@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Hi. None of our phones can make or receive calls. Wi-Fi calling is also not working. Location is Glasgow postcodes G11, G12 and G13. Can you advise if there is an issue.
