So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

.@EE I am absolutely fed up with your shocking signal at my house. The whole cul-de-sac is like it. I have to find the one position in our bedroom by the window or at the front door or to get an actually signal that’s more than 2 bars, go and stand outside to ring someone

@EE Haven’t had any phone signal, 4G data or 3G data working since moving to my Zone 2 London Flat in April. Relying solely on WiFi-calling. Been in touch with #EE several times. Ridiculous that you ensure 4G on a remote mountain but not in Central London.

@EE if I wish to add text from anywhere and calls from anywhere for the 10th of August when do I need to ask for these to be added to my line? If I called today would they be added today or does it go from the billing period and is it month by month so I can cancel it?

@EE DM has been sent, to be transparent I normally have a great deal of respect for EE, however all these issues have left me very disappointed. I'm hoping they will be fixed efficiently with reimbursement where needed and my confidence restored.
