@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE Hi - our broadband is waiting for an engineer - so I am having to use my 4G for a lot of work messages and to Zoom call to friends family and stream church service today. Is there any way of letting me have more 4G allowance while to EE broadband is down?

@ThreeUK LOLs. That’s hilarious. Boundless. Bless. Annoying that 3 still ends up in my Twitter ad feed. Would NEVER use them again. Would rather string two cans together with some string or send smoke signals than ever use them again. Just save yourselves the misery - move (now) to @EE.

Looking to see where I cut down monthly costs, figured maybe my @EE phone bill could be an area as a lot of other sim only plans are a cheaper, only to find out it'll cost me over £300 to get out a sim only contract 😐 Absolutely BS way to stongarm people into staying.
