    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE The app only allows me to add the large screen option on, rather than providing me with the option to create a BT login for BT sport.

    @EE my internet went down last night, and just been told a engineer won’t be out until Monday! All my devices including tv and mobile phone are reliant on internet, as the phone signal is bad. Very upset with the service

    @EE I ordered an upgrade for my phone last Saturday and it said usual despatch within 7 days. It’s been 8 days and I’ve had no phone and no update. I sent a DM yesterday afternoon and have not had a reply. Can you help?

    @EE The reason the payment was late was because right was never going to pay you more than I owed you. I had to wait for you to send me the correct amount, which I had informed you of. I can’t call you to say it’s paid or check youve received the payment. It’s a mess

    @EE Good morning! When I sign in to my EE account online, it says I have an iPhone XR when I actually have an iPhone 12 Pro. I'm wondering if this is affecting the price for Anytime Upgrade (currently £200)? Thanks!

    @EE I asked for the lower amount and was told I had to wait for it to generate but I could pay the higher amount and you would credit me back! That was never going to happen. Closing my account with you has not been a particularly pleasant experience

    You'll need to wait an hour for @EE to escalate your case to a senior staff member and then another 90 minutes to actually speak to a person who can fix your problem.
