So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE I have wifi calling set up! It’s generally the 4G out and about it’s just dreadfully slow to load. Was no 5G or 4G in the centre of Edinburgh the other day only 3G! Wish I had never left EE 😑

@EE @XboxGamePass My Mum 88 having such trouble with her TV box, she's very upset 3 of us including a teenager! of us tried to delete recordings it just gets worse! tried yr website, no mention of a TV box, nothing in technical section, wasted an hour sent a complaint 2 days ago - radio silence !

@EE are an absolute **** show.. more than a month and still waiting for a returns bag. Charged for 2 consecutive months for a line and handset that is faulty. And have now closed my complaint case without a word about it.. fuming!!

@EE very slow sim router and mobiles now 2 full days now. We’ve called 3 times now and you keep saying it’ll be fixed in 3 hours buts it’s slow all day (but fine in the evenings). 3rd day running and the speed just dropped again...what’s going on?

@EE Tom, @EE is the service that is keeping me online when all else is dead. Nothing you can do, unless I end up needing one of those 4G routers......
