    @EE I predict that despite the fact I cancelled my contract in November and transferred my number...you will still continue to charge me..The contact us feature on your website is down and I get an error staying my login is blocked..?

    What a disgrace @EE are!!! Taking £200 out of my wife’s bank & then she calls them up for them to tell her they can’t do nothing about it & that’s the end of it.. the guy on the other side of the phone was so rude!! @EE you have quality employees 👌🏼

    It seems that @EE are having a portal issue and users cannot log in. I want to download my bill but cannot login so EE want to charge me a fee to do this. How is this fair? An issue that is their fault means that I have to pay for a service that is free to use when the portal!

    @EE I have been locked out of my account for two weeks,. I spoke to customer services back then and I was advised to give it a day or two. I am still locked out and customer service times are in excess of 10 minutes. My account has been hacked twice in the past year. Why noi 2FA?
