@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@MarcAllera @EE Your covetage didnt include me, servuce was that bad you realased me from contract admitted there was issues, offered a refund as it was not the service I was paying for, moved the goalposts and only gave me a partial refund ! So im still £300 short ! But YOU couldnt care less !

@EE Hello! Was missold a sim only contract in your store in Woolwich Arsenal. Attendant was hasty and didn’t inform me of the Terms and Condition. I decided to cancel less than 24hrs but the store didn’t process it. #ScamAlert #AvoidEEscam
