    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @shannonstokes93 @EE Advised me to go to the ombudsman after failing to complete an order placed back in November. @ee supposed to pride themselves on first time resolutions and brilliant customer service. Absolute joke! 👎🏻

    @EE past 1/2 weeks, also i'm on an ee mobile plan so I have ee mobile data and I find myself having to switch from my ee wifi because it's being slow to ee mobile data

    @EE Hi. It’s all over tbh. It’s shockingly bad. Not happy at all. Can even have full signal showing and won’t connect or load. And I have new phone upto date etc etc.

    @Natalie64650337 @EE It’s a shame that awful staff gives the rest of @EE staff a bad name. After 3 calls I eventually got through to to a guy in Plymouth. Couldn’t have helped more and he was the nicest customer services person I’ve spoken to. Pity I didn’t get his name. He deserves some recognition.

    @MarkRobertsp1 @EE Seems too exhaustive! EE are staying tight lipped but one customer service person (in a screenshot) confirmed they’ll be having stock before Xmas.
