@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@markhillary You're lucky @EE have had us down without any communication. Been using WiFi calling and even the bloody landline to sort orders out. Notice my payments still go out on time though.

@bt_uk demand sent close to midnight for nearly 3x my tariff after switch from @EE all whilst being without Internet for nearly 10 days, mid uni & work bc of their engineers...oh & I had to chase @BTSopenreach for my appt that just wasn't rebooked...want EE back so bad!!

What kind of half-arsed network support function do you run @EE fixed 5G on a business account and it doesn’t work with plain old FTP (but it does when paired with my iPhone) and your ‘help-desk’ answer is we don’t support that and you’ll wait 4+ weeks for a reason why #seriously

Why don’t the advisors at @ee contact centres announce WHY I AM CALL UP to each other, instead of blind transferring calls NIGHTMARE, I’ve now had to explain 4 TIMES the reason for my call and still no solutions. 0ver 1 hour trying to find a solution. #CustomerService …
