@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE still no activation. Today @WeAreOpenreach admitted that they are waiting for an engineer to scan the ONT barcode. That’s it… 10 days of no internet for no reason/no fault/just can’t be bothered to take the serial number from the customer to simply flick a switch!!!!!

@EE @bt_uk hi! I received my new handset and sim for moving my contract over from BT to EE but the EE sim doesn’t seem to be activated as there is no network showing so don’t know how long it will be before i can get my number transferred! Had the new phone on since 6pm!

@EE @bt_uk Just had my mobile nunber moved from bt to ee, when i call my wife my old number comes up, if i text her it shows a new number which i assume is assigned to the new sim. Please help. Thanks

@tescomobile @EE Hi Maria, I am afraid we still have problems. The new phone has the old telephone number on it now, which is great. Unfortunately when my father is texting the phone is sending it from the new number it came with which is a bit weird. The old phone is turned off completely.

@EE the service in Oxford around the high street/Queen’s Lane is appalling, please could you look into this? It’s been unreliable for a couple of weeks now. I have full signal strength there but it says 4G instead of 5G and I cannot connect to anything online
