ie. I was buying a goodybag costing £20pm they emailed me suggesting I use £10pm. Amazing company

@mouthwaite @EE Doesn't matter what provider you go to you will always find issues of sorts. All providers are terrible for call backs. Getting a same day replacement for a broken phone is non existent, process tends to be to send the phone away to be assessed for repair or replacement.

@mouthwaite @EE Haha.. They got you too.. They only want you when you're new business, once your a customer then you fall into the lake of customer indifference. The only other time they take notice of your is when you threaten to leave and ask for your code.
