@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Is there an app update soon because logging into it just doesn't happen. It recognises me, accepts my PIN, but fails stating there's an issue and to try again later. Been like this for weeks.

@EE are absolutely awful, 50 mins on hold and then still not given a answer on why my phone was said to be delivered twice on separate occasions and still not delivered!

@EE and @DPDgroup_news terrible service from DPD delivering my new phone today. Apparently I refused delivery even though the driver never actually came to my address. Trying to contact EE about this is a mission on hold forever! Not brilliant service from either really!
