@SkyNews I have just cancelled my EE contract today due to the upcoming 14.5% increase in april. I explained my reasoning as I could not condone increase inline with CPI+3.9% as when inflation comes down, prices will not follow thus big profits for them later!! This needs sorting @EE

  • Crocidolite11 Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported

@Woody252423 @SkyNews @EE EE won’t answer that. They don’t like bad press. I left them over 2 years ago due to their extortionate prices to pay for Kevin Bacons salary.

  • huntd3 David Hunt (@huntd3) reported

@EE Shame your voicemail@service doesn’t work and you have no customer service!!!

  • spontaneous_ant Tony (@spontaneous_ant) reported

@EE We barely get 1 bar of 4G in Bingham with a population of around 11,000 people. So I doubt very much if we will get any EE 5G signal for years to come! Yet we are only 8 miles from Nottingham city which has 5G. Just more of your misinformation based of stupid percentages!

  • rhysadams Rhys Adams (@rhysadams) reported

@GazRich88 @EE The worst bit is that I could sign back up to @ee, get the same package for the same price as I signed up for 15 months ago

  • AaronLinstead WatchAaron (@AaronLinstead) reported

@_itssophia What in the… if @EE send me the same email with the same rise in costs, I might have to cancel straight away. No way am I paying those increases. What an utter joke.

  • MrCracknell Richard Cracknell (@MrCracknell) reported

@AlexKalli @vkon1 @EE Further to that ... You can now buy phones away from Apple and Samsung that are twice as good for under half the price. I've bought a handset only for about the last 5 years and never looked back

  • davidmajestic83 David M (@davidmajestic83) reported

@EE @MartinSLewis are you aware EE aren't just increasing their prices by the rate of inflation but adding an extra 3.9% on top, claiming it is to fund improvement in their service despite the BT group who own EE making huge profits in the last financial year? #EE #CostOfLivingCrisis

  • GarySaddler2 Gary Saddler (@GarySaddler2) reported

@EE @GazRich88 @EE after almost 20 years as a customer I'm not renewing my contract with you next month. You don't have to levy the full increase. You are choosing to do so. Goodbye.

  • Jack_Evans_1 Jack Evans (@Jack_Evans_1) reported

Being an @EE customer is great. They don't inform you they've not recieved your trade in the just bill you £500 3 months later and say, well that's tough....great to be a valued customer!
