    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    Issues with @EE. Upgrades not showing on app. Automatic assumption that accounts and phones belong to the same person (bill payer) they’re my children’s phones and I can’t speak to anyone. 17 minutes waiting atm. This is when ‘tech’ really doesn’t work.

    @EE hi the service in my area has been abysmal for the past 3 weeks now. It's basically non existent. Is there an eta for a fix in East/West Molesey, Surrey

    @OnyinyeUdokporo @EE I think so, I can't load any apps - not receiving notifications from WhatsApp and can't use Safari - could be a 4G/5G issue? Unconfirmed yet though

    @EE Sorry i havent had signal to reply, constant issues with phone calls dropping out, broken phone calls and no data loading whilst saying i have 4/5G

    @sophsafs @EE I'm still waiting for ee to even reply to any of my tweets from yesterday! At least you got a response Sophie! Good luck I hope you get it sorted, it's so frustrating this is the service in 2022.
