    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE i have been trying to apply for the Xbox bundle on your website. But it is showing the page does not exist. When I log in, it fails. When I call, I cant get the xbox upgrade option. I went in store, and they told me to call. I have no idea what to do. Please help.

    @EE how do you put in a formal complaint? There is no way in hell I'm paying an extra 10 a month considering I'm on the shittest deal ever. That takes my bill up to 100 a month.

    @HA11NNH @EE I was once with a network that decommissioned a mast near where I worked that left me with no signal. It took them weeks to admit it.

    @pauleldred @EE Oh good to know ! That’s terrible 😞 My poor mum who’s 80 doesn’t have a clue how to Wi-Fi call and sends texts all day to me so she’s upset , they won’t reply , if I cancel my payment they’ll respond 😖

    @EE have decided to put my phone bill up by 14.4%. One of the contracts isn’t even a month old!!! Absolutely awful company, One by one I will be moving to a competitor.
