@EE No call back, ended up waiting 1 hour and 3 minutes to speak to someone, then a further 30 + minutes chatting to technical, altogether 1hour 42 minutes on the phone, for a problem that still exists. Outrageous.

@EE Apparently can't be fixed, i have to accept that the reception inside is dreadful, can't fully access the Internet, bad service on phone calls, losing calls due to bad reception. New 5g sim card done nothing. Been a customer for over 25 years.

@EE I don’t know what’s happened but the signal lately has been awful, my calls keep cutting out. This is extremely unhelpful when making calls for work. Customer service stated that I should use wifi calling. So now paying for a service I’m not getting. Very unhappy #fuming

@EE I’ve missed my bill for exactly one month and u send it to the debt collectors coz I could no longer afford it especially after you upped the bill!! Worst experience with a phone company ever

@EE @DrMJBunting Hi Gavin, rural EE customer here. I agree with Jane. I may get a better signal over the next week, but that is due to the extra 100,000 people descending on my area. 5G, 3G would be nice Thanks :)
