    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE Hi Can you please explain how loyalty upgrades work. I can upgrade now. An iPhone 13 with 4gb data is £80 upfront then £42 pm. As a new customer I can get 10gb with no upfront for £44pm No much loyalty incentive there??

    Wow @EE ! Good customer service you say? My father has called you twice to cancel his wife's contact after her sudden death. As it's in his name you are charging him £70 to cancel!? He has his own mobile with BT (your sister) so doesn't need another phone. An all time low!!!!

    trying to top up @EE on their automated service is like pulling hens teeth! what a ***********. been trying to top up since yesterday morning!!!!!

    @sarahhop @EE I have also tweeted them after Dad's second call to them. Apparently as the contract is in his name he must still pay even though he has his own phone with @bt_uk who are their sister company. Absolutely awful customer service!
