    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE I'm trying to enquire about getting a tablet added onto my current contract but online says to ring 150 and 150 auto service says I need to do it online I can't even get through to a person

    @EE most unhappy to find that using my ee mobile to get my brother signed up as new customer to your broadband has apparently cost me over £20! Can't even phone to query it as maintenance team apparently in my area again and no signal!

    @EE are there any broadband issues in the MK19 area. I’ve tried to phone but told to phone tomorrow which is no good when I have to work today. My current spend is 0.6 MBPS

    @DigitalStefan @EE Yes, EE said they didn't do it. Think it's shocking that they didn't *tell* me. I've always bought my phones from eBay without any problem. I've mailed the seller, who's going to do some digging, which is more than I expected for a three year old transaction.

    @EE Hi I am a bit disappointed to receive my new Samsung S21 today and find out there is no adapter plug in the box. I have never not been sent this and was not told. I do not have a plug that fits the cable. Poor show EE 😢

    @EE Hi! I'm registered with Ee Perk Portal but every time I try and use the code it says its not valid. I can get a code? I've tried twice with different phones and it just says not valid. Can you help please? I'm trying to upgrade if that makes any difference?
