Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

Sophie Talbot (@sophie_talbot) reported@EE Hi! I'm registered with Ee Perk Portal but every time I try and use the code it says its not valid. I can get a code? I've tried twice with different phones and it just says not valid. Can you help please? I'm trying to upgrade if that makes any difference?
