Oh @ee why can’t you get the same deals in store as you can by contacting customer services? What’s the point of making an appointment? And why are prices for the same phone different between two EE stores?

  • philip_mccann Philip McCann BA (Hons) (@philip_mccann) reported

@Nav_Dhadwal @LuxJude352 @EE Limited to characters. So many reasons. But... money, jobs, trade deals, vaccine rollout, sovereignty, law, foreign affairs, security, consumer goods etc... the list goes on and on. We left one of the worst trade deals in modern history.

  • markthefisher MissPoke Johnson (don’t call me Boris) (@markthefisher) reported

.@EE decision to re-introduce #RoamingCharges blamed partly unfair rich travellers subsidising poor uk mobile users?? The poor have been subsiding the rich #forever.

  • lukeayoung Luke Young (@lukeayoung) reported

@EE disappointing to see EE is going back on their word re; roaming charges, especially when your competitors are still allowing a capped service within the EU. Can you confirm that the Jan ‘22 date is when all customers will be migrated to this new policy? Many thanks!

  • SpursGrumpy Naughty Eye Candy (@SpursGrumpy) reported

So, a week after taking out a new contract with @EE, they’ve now decided to start charging for roaming in EU countries except ROI Luckily our contract is signed for 2 years so it can’t be broken without a penalty…right?

  • eusu_sh Su #FBPE 🇪🇺🇬🇧🇪🇸 (@eusu_sh) reported

@EE Oh that's such a shame. I've been a customer with EE for the last 10+ years and prior to taking up my new contract (and there are 4 of us with EE) I asked about roaming & was told no EE will not be bringing it back. Time to look for a new provider.

  • NigelDocherty Nigel Docherty (@NigelDocherty) reported

@EE Contract with 3 is up in July and was going to move back to EE. The money grabbing reintroduction of roaming charges after stating in January this would not happen has knocked this on the head. Will not go to any network charging roaming charges. "small amount" or not.
