    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE frustrating when I can’t get any 5G whilst I’m on holiday park in the uk. I been waiting for an important phone call but no 5G means no phone signal. My husband phone is O2 and that works full 5G.

    @EE Hi EE I'm having issues logging into the app ..I've deleted it and installed it several times and it keeps coming up with error messages "were having trouble with Wright now" ...I can log into my account via your main website.

    @EE I’m looking for some help with regards to my old contract phone, we’ve given it to my daughter, set up a new Apple ID but it’s went into activation lock. Contacted Apple and they need proof of purchase, we don’t have that as it’s been 2+years Is this something we can request

    @EE All my HD channels gone. Spent 1hr on phone with EE...Said they don't know issue. VERY FRUSTRATING...Virgin here we come...

    @EE That’s exactly what I told him, but with the issues above he doesn’t want to make a fuss, and won’t push it. I’m surprised the guide at the time never looked into it. Instead they just out his tariff down to a consumer tariff

    @darksister841 @EE Sadly what the world is coming to. I will never use a call centre again after this, just not worth the grief.
