@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

Dreadful signal across the board today @EE in WN2 area of wigan, no 3/4or 5G and terrible call connection with an age to wait to connect to the other person. Checked online says no issues but obviously not the case.

@EE why am I paying so much a month for an old handset. Upgrade only happened feb/ March this year and battery life is awful. I have been a customer since 2007! My friend has straight away got an iPhone 13 and is paying a lot less.

It’s ridiculous how @EE thinks it’s ok to bill you for 5 months straight without doing anything about the service issue in the area. At least have the courtesy to offer your customers a discount while the problem continues.

Currently testing out @EE 5G as a tethering option for tonight’s stream, might be a slight drop in quality of picture but as yet @virginmedia been down for a few hours, sound coming through as stable, and seem to be managing 480p with no dropped frames.

@RadioBorders competition is grand...be better if @EE sorted their signal out so people can receive calls be gutted if missed it because of their signal issues! Been crap all week
