@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@NatillyWelshie @EE You may not believe this, but I've never had any friends who use that term against women, or any similar derogatory term. Maybe I've led a sheltered life, or maybe I'm choosy about my friends, but I've never heard any of my male friends or work colleagues speak like that.

@EE So if 2 thirds of men are mostly responsible for misogynistic behaviour, then the rest can be tarnished with the same brush. And yet women who are equally guilty can continue in the same way. Something very very wrong with that study! It is a problem that needs everyone to solve!

Chaos across the board. Companies given up with customer service. So poor. @EE taking the p!ss. I have tried to return faulty device for weeks & stuck in a loop of 30mins on hold, speak to agent who doesn't do what say, call back & start process again. 3 times in 2 wks. Painful
