    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @iD_Mobile_UK spent over an hour this evening on online chat trying to resolve a porting issue to be told to go to the phone provider? The port was successful, confirmed by you, so why is this now a phone issue? Surely the issue lies between you & @EE to successfully transfer?

    @EE hey,when i login to check my currect pack details it isn't loading current pack details,say's system failure on both web browser and doesn't load anything on the ee app for android. thanks

    @EE any response ? That is NOT a one off, so have had poor service indoors or outdoors for almost 2 months now. This is not the only issue since had with you recently and I am really starting to lose patience.

    @EE I can't get through to a customer service advisor due to the high amount of calls you're receiving. Tried multiple times. You are a communications network provider??? Get some more staff to communicate with your customers.

    I've been trying to get a PAC code from @ThreeUK mobile to switch network to @EE for the last few days and all I'm getting messages saying it can't be done due to a system issue. I have now passed this onto @xyzlaw_

    @EE how does a non ee customer register for service updates on an outage please @virginmedia are as good as a wet paper towel and have no updates on my issues and told me to register my number for updates

    Is it just me or do videos in the Twitter app takes ages to load and hang repeatedly - but if you copy the link into Safari it’s full 720p goodness uninterrupted. Maybe @EE playing games?
