@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

So my gran died a couple of weeks ago and my dad is trying to cancel her broadband but because it’s under his name because she was bed ridden with dementia @EE are trying to charge £90+ to cancel the contract

@EE My husband has been scammed he changed broadband to EE was told he would get free iPad with a sim he said I don’t need it they said it’s free he has only just noticed he is paying £13 a month this is a disgrace he has never took it out of box will be reporting to ombudsman
