    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE I just don't like the idea of the phone being opened that's the factory seal gone. It's never the same after that. I just want a replacement. It's 3 months in and been like it since the start. I'm just fed up. I just need to check my rights as I know the terms have changed.

    So I have a watch on contract and the contract finished in January but you have to ring up 30days before to cancel it!! Joke..so now I have to pay extra 2 months fuming 😡 @EE

    @EE I have no difficultly in paying it . Thank you ! I have a problem with a multi billion pound company ripping it's customers off to produce record profits year on year . We are customers not cash cows .

    @EE Hey Matty, cheers for the reply, and it's sorted now. A different member of the team set it up in a matter of minutes, and didn't even insult or upset me in the process (as the previous one did yesterday). Just waiting for a call back to cancel my contract now, then all done!

    @darchunky @EE They don’t give a **** mate. I think I’ve been with them over 10 years. Spend £130 a month with them for two phones so I’m having double increase

    @JonesMartyn @EE It’s horrendous and not necessary, but what really angers me is the first line support that feed you corporate messages of nonsense & their systems can’t generate an email with my price increase? For a tech company that’s ridiculous!
