@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Hi, last Thurs I recieved a message from EE saying I was connected to a maritime/aircraft network and it would cost £2.50 a min to call. Tried 150 but couldn't get through on this super network I was on, I spoke to the ee salesman that tried to sell me another line yesterday

@EE Sent phone for repair at shop, and being charged £70 for non-damage fault when I have EE Lifetime Guarantee. Shop and Customer Service back and forth and failing to give me any explanation. PS, the 'accept/decline quote' button on your repair portal doesn't work.

@EE No i don’t have BT sport at present -I was looking at signing up for the season pass - it would be for my husband to watch so wanted to know if he would need my phone to watch it on or if I could log in on other devices. Thanks for your help

@fireflyphil @EE All Communication Providers (CPs) will need to offer and move landline phone customers to their VoIP phone service as Openreach and Virgin Media's analogue landline phone network will close by 2025. You'll probably find the majority of CPs doing mass migrations in next 12 months

Hey @EE spoke to one of your support team on Saturday re problems with BT sport app after signing up. Mentioned there were ongoing issues. Any light in the tunnel with regards to this issue being resolved?
