@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Thanks for forcing a new app and login credentials on me! There are serious flaws in the app, don't you test things? My account requires login even though logged in (hint: there's a link to logout). Awful design and navigation. Help has a huge red error msg.

@EE Don't even bother, they send you faulty second hand goods and leave you out of pocket when you return it. And their coverage is crap. 94%? I can prove its less than 50%

@ee Hi! What are the issues with signal in Newcastle Upon Tyne? I've checked both my work postcode and home postcode and it's been saying for days they are working on it. I have very very poor signal, unless connected to wi-fi - which isn't ideal when I'm not home. Thanks!

@EE I’m very disappointed with ur company I’ve been a customer from when u first took over t-mobile and I’m due a upgrade and get told oh we can’t do price match with other companies and can’t make the contract cheaper it will cost u £50 a month so loyalty means nothing now days
