    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    @EE can’t watch France v Spain on the internet, cos as usual I have no internet, EE was good before BT got involved, it has been rubbish now for ages, fed up talking to Plymouth. I pay a lot of money to get no service

    So @EE failed at customer services today. They make the mistake, make things worse and dont want to fix it. It shouldn't be this difficult and stressful for a disabled person to just get broadband! Appalling!! 🤬

    @EE you've confused a pensioner into a two year contract that they can't use, their bank just informed them that you'd emptied their pension and had to cancel the payments. I'm going to help them not get into trouble because of your sleight of hand. who at EE should i contact?

    @EE sick of ee Been with them over 15 years Last year or 2 it’s been crap when at home location and fine everywhere else Calls braking up Echoey Sounds like I'm in a good fish bowl Only ever does it in this location at home Sick of it now Mine and my wife's do it

    @EE I have spent considerable time attempting to resolve this matter through @EE customer service and complaints channels. I was given clear assurances had been handled but EE have not acted on their advisors agreements and gone against agreements received by EE representatives.#EE

    @EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??
