    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE my home broadband router isn’t working and even when it is the speed is absolutely SHOCKING! I’m paying for “fast” broadband and it’s far from it. I’ll be going elsewhere unless this is sorted. Followed ALL troubleshooting and still not working.

    @EE Yes often. The signal coverage is very poor regardless of network, it gets worse south of Taunton

    @EE not had a mobile AGAIN since the storm last weekend. This happened in Nov when we had the other storm. Status for AB301FG says it will be resolved in 16hrs which is what it has said for over a week now. I was without a signal for 2 weeks last time.

    So my @EE signal just went and I can’t make or receive call like wtf!!! Don’t expect any money for any bill when you’ve been doing nonsense since this year has started. It might be time to leave these guys and take my £5k number with me.
