    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    Sudden drop on my @EE connection. 3 major issues in 1 month. EE tracker says it's an external issue, that someone will be here by Friday... It's a street issue yet everyone's EE WiFi around me is fine... Has anyone else had increasing EE issues in Liverpool lately?

    Hi @EE, I topped up my SIM today online, but there’s an outage in EX16 and I can’t use any data or calls. I’ve tried going through your online service. I’ve had to borrow WiFi to message you. The top-up’s useless right now — can someone help me get a refund or credit please?

    @EE Your absolutely useless absolutely fuming 17 days and still no refund i go on my wedding tomorrow passed from pillar to post promised a refund and nothing ee do not care terrible ombudsman it is 180£ and you dont pay but if i owe you theres soon a charge

    @EE renewed my contract from BT to EE. I've been sent a mini box which you can't record on. I've been assured via the app that I will be getting a pro box. Can you confirm please? I would never have switched to a non recordable box
