@EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

Not just @Facebook and @WhatsApp etc down. @EE mobile data also not working in my area for the umpteenth time. So much nonsense from EE - first “there’s no issue” in SW London, then they’re doing a “scheduled upgrade” (that they forgot about?), then it’s “fixed” when it isn’t 😶

@SazMiddleditch @EE Well, given that the issue is UK wide, and everyone else is doing the same, I'm no surprised that the phone system can't cope and disconnected ye... Phoning them about this won't help, its likely outwith their control

Is this the end of days? No mobile data signal with @EE and no @WhatsApp. Thankfully the @AvantiWestCoast wifi is still hanging in there - maybe we’ll use this to find those of us who don’t become zombies. Like a 2021 version of 28 days later.

@EE what is going on with your network coverage??? Constantly have 2 bars 4g but often struggle to get any internet at all and today is no exception. Absolutely dreadful service
