    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    Lot of stress in the village atm because the @EE mast is down - it’s probably out of diesel again because @SSE refuse to put a mains electricity supply in the Balgy gap and as usual @ofgem sitting in London has designed a ‘****-you Scotland’ system

    @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄

    @EE #ee never changed my ee login in June, I have #reg123 logged on and checked. Email says I have I haven’t. @HMCTSgovuk is walsall hmcts recieving communications from one efficiency as well as the apple case id teddie email. Both Helen Trott where stated once’s all files reviewed and any letters at any time that I don’t know about and have legal access right to know.

    @EE EE are so stupid that they signed a stranger a new phone contract & claim they live at my home address. EE then demanded to know my full name, address & date of birth. Why should I give my surname & date of birth to corrupt company given they have been fined by @ico & @ofcom

    I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.

    Trying to watch a 480p video on my iPhone whilst out with 3 bars of 5G and it just won’t play. @EE are beyond **** nowadays they do f**k all work on their network. Pathetic service. Do NOT reply EE. Not interested.

    @EE No I haven’t and my whole line has no service, 7 times you guys hung up in total. Worst service ever and no call back.
