Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE hello I private messaged you in regards to myself needing to cancel my contract. I am in Qatar so cannot ring. This had been a long process and my contract runs out this month, I am unhappy with the service from customer care and would like the contract cancelled immediately

@EE My current Fibre Broadband package runs out in September. I've been a mobile customer since 2000 and broadband whenever it replaced the old dial up service that Orange offered!! I agree whenever I have had to deal with Customer Service your response has been exceptional.

@LesleyField5 @EE I wouldn’t have known that Tony. I don’t have an iPhone 12 but have had many iPhones up to X. The response from @EE is very poor! “Did you not research”??? No I’d expect to receive everything I needed😬
