    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE need some help but can’t get through. Paid for pack for a sim and entered my pac code got the new sim yesterday but no data and number hasn’t come across. How long should it take?

    2) @EE said that was fine as I was still within the 14 days cancellation period. A few months down the line I have a company chasing me for the payment and @EE have ****** my credit rating so I guess I’ll have to fight fire with fire.

    @EE Stop offering things when you lot have a poor connection.. alot of ppl cant use their fone or internet.. you got ppl like my gf who pays over 130 a month for a service.. the service always having issues, but when call to complain, apparently nothing wrong with ee..

    @EE Well Georgia, I got that text and ever since then my signal has been just as bad as it always was down church stretton. It's as if no one has been there!

    @EE any known issues with the new galaxy watch 4 battery? Not even managing to get 24hours out of it without needing to charge.. wifi off, AOD off, bedtime mode at night aswell.. any advice much appreciated 🙏

    3) @EE you have two options, sort your **** out and get that stupid account off my credit rating or I’ll be getting the ombudsman onto you because this is ridiculous. I expect this to be resolved within 14 business days!!!

    @EE my elderly father was out of contract. Aug 2nd I rang up, agreed new contract 18months at £8 a month plus a £5 block on premium numbers. Told £8 contract would start that day!. But he's just got his bank statement to say he's been charged £31 odd on the 12th August. Help!
