@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

Wow @EE Just been speaking to Ryan after holding for over 10 mins - he was going to put me through to the returns team and after holding again the line cuts out. 🤬🤬. What a 💩Customer Service you have. Been waiting for PAC code since last week !!!

@EE At this point i'm honestly just publicising the issue so anyone thinking of going with EE will double check. Already done the DM process time and again, leads to nothing. Sick and tired of paying for services that I don't receive. Enjoy the publicity you deserve it
