    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @ee getting no service or answers from your live chat. I presume they take it in turn to be the manager there? I have bee with Orange then EE fir 27 years and this is how you treat me

    @EE what will it take for you to fix your website and app? Why do you make it so difficult for your customers to upgrade. I've now got to spend 838282 hours on hold to 150 or go into a branch.

    @EE @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp So problem with BB reported in Sept. First week of Nov no phone line or bb. Despite many calls we are 3 weeks down the line and still not resolved !!! Service is poor from whoever needs to resolve this…..

    @EE Yes. And apparently franchise stores can't issue esims, despite me being sent to one by someone on the phone (he even booked the appointment!). Can you tell me the nearest non-franchise store to NR33?
