@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE I’ve just had a replacement iPhone and trying to download a replacement esim. States a pin is needed to complete the process but the old phone is now with apple. I have no signal to call you as I have no sim now. Help

Seeing my Broadband with @ee going up by over 9% yet new customers in my street can get the same product for almost 24% less is one way to make sure I will never renew a contract with you again.

@EE The service is definitely faster with roaming on. Without roaming YouTube doesn’t load, Twitter is very slow etc. With it on, I can watch YouTube in 720p. All I really want to know is whether I’ll be charged for using it. And no I’m not travelling soon only within the UK.
