@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@firth1985 @VodafoneUK Vodafone sucks arse mate, took £100 off us and they never fave it back , even though they said they would. Will never use them again and highly recommend no one else does . Do recommend @EE though

@EE The app only allows me to add the large screen option on, rather than providing me with the option to create a BT login for BT sport.

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@PeterElson1983 @EE It’s an utterly awful experience. Went to upgrade yesterday and it gave me a new contract, new number. Had to run it again to get it to work an upgrade my line. Now I need to contact them and cancel the error order. So painful! They should close the site to new orders for now!

@EE Yes. I want to proceed. Otherwise I will contact whoever is needed. The employee specifically said no limit at all, so this is breaching your terms and conditions. I am not paying for a service I was lied about.

@EE I also did not receive any alert or notification that I went above this said limit. Which is just as ridiculous. Where can I speak with a manager to file an official complaint? Otherwise I will go through Ombudsman.

@bjblyth @EE Currently having the same issue. The app is down. The website is completely unusable. You click on links and it doesn’t react. You go to have a look at others and it kicks you to the page you were on before. Genuinely trying to upgrade my wife’s phone.

@EE No. I tried calling 150 yesterday and no answer for over half an hour. Your service has tanked. I can log in just fine - what you on about? Just train your people better, stop letting them bullshit in order to sell and clear your online shop of your broadband being forced.
