So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE Not when it comes to trying to get any products from you! Tried to get Fibre Broadband and after much digging found I was being blacklisted over a debt that wasn't mine. I have a copy of the letter from @CitizensAdvice saying they sent a letter to EE, never got a response back 🙄

@EE you are disgraceful. My 82 yo mother phoned up for help as her payg wouldn't load any money. She gave them her bank details so they cld load it for her and she got signed up for a £10 a month contract. She's been into a shop and they've said she can't cancel it. disgust
