Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE @EE so Christmas done and back to work and guess what still no 4G signal. Time to move to another provider I think. Only been a month - looks like top level incompetence - either that or they just don’t care?

@EE hi folks at EE, question re broadband services. I have EE fibre usually getting 40plus Meg downloads, but currently getting 0.22 speeds.... Usual router reboots not improved it. Are there issues today? Please advise.

@EE Had engineers out as there was a fault but it’s not on line into the house it’s the router!! Sent plenty emails & had some replies but nothing to resolve the issue

and the saga continues, @EE have now finally managed to cease my account, only 3 full months after I requested to leave their service and only after this post on twitter. Now to see what they intend to do about their illegal billing... @MoneySavingExp @BBCWatchdog
