@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE hi **** heads, I've lost out on alot of money due to no Internet today I pay nearly 90 pounds a month on a phone contract so this doesn't happen an its still ****** to now how are you going to amend this ?

@carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE ... this wasn't planned work. It's a server outage. They would likely have contingency systems but they may have failed too. There's engineers out there busting their *** trying to fix it as soon as possible. It's extremely annoying but it's not as simple as people think.
