    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @EE The app only allows me to add the large screen option on, rather than providing me with the option to create a BT login for BT sport.

    @EE Too late now. Finally got resolution but the whole process was so very difficult and highly time consuming. One very unhappy customer that has only just remained with you

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @firth1985 @VodafoneUK Vodafone sucks arse mate, took £100 off us and they never fave it back , even though they said they would. Will never use them again and highly recommend no one else does . Do recommend @EE though

    3. The customer advisor was happy to cancel my contract as he understood that BT were not offering fibre in our area. Before processing the cancellation he offered me a good @EE sim only contract, which I accepted. He advised that 30 days notice is required for the disconnection

    @EE hello my partner got EE network on her phone and she got 3G network on her EE phone. Does she need get a new phone of 4G since shutting down 3G in 2023. Will phone work with calls if don’t get a new phone or does she need a new phone run 4G
