    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    @EE I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed by the service my elderly mother has received. This situation is causing her considerable stress. Calling 150 and every other route we’ve tried just sends us round in circles, with seemingly no way to speak to a human being :(

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE The issue is the lack of momentum by Openreach to gain this permission. I got this myself and passed it on via EE but they were advised by you that it had to be you that got this. So I gave details and now you’ve emailed once.

    @EE So far- Broadband and phone goes down on Friday. 3hrs in total trying to find out what’s going on. Friday I couldn’t work Waited all day for an engineer to come, no one does Was promised a 4g devise, just found out order wasn’t ready processed. Monday phone gets put down!.

    @EE I’ve tried to call but I can’t call, I’ve already set up roaming, it’s working, I have no spend cap, I’m on a local network. It’s not working. I can’t call to check a delivery if calls are not working from my phone…

    I’ve read time & again that a toxic workplace often reflects the character of its management, from senior leadership down to operations. @Concentrix is a clear example of this! And @EE is complicit in this with the upselling and unending sale targets. @Ofcom needs to look in.

    @StaffsComms @EE @TradeStandards business internet through EE. Hasn’t worked for over 3 weeks. No communication and no help to fix and I’m breaching contact if I want to leave. The irony!!!

    @Samishlol @EE I'm paying my contract off as it works out cheaper than paying the amount for a service I mistakingly taken up on my recent upgrade for next 24 months & when my TV & Broadband contract finishes that will be cancelled as well
