@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE @glastonbury The signal at Glastonbury was absolutely appalling, worst I've ever seen. No data and messages took hours to get through. Heard your staff on site laughing about how EE haad throttled the signal for anyone except EE customers.

@EE I’m now in the UK so there is no need for the roaming service. While in Greece the issue remained unsolved for two weeks which is poor EE service. I've been told the problem was with the Greek provider, that sounds a useful excuse: I'm a EE customer, so it is for EE to resolve.

@EE After upsetting EE because of misinformation from their customer assistants they have done the following downgrade my internet speed for the first time from 5G to 4G to LTE EDGE & of yesterday 3G and now 2G please don’t mess with EE

@EE £23 for a sim only deal is a joke to be fair. This is even with a 20% corporate discount. I'll just switch to a network for £5 pcm

I don't think it's very good practice to keep someone on hold for 45 minutes, talk for 5 minutes then put them back on hold for 25 minutes, to ultimately be hung up on because the offices were closed. Without resolution... not very impressed. @EE
