@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Clearly I'm having the same issues as other people. Most things are working on my phone, Amazon won't work on phone or PlayStation, certain games with online requirements won't work. An update would be great.
