    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    Not even that but I can’t even create a new account in my name for the mobile and migrate over without losing my numbers. It will actually be easier for me to just cancel my contract early and migrate both numbers to a new network. Guess I’ll move to @EE then and get on 5G!

    @EE this service is terrible! Another day of not being able to use my phone when outside of the house. I’m assuming there will be some form of compensation or a claim form that can be filled in? I am essentially carrying around an iPod at this stage.

    @EE Unfortunately not, the network I'm heading to offer a better value 12 month SIM-only tariff that apparently EE can't match. And I've been having serious signal issues at home recently, so I'm afraid it's time to head elsewhere - sorry!

    @EE My EE mobile contract is up on 30th April. If I request a PAC code on the day, will my contract immediately end when my number transfers to the new network, or is there a notice period?

    @jopaterson @EE It’s very poor for us (Ripon also) calls not connecting and keep getting texts saying I’ve missed numerous calls.

    @EE So when can I expect my service in the New Addington Area to return Mobile Phone and have had no internet service since i toped up yesterday renewed my plan and your app updated and No Service since yesterday?
