    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    @EE Hi, can you please confirm why your service for vulnerable customers is so bad. My elderly mother in law, recently discharged from hospital and lives alone, has been waiting for two days for an engineer, and your customer service team cannot seem to confirm a date for this.

    @EE The worst customer service for business I have ever come across, no one wants to do their job, go to a store sir done that, got told it was a complete waste of time by a member of staff, you need to call the small business team, go back to them and get told to to a store.

    @EE They wont raise a complaint for me. Been trying days. Because you sent me to store to send the phone off. Store wont raise a complaint your ee repairs team wont either. And customer care said no a store issue. Store send me to customer care

    @EE credit as run out. call 150 says"mobile network not available" so run out of credit can't top up. What a **** network, been with you 18 months, am leaving you tomorrow. log in website, send code never arrives. ****!

    @EE I have tried all SIM cards as tests the only 2 that seem to work most of the time are O2 based transmitters and Vodafone but coustomer service doesn't match phone SIM. I need a reliable SIM service being disabled with health issues to connect to my infusion pumps
