    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @bt_uk @EE absolutely disgusting service! Think its time I went back with @virginmedia and dont even think of asking for equipment back. You didn't care about my sons medical equipment not having WIFI so I dont care about your equipment either!

    @EE It's now been 2 weeks since I got my tech with a £50 Game card, however I have not received the Game Card. I have escalated this twice now & still am no closer. I need a resolution in the next 72 hours otherwise I want a full refund on the entire order.

    For anyone who uses Virgin Media... Don't move to @EE these guys have a better support and get stuff done! Been with them for 2 months now network wise and had zero issues. 😎

    @EE It was on last night for 3 hours, then off, now on again. For how long? Can you be trusted to provide consistent service? Questionable. If you couldn't handle the full fibre switch, you shouldn't be playing with it.
