    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @EE I recently ordered full fibre with digital home phone incl a handset. The hub arrived last week with a note saying the handset would follow due to stock levels. Our service is now up and running, order marked as complete and the handset is on our bill but still not received.

    @MisterCow @EE They're switching off half the network, it's not fit for purpose. 3rd mast down in my area in London. No 5g in the south west today. Seems it's offline

    @EE hey, my internet connection constantly drops. We’ve had numerous people out to “fix” it. It’s dropped 10+ times today alone. It’s abysmal

    @ADawson86 @England @EE Well the four Arsenal players were not there , so they took several youngsters to help the squad prepare and they changed the entire team at half time

    @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !

    @EE your customer service towards customers that have YEARS of honouring contracts is probably the worst thing ive ever come across, i cant even get my stolen phone replaced. Its the most unprofessional and disgusting service ive ever had
