@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE The app only allows me to add the large screen option on, rather than providing me with the option to create a BT login for BT sport.

@firth1985 @VodafoneUK Vodafone sucks arse mate, took £100 off us and they never fave it back , even though they said they would. Will never use them again and highly recommend no one else does . Do recommend @EE though

@EE just need to dig through the fine print of what you're contractually obliged to provide etc as my pixel 5 is a bit dodgy with charging and your executive customer care team aren't too keen on replacing it

@EE Good afternoon! What on earth is going on in the SY11 area? This is the 5th consecutive day there have been problems with little or no mobile signal in Gobowen, SY11 3 . . area. I have had more texts from you saying normal service will be resumed in 14 hours than I can count!

Terrible service from @EE who say they can’t refund me for June despite me having had no service and calling them in June to report it. They said I should have called in May ahead of their billing cycle?! And local area fault is still ongoing after 3 months.

@EE Thanks Jo. I've done just that. A quick enquiry as a result, my broadband now needs the attention of an engineer tomorrow morning and is not working until then. I've a few things I need to do via 4g on my phone as a result that I needed to do from my broadband...
