@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE I took a new contract out recently and was close to leaving for sky I wish I had now after your recent price increases. Wouldn’t be so bad if you threw in @primevideouk or BRITBOX free for 12 months to soften the blow. I may have to look elsewhere when I’m close for renewal.

@EE 14.4% price increase to my contract after being a customer for more than 10 years is not in anyway acceptable and is extremely disappointing. I will not be renewing once my contract is up 😐

@EE Seems little point, I don't pay for any extra add-ons so I'm not too sure how you'd find ways of saving money on my plan. Just be more transparent in your customer communications going forward. Don't blame inflation if that's not the real reason for you upping your prices 🤨
