@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Can I ask how people are meant to be more responsible for waste and sustainability, when your shop in nottingham offered to fix my screen for £245 and via your call centre I was offered a new phone for £130. I went to an independent store and the screen was fixed for £50.

@EE and @DPDgroup_news terrible service from DPD delivering my new phone today. Apparently I refused delivery even though the driver never actually came to my address. Trying to contact EE about this is a mission on hold forever! Not brilliant service from either really!

@O2 Yep same old! I’ve been locked in this contract for 2 years, yesterday I had no signal all day, lost £thousands in trade and missed a very important call. What am I actually paying for? @EE seems like the way to go!

@EE Like others here pre order silently cancelled! Phoned up to see where it was, on hold for ages as usual, no clue why cancelled. My advice give 5G and Apple Watch to MVNOs who run modern systems. EE is outdated dinosaur that would do better for everyone to loan its network out.
