@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE My phone has been cut off as you have over charged me. You ask me to call to fix the issue, but I can’t as you have cut it off, I know comical. Your live chat is never available so I am left in a foreign country with no communication. EE and their customer = DOWN HILL

@EE I'm a very disgruntled customer. On Wed and Thursday you offered me an early upgrade with the fee waivered. I log back in on Friday to upgrade and the fee is back. Not a happy customer. Looking elsewhere for when I can cancel my contract as I can get a contract cheaper.
