    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @OpenreachHelp Yes @EE have been helpful but the problems are with @WeAreOpenreach systems. Urgently need this sorting now.

    @EE I have trying to cancel an order for 4 days! I keep getting passed to other departments or told to call back later. I've called 3 times and had to wait almost an hour on hold to speak with someone each time. Sort this out, it shouldn't be this hard to cancel an order!

    @EE I’ve been with you since 2009, yet when I try and use my Blue Light 20% discount on my upgrade it says it is only for new customers… How is this valuing loyal customers?! Can someone please help!
