@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@IanTregale3 @EE I guess I had a bad egg. Had a Samsung phone (top end) and screen broke multiple times even had pressure marks on the screen. Since I’ve been with iPhone been so much happier and had 0 issues with them. I guess each to their own 👍

@JameswhufcJones @EE It’s a joke, they’ll send you a stock reply saying that it’s for investment in the network & to help vulnerable customers. Personally I’m not sure why helping EE’s customers is our job, they should really be doing that out of their own profits rather than by making us pay more.

@DomMgy1 @EE Worst time of the year to start a new contract as all the companies have a CPI plus x% clause activating in March or April. Then they offer new customers the lower price again in May. Greedy and disgraceful but not illegal.
