Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

How happy are you with this service, for a customer of over 25 years, with (a) not being available; and (b) fixing the problem.

SDC1 (@SDCForeverMe) reported@adz232 @O2 @EE No thank you, EE are owned by BT, just as Plusnet are,so I would rather have anybody else rather than BT. I am sure O2 will get it fixed but my last company mobile was on EE and that was rubbish. O2 just need to fix this one.

O2 is falling appart as they rely on Vodafone to carry out work in half of the UK as they don’t own their own infrastructure in those places. Ik relying on a competitor is a foolish move. O2, wake up, buy and operate your own network in the west!
