    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE why is it I am in the middle of Oxford with 5G but 1 bar or less of signal? Have had no signal on my phone for weeks any help would be greatly appreciated

    Just walked into a @EE shop to look at new phone options. Was told sorry "no browsing due to covid"! WTF?! Since when has one of tier two restrictions been "no browsing"? There was only one other person in the shop. Bloody ridiculous

    @EE we've tried topping up my mum's payg phone online (not working), via text from her phone (not working) and then by calling 150 from her phone (not working). Any suggestions?
