Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Hi I got a notification a few days ago that there was going to be improvement work going on at a local tower and to expect disruption yeaterday. Speed still down from 20mb normal to 2mb (same post restart). Can you check and see when the work will be completed? BT22 2AD. Ta!

@EE I have been a customer for 20 years with T-Mobile then EE. Vodafone offered me a better deal which is only £49 over 2 years less than EE but surprisingly they couldn’t match it! EE provides good service but they’re the worst in rewarding loyalty of 20 years! I’m appalled
