@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Apparently for service lost for whole week to my business EE think a £25 credit is acceptable. No warning, no help really just telling us to use WIFI. I was given a number to complain. That proved pointless. I'll have to wait for the contract to expire. Are they all like this?

Disappointed with the broadband moving house service from @EE and @OpenreachHelp. 3 and a half weeks since contacting them, still not even a date for a new connection. Anyone in the Twitter team of either company able to speed up the process?
