    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE Having received notifications about excessive data usage on more than one occasion,then calling and emailing EE more than once and being fobbed off, I finally get put through toStage 2 technical support who do very little of what they said they would do,poor customer service
