  Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

  @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

  @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

  @robbopalmer @EE I got a refund off them when I cancelled my contract then received 2 letters threatening bailiffs if I didn't pay the outstanding balance which was the refund they had sent me. Absolutely the worse customer service I've experienced 🙄

  @EE good evening , after trying all day to reach customer services and actually “ speak” to someone I am constantly directed to a message service that tells me all is working fine 😱 it’s not or I would t be wasting my time . I’m losing the will to live and out of contract

  @EE I made an app to track network failures after your support claimed that there's nothing wrong the network, activated it for my drive home and got 4 recorded outages in under an hour. I'm going to keep logging your service failing, who should I email my findings to?

  @toadmeister Should be the case in all places of employment - in particular educational establishments at all levels. Problems with @EE but would not go near their store in Livingston yesterday as draped in progress pride flags. Only British Heart Foundation had similar. Sorry changed

  @WeAreOpenreach Our service provider has done this twice whilst we've been on hold. Both times have resulted in assurances that it will be done in minimum 2 weeks. Both times have been lies. Im at my wits end @EE

  @hulllad47 @robbopalmer @EE Same here. They told my parents they could have 2 free tablets and a decrease on their monthly payments. Neither was true. Complained and they said they would get the tablets picked up by DPD. DPD never arrived. After 4 further DPD no-shows we had to send them back via Royal Mail
