@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Trying to activate at PAYG SIM card for gsm intercom. The sim needs to be full size to work in intercom yet you need the sim to be in a phone for activation. Seeing as customer service doesn’t answer the phone can you provide a quicker solution.

@EE I went to logon to my EE app, to check my account etc, advised me to reset my password. Granted, it has been several months since I done so. I went to website, reset password and went to logon. Wrong password, apparently. Tried alternative browser, same issue...

Normally I have such good things to say about you @EE but this is the 4th time I've called to cancel my insurance only to be told "yes it's cancelled, then to receive a call telling me it's active" Then call to cancel to be hung up on. Unacceptable!
