  Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

  @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  @EE we have all our devices with you. This week we have tried to upgrade our home service and so far we have had no internet access for over 3 days. Current cost to ourselves is £3k. We have had 3 ‘engineers’ out, all of which say it is nothing to do with them.

  @EE still waiting for the extender hub to resolved. Don’t say call customer services on 150, it doesn’t provide anything other than a rubbish text message service using a BOT.

  @EE how do I make a complaint about your door to door people? 7pm. Presses the ring doorbell. Doesn’t wait for a response. Hits the door like he’s coming through it. Just as my 10 month olds had gone to bed!
