@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE poor service over the last 3 months is affecting my work, my studying and my partners business.... their response: you can’t complain but you can terminate... seriously!! Customers for over 5 years, broadband and mobiles and you are happy if we leave!!

@EE Keep getting Login error, I'm trying to unlock my phone and because the site keeps throwing errors at me, I don't have a phone that I can use because I've just switched SIMs. Why is this a constant issue?

Wow @EE really can't do anything they promise. They leave people in poop, and don't even try to help. The more loyal/more you pay, the less service you get from them.
