@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

Shame on @EE and its lack of transparency. If you don’t have the Fibre capabilities in London be upfront and tell your customers. We registered to your Fibre offering because it was faster to be implemented, but it keeps being pushed since 2 months. Poor service and bad #CX

@EE @bt_uk hi! I received my new handset and sim for moving my contract over from BT to EE but the EE sim doesn’t seem to be activated as there is no network showing so don’t know how long it will be before i can get my number transferred! Had the new phone on since 6pm!

@AndrewEllis83 @EE Been with them 10 years, never had an issue past the internet. No matter if I’m out in the countryside or in London Bridge it’s just awful and they’ve told me ‘it might be your handset’ every time

@EE I moved in in December 2021 and it’s been poor ever since. Did a speed test last night and it’s now dropped to 0.40mb/s. Website says I should get full 4G indoor….
