    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    Hey @EE how do you actually speak to a human to resolve a fault!!! Been waiting over 2 hours for someone to help fix my broadband issue... pretty poor customer service

    @EE I can assure you I get no signal whatsoever. And I have the latest iPhone too. I used to get 5G there. I raised the issue at the local EE Shop & was told the problem is engineers cannot gain access to where the problematic mast is. This was 3 MONTHS AGO! It’s so so poor!

    @ee phone mast appears to be down MK1 1SW. Lots of people with EE, no phone signal and no 5G.

    @EE I thought that too, but unfortunately the delivery doesn't appear there&I still can't access any PIN. I'm a bit at a loss now because I'm uncomfortable with phone calls, yet that's the only solution I've been given. I'd really appreciate any help.

    @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

    Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!
