    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE And because it’s not been handed to the Royal Mail, I cannot track it. @EE - who can I actually complain to now? As I am not a happy customer

    Whatever you do if you move house, be prepared for a very long wait to get your internet up and running. @EE are doing their best but seem to be let down by @WeAreOpenreach. Two months and still no progress with the fault seeming to lie with Openreach.

    @EE Hi, just signed up to a PAYG plan - I’ve got the data and unlimited calls but my text messages aren’t working. I’ve been told to reset my phone after the phone call (which I’ve done multiple times) and it’s still not working.

    @EE the worst mobile provider in UK. Took the money from my bank but didn’t process the payment and now they are refusing to refund me.

    @jesstyena1 @EE It really is! I just think it’s disgusting to advertise it as “expect delivery on launch day” when in reality, the probably always knew it wouldn’t get to most people on launch… it’s infuriating. I’ve also had the issue with not being able to access tracking

    @EE I haven’t n i keep sending pac to 65075 i have been on a sim only deal but thing’s have happened out of my control. I just wish EE would send me the pac code cos my contract is up on 8/10/26 i already paid this months bill I didn’t have any issue leaving @tescomobile 2 yrs ago!

    @EE Dreadful service from EE, I have been sent a replacement sim card i don't need, the problem is my old sim has now been deactivated and my phone won't work. My daughter is on a school trip and can no longer contact me. Incompetence at its best EE.
