    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE can you please get in touch as we moved from BT to get better broadband but still our TV buffers when watching something on @NOWTV or @BBCiPlayer thought you would be better but it’s not looking like it!!! Please help sort this out

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @EE DPD have yet again failed to deliver an order first attempted Friday. Paid £9.99 to have it delivered Sunday they didn’t show up. They were supposed to deliver today but mysteriously changed it to tomorrow. Why are you using such a terrible company? I’m so angry right now.

    @EE I already called and they ‘merged’ my old account with the new one and it didn’t work. My number port was messed up last week and I had no notification that it completed today. Is there a cooling off period as I can’t spend all day sorting out your issues

    Haven’t had wifi for over a week now and the only thing @EE is doing about it is booking appointments which doesn’t seem to help even though each time they say they know what the issue is and it will be resolved. 😟

    @EE I am supposed to be moving to you today from @SkyBroadbandd The engineer was booked for 8-1, I booked a day off worK. I have text the number and been told by a bot someone will call. Nothing, seriously shocking service and considering telling them to f off if they do show up.

    @EE If you call 150. You get bombarded with text messages and self-help links, none of which are relevant. Anything apart from being able to speak to a human. When eventually you get to speak to someone after 30 minutes of wasting time, they can’t help!

    @EE And I downloaded and installed a 2nd browser didn't work, so sorry to shock you, but my internet is fine, the issues aren't at my end, there at yours @Ofcom
