@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE Hi. I have 2 mobile contracts with you, and data coverage in my area has been next to non existent for almost 2 days now, and the status check still says 'good service within 16 hours'. Is there any ETA for this to be fixed?
