So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

Funny how @EE claimed there was never any problems with their service. I just received my new SIM from another company and I have full bars of signal. Still looking at my EE phone and I only have 1 bar. No problem, you say? Okay. Glad I was able to get rid.

The lady Alaine or Aline at @EE customer service was absolutely terrible had no customer services skills I fell absolutely disgusted by the way she behaved on the call, was not helpful with anything.I am disgusted I’m so glad I am not with this company because it’s the worse!!!

So @ee cancel my direct debit since I was in credit because of THEIR own error which I was non the wiser to and now I’m being told my account is in arrears for not making payment ... make it make sense

I have since spent the whole time on the phone to @EE telling them that it’s because of their bad signal, I have missed out on winning the competition! 😣 They admitted that the signal in my area is “weak”! So frustrated! 😢 @hollywills @Schofe

@EE Hope it's better than the previous cameras which were crap. Gutted to have to move from Huawei but after seeing the wife's S20 attempting to take any sort of decent pics, I think I'll move to iPhone rather than back to Samsung
