Someone tweeted me to say that there is power outages in Scotland, maybe that is why the line was so poor on my telephone connection to @ScottishPower and not the fact that I didn't have a good signal which is supplied by @EE

@EE It has now been refunded (which I will believe when I see it) after taking an hour out of my evening last night to call customer services for me to have to repeatedly explain the situation even though if they looked at my account they would have seen!

  • gutteridgefam The Gs (@gutteridgefam) reported

@WrightLights1 @EE I always buy phones outright and then just get a cheap monthly SIM (pay £7 p/mth currently with ID Mobile which has more mins, texts & data than I ever use). Never have a problem porting my number - I think legally they have to let you move it.

  • sophieliveshere sophie✨ (@sophieliveshere) reported

@EE hi. How do I cancel my contract. I’m not moving to a new provider. I have a pac code. Thanks.

  • sheffgirl1985 Kate Ratcliffe (@sheffgirl1985) reported

@EE Yeah the ipad and apple watch are out of contract and I just want to cancel them as I no longer use them

  • gutteridgefam The Gs (@gutteridgefam) reported

@WrightLights1 @EE There will also be smaller companies that use EE network. ID Mobile for example use 3. So if you Google which companies use EE network you might get a better deal but still be actually using EE.

  • APrashant20 Shaan (@APrashant20) reported

@EE @EE, thanks, but I have my PAC code and I am switching. No point raising a complaint given the ethics of the company to charge for something that is free. Thievery at its best

  • AngelaBrueton angela brueton (@AngelaBrueton) reported

@EE are you having issues in West Midlands, I’m at work and there’s 5 of us on your network but none of us have any service

  • howardgunn Howard (@howardgunn) reported

@EE Thanks Stacey but i managed to eventually speak to someone. I will use the website to make a formal complaint that will hopefully be recorded, and possibly have some actual action to resolve the issue.
