    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @firth1985 @VodafoneUK Vodafone sucks arse mate, took £100 off us and they never fave it back , even though they said they would. Will never use them again and highly recommend no one else does . Do recommend @EE though

    @EE Too late now. Finally got resolution but the whole process was so very difficult and highly time consuming. One very unhappy customer that has only just remained with you

    @EE The app only allows me to add the large screen option on, rather than providing me with the option to create a BT login for BT sport.

    @EE shocking service at fosse park, Leicester. £50 out of pocket and no new phone due to an error doing a factory reset. Error fixed within five minutes at home. Refund is required ASAP.

    @EE the worst customer service for those suffering a mental illness I'm paying for a phone I can't use I cant trust and they couldn't care less if they tried they won't let me get out the contract I've bought a new phone and I'm still paying for theirs thats useless

    @EE the in store service at Ealing has been terrible we cancelled my Mother’s sim plan a month ago and now her phone can’t be used because your incompetent staff refused to help and do their job properly. Customer care were useless on the phone too.

    @EE why is the signal so poor in the NE29 area? Calls dropping off, unable to make calls. Paying for a service I am not receiving can you advice how I can escalate issue and get it resolved. This is happening to all 3 phones I have on my account.
