Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE @WeAreOpenreach when is my outside line going to get fixed? I have ever extending "Review dates" next being 4th April where nothing gets done. I'm fed up of relying on a slow 4g hub to work from home.

@EE MISS SOLD! CROOKS EE miss sold me full fibre broadband. Phone line has now been cut off to a 70 year old vulnerable woman. EE advisor insured that there would be no issues as they are now merging with BT and that she would be able to use her phone via the internet! MISS SOLD

@EE Genuine question: can you guys explain specifically why my bill is going up almost £9 a month? Eg how is it costing you more (to run my contract) and therefore me more? Would honestly like to know the answer as the letter I had explains nothing and effectively says tough ****
