@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE 0.62p. I was offered by #EE for the recent data and text outages. They swear by their T&C's which apparently don't "guarantee service" yet fail to see the customer impact of such an outage. Been with them since day 1 following the Orange merger and I will be terminating soon.

@EE I was charged for 37 months for Apple Music wich I did not ask for, did not want, and could not access. I already pay £14.99 per month to Apple for this service. I received a 6-month refund. I will reconsider my upgrade after 13 years as a loyal customer.

@AcademyWHU @EE I'm paying for Netflix,Amazon Prime but can't watch because of low upload/ download speeds. But they say they can't find any fault.. Just delay tactics so as not to fix the problem..

@EE I’m now in the UK so there is no need for the roaming service. While in Greece the issue remained unsolved for two weeks which is poor EE service. I've been told the problem was with the Greek provider, that sounds a useful excuse: I'm a EE customer, so it is for EE to resolve.

@EE HELP!! Just had broadband was ment to be activated yesterday that’s not happened trying to contact you is quiet a job I have broadband without a landline requesting a call back via the messaging system won’t happen it keeps asking me for a landline number witch i DONT HAVE!!
