    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    @EE here's a great CX problem for you. I am not your customer. Your new customer has (hopefully accidentally) used my email account to register for your services, so I have 8 emails from you - including NOW and Netflix. And there is no easy way to tell you this!!!!!

    @EE my signal is down in the SK22 area. The WiFi we log into is also down. I have tried the app (via a Vodafone hotspot connection), but your AI is sending me in circles.

    This is exactly the sort of corporate one sided arrogance that needs levelling up. @EE We sent you something. Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not yours. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     @EE I have received a scam letter from a debt collecting agency saying they are collecting a debt for EE. I have never been with EE. I have sent an email to your phishing email address, is there anything else I need to do?

    @EE Hi - I'm afraid that I don't have the time to navigate your website/or call you ... just letting you know that your customer (account) details used the wrong email address and has none of your onboarding messages. If you have an email address which can be used, let me know
