    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @EE If I didn’t need it now I could do that but needed it by latest tomorrow. Ive already started cancelling other services I had with EE and slowly with be cancelling the rest as always having this problem and others

    @CPWTweets @EE no need it took 1 phonecall with @VodafoneUK to sort out what you couldnt in over a month (and still havent). once my contract is up i will never be getting a phone/contract through carphone warehouse again that's for sure

    @stevebrinda66 @EE "EVERY" Network does not put up their prices, they're often flexible when they do. Because everyone does something, doesn't it make it right? You don't know the facts, how can you assume sales tactics weren't used to extend contracts? You need some Human PracticalTherapy yourself

    @EE so disappointed again with the service over a week waiting for a delivery that was meant to be next day. Every time need to make a order always same problem, after 3-4 calls and needing it delivered asap by tomorrow they still wanna charge me for Sunday delivery but no promis
