@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

@EE Last week had an issue with our Hub & line into the house,the EE guy on the phone said he could see there was an issue-that theyd send out a technician. A few days later,it stated that the case is closed. Noone came out. Do EE fob-off ppl on the phone just to get rid of them?

@EE I've done all that. App basics. Thats just it I dont want to speak to anyone its an app, everything should be there available for me, otherwise whats the point? For a phone company to have such a poor app is bad. A quick search can see its a problem most people are experiencing

@EE I've spent over 8 hours on calls to your customer agents in the last 3 days to move over my very ill parents account who is in hospital in critical condition. Each call I have made has the agents I speak to apologize for the errors their colleagues have made. Still not fixed.

@VodafoneUK Customer since 1985 that's 41 years but sadly last day tomorrow as getting a better Sim only deal. Your greed is astonishing. Shareholders must be happy, I can assure you customers are not. Same for @ee and @o2 customers all leaving networks.
