    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @jodie_lugosi @EE Of course they did! Went in store and they couldn’t do anything so was on the phone to customer service for an hour and a half. I was debating moving to Vodafone but didn’t fancy shelling out a fortune to buy out my contract with Christmas round the corner

    Dreadful service from @ee over the last couple of months. Several engineers, lots of phone calls, charging for the old contract and the new, wrong information given, the list goes on. A promised phone call this weekend to sort it all out hasn’t happened yet.

    @EE @taylor_rich1978 He's not the only one. I'm in 6 my network is also down. I can't check the website as I forgot my password and as I have no network connection I can't receive the text reset code. Theres reports online from 8.40am that its down
