@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

Well done @EE your greedy price increase of CPI + 3.9% has lost you another customer. Been with you over 10yrs and no decent retention offers either. So goodbye, managed to get the same deal elsewhere for £10mth cheaper.

@EE Its worrying the amount of people that are having trouble with signal etc after the 14% increase! Has EE cut down on costs while raising everone elses?? Next 12 months are gunna be interesting to see how many customers you lose when peoples contracts are up

@EE 4g bad for days now no calls at all. Any updates as looks like outages are being reported throughout the country. 3 separate EE lines all the same. I need to be able to contact my kids. :(
