@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Absolutely disgraceful that loss of service in CT8 postcode is being so badly managed by EE. Poor communication and no clarity on service resumption date,will NOT be renewing with you in August,very poor EE 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@EE I have an Xbox Series X coming tomorrow from you. I’ve just noticed DPD who are delivering it says they will need photo ID, problem is I don’t have any. My brother is here and has a passport will that be good enough to accept the delivery?

@EE spent another 6 hours on the phone today trying to cancel a contract with EE as we are constantly dropping to 0.7mg and have been since the day it was fitted. Can’t speak to anyone technical until after the 13th June as they have to follow a process. appalling service EE 🤬
