@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE have got to have the worst customer service, ever. After many years with them, I cannot wait to get out of contract, and move to a company that treats its clients better..... Which is probably any of them. I'm a very disgruntled customer at the moment.

@EE Your service is a shambles!!!! I raised a complaint on Wednesday the 15 of June and I’m still no further forward. Failed callbacks, no replies to emails and today I’ve been going over the same story with at least 10 different agents since 1253 with no outcome or resolution.

@EE were having major network issues in our area....we're just not getting any network...as soon i leave my home boom signal...i think its the tower near by
