@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Thats another issue ! Dismissive operators ... who are aware of the app issues etc but nothing is done ! I will be cancelling at earliest opportunity as well as our mobiles!

@EE There must have been a reboot while I was out and two of my cameras were not working. I needed to check the IP addresses applied automatically but I couldn't get that info in the app.

@EE why do you send DPD PIN codes through text when the numbers we have got with you are for iPads. We don’t receive texts through iPad. So now have to reject a delivery because this is stupid.

@EE Hi, whoever you have walking door to door on behalf of yourselves, BT and money saving experts , has just walked away from my dad calling him cocky and a bastard all for saying he doesn't buy at the door. Great customer service, I can send ring doorbell footage 🙃
