@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE are you able to give me some advice on swapping a SIM card from an iPhone 6s to an iPhone XR? Would I need to get a new one? Doesn’t seem to register it as the chip is facing up not down? Thanks

@EE I have to make sure £10 is on for it to automatically renew but will have to do that when it falls due by DM as not got phone fixed yet so still cant text or email from phone, no idea how much it will cost, say 30 mins to fix where I contacted off facebook
