@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE I placed it through the app. I think I misunderstood, I rang through and turns out I don’t need a new SIM card to pick up 5G, it should just work. I was expecting a new SIM until I re-read my email to find out it’ll just update automatically. Problem solved!

@EE - we have 2 phones out of contract with you but your upgrade prices are astronomical .If we cancel our contract & resign with @EE we’d save £960 over the contract period!!! Astonishing!!!

I order a iPhne 12 pro blue over a month ago with @EE and I’m still waiting. It’s getting boring waiting for the phone and ps5 to come back in stock this is getting abit too much for ee as there customer s was good but @o2 people are suddenly getting the phones before me

@EE @Chubb Thank you for a brilliant service for my phone. I droped it in the loo at 6.30 on Thursday; it stopped working on Friday; I submitted a claim online; on Saturday my claim was approved; DPD delivered a replacement first thing Sunday morning. I was delighted - thank you.

@O2 why is that everytime, every single time I call the phone line gets mysteriously cut off?! Please can someone call me regarding my ongoing issue. I'm still waiting for my manager call back. I will be returning to @EE this a joke! You clearly don't want my money!!
