@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

Well at least @ee helps. Fault on my broadband line, fair enough. Networks go down every so often. An extra 50Gb on my phone so I can use it as a hotspot while they sort it. Well done !!!

@EE absolute joke of a service, trying to call a UK landline number and it says “you’ve dialled an incorrect number”. It rings fine from any other network. Have contacted ofcom and they’ve said EE need to update their data tables because the landline number was ported recently!

@EE how come when a mast is down some people get money off their bill and some don’t. 4 phones with you in our house and not a single one works. Day 4 now. Poor customer service let alone phone service !! 🤬

@EE really annoyed with you. Got me on your broadband but you didn’t tell me you would cancel my BT TV, Netflix, landline, antivirus and BT cloud. I feel duped by your advisor as this was not made clear.

Did @EE increase anyone else’s phone bill and not give them any prior notification? Shocking network, never got any service and they can’t even inform you they’re putting their prices up during your contract AGAIN

@EE absolute useless customer care- transferred my number over to u- gave my number to business and business number to me- wasted 3 hours on phone ringing after various incidents connected with transfer- no resolution whatsoever and nobody seems bothered
