    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE your wifi is being a bit 💩ty (pardon my French) It's been struggling at 2/3 signal strength for a few days now. It's become so unbearable, I have had to use my phone as a personal hotspot. Is there problems known?

    @chris200191 @EE Pre ordered myself. Have the 20 ultra. Its good but no amazing although I've had Androids since iPhone 3gs so its never a big change. Only upgraded cause it worked out cheaper p/m

    @EE Hi been trying to contact for the last hour, via phone, but you can not deal with the volume, and chat is not working... Unacceptable, so I will be canceling my contract.

    I bought a brand new Samsung S20+ in December with @EE which is faulty as the screen is flashing, I called to get it replaced, only to be told I'm out of the 30 day window for replacements. How can such an expensive item have such a short warranty time? Such awful service.

    @EE I’ve been having signal issues for the last two months and even after receiving an email saying the issue has been fixed, I’m still not receiving signal.

    @EE I got a new sim on Tuesday but it still isn’t active, tried calling support but line was busy and it disconnected me.
