@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE the fact that I contacted EE around 9am this morning to find some help and they still haven’t done ANYTHING at 1pm, confirms that I am going to use another provider. Clearly lots of complaints to be had if you only respond with a sentence once every hour!

@MarcAllera @EE I'd love to upgrade to a pixel 6 pro, but justifying only offering 10% discount to a customer of 19years, and refusing to price match fellow networks by because @EE is a "premium network" is madness, especially when I struggle for 3G 🤔
