    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    I have been with @EE since the days of Orange, approx 17 years or more. 3 phones on account. Never experienced terrible service from them. Until this month. Seriously considering taking further. Shambolic. Oh and thank you for the massive headache, much appreciated!

    @EE thank you very much for being the caring compassionate company you profess to be. My daughter has had numerous issues and now you have cut her phone off completely. Baring in mind she has Preaclampsia and high blood pressure a poorly toddler and I am 100 miles away.

    @EE Hi my literal problem is that I cannot get thru to an operator on that line because the first thing it asks is my EE number. To reiterate, I do not know it. How do I speak to an operator on that line? This is such an ordeal I’d rather just cancel and go for a better operator.

    Been with @VodafoneUK for over 12 years my phone bill has never been less than £150 pound a month my contract is due to end finally they can’t wave the upfront cost when they are the only company who have an upfront cost so think it’s time to move to @EE

    @EE I have ordered sim only contract and you said it’s dispatched but been days and hasn’t arrived. Cant call your phone number because I don’t have an EE number. Can u please give me details of a customer service rep I can speak to without entering an ee number.
