    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @LizKershawDJ @skytv @EE Its a racket of staggering proportions. The most annoying one is shoving up the price on a specific day when the tiny print said you had to cancel by. If you do leave they'll pursue you for a year of subscriptions. People who cant defend themselves are being robbed routinely year after tear.

    @LizKershawDJ @skytv @EE 1p Mobile unlimited sim only deals (EE network) less than a tenner. Other providers also an available piggybacking off VF, O2 & 3 networks if specific coverage issues in your area. Not sure why anyone uses the ‘big 4’ anymore.

    @EE They are not helping so you have to help. If neither of you know where the SIM is then I want a refund, I have put £10 on it. I should not have to have an EE number just to be able to speak to someone. I also need one to set up an account so how am I meant to resolve the issue?

    @EE atrocious customer service, not only do you have to wait at least 40 minutes to speak to someone, the information you are given is completely wrong! Ordered a new phone & was told I could keep my old number only to be told today I now have to pay for 2 contracts! 😡😡

    @bruvimtired @EE Every 2nd call I had to refund customer cuz the support they got was ***. I was one of few who genuinely wanted to help people set up their Apple Watch’s but left cuz I got sick of this one Liverpool sounding mfs screaming his head off at me. But that’s a diff story. But idk why Uk doesn’t hire actually British people who know the network instead of (not even cheaper btw 💀) random Irish dudes who can’t even use EE

    @EE Hi Surely you must know this is awful now, in a world where Amazon can deliver things the next day over 10 days for a phone is wild I have actually ordered a brand new car after I ordered this phone… and I’ve got the car first
