    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE If your with EE and it say you have unlimited text it's untrue because they only give you 300 a day this is what we have been told today. I don'tget envy because my network lets me send how many I want I used to send over a thousand a day.

    @paulpsynergy @EE If your with EE then you got envy when other can use their broadband or mobile internet calls because I use my phone to the Max without any problems at all sorry to upset you but hopefully you will wake up and change network but until then I'll keep feeling sorry for ya.

    @EE are there broadband issues in London W12? Max download speed 14Mbps upload is 11Mbps. I have speeds usually in excess of 50-60Mbps. This has gradually gotten worse over the last few weeks/months. Any ideas? Had a line test 2 weeks ago, no issues...

    Yet again I have to contact @EE for a reoccurring issue with my internet and broadband! 3 months with this issue and more than likely will be the 3rd engineer out! 👎🏽 it’s a 1 star from me! #Shocking

    @EE The problem is ,it’s for 2fa verification I’ve been getting texts sent to that number so there’s no way getting around it ?

    I really can’t express enough of incompetent and terrible @EE are. Only been with them since December and have had problems constantly, charging me for things that were their fault because they made a ‘mistake’. Honestly the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.

    @monkey1959neil @EE It could be the app goes down then they take your data away away screenshot your data minutes so you know we're you stand its sad customers have to do this.
