EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • vickysky24 Vicky (@vickysky24) reported

@EE been a loyal customer of yours for over 20yrs way before you were EE back when you were Orange and now your increasing my bill by £9.43 and I’m going to be paying £75 so I will be leaving you when my contract is up I think what you have done is disgusting!!

  • Vikc32 Vicky Clutterbuck (@Vikc32) reported

@EE No signal in Newbury for a week now. Whole family and work colleagues affected. Is there a problem in the area?

  • CtrlAltDelLawz Ctrl Alt Delete Lawz (@CtrlAltDelLawz) reported

@EE so after 8 month's of issues I've still got no help in relation to solving the issue. You'd rather just loose a customer who has been with you since day 1 due to being a T-Mobile and orange customer. 1st class service has become a joke service.

  • jaazmindaa Jazmine Day (@jaazmindaa) reported

How did I get a phone contract for £56 a month with @EE and now a year later I am paying £71 a month. Absolute joke. UK’s No.1 network for the UK? I think not. How can they expect people to be able to afford that for a phone. Disgusting

  • RedRoseCV Claire (@RedRoseCV) reported

@EE you're raising my monthly bill by £9.12 - once my contract is up in June you're losing a customer who has been with you over 8 years. Shame, but that kind of price hike is extortionate #RIPOFF

  • CtrlAltDelLawz Ctrl Alt Delete Lawz (@CtrlAltDelLawz) reported

@liga_lii @EE Yip and I've had crap service for 8 months, they say they really want to help but have done absolutely nothing to give me a solution. Back to sending letters it is as I will not be paying these prices. Have you seen the price of food and you expect people to pay these prices lol

  • noyb90 Amy (@noyb90) reported

@EE I’ve asked for someone to send me my contract on live chat and apparently I don’t even have a one. Now I’m stuck going round in circles with some idiot robot. Can you please send me my contract so I can review the terms?

  • barrett_phil Phil Barrett (@barrett_phil) reported

@EE That was a no to help then. Been with you since the days of orange. Bye bye.

  • dulay_suky sd (@dulay_suky) reported

@EE @pat11669019 Not true @EE . I contacted you and you gave me a generic blurb to justify unjustifiable price increases, mine being £9.78 a month. I will exit my contract once I’m able to. Terrible customer treatment during a cost of living crisis.

  • rebeccalake4 Rebecca Lake (@rebeccalake4) reported

@EE I had issues with my new ipad being delivered and DPD decided to return to consignor. I spoke to someone at ee on Monday and was told I would have to reorder when it was returned. I've still not heard and now paying more for a device I don't have. I would like some advice please
