@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE It’s sorted but there was a 30+ minute wait on your phonelines, told to go online, I then spent an hour online accepting a deal, only to be told at the end they couldn’t put it through and I had to go and do it all over again on the phone. Totally inadequate customer support @EE

Hey @EE what on earth is wrong with your customer service line, iv been trying to get through for the past few days and iv been on hold for half an hour and then it cuts me off, all I want to do is upgrade my phone, but I might be get second thoughts now 😒

Typical **** customer services from @EE called to cancel my apple care the ladies computer frozen and said id get a call back this was at 12pm never got a call back such a poor company and they blah about there best in there adverts.
