Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

@EE all good and prompt to increase bills of customers will there be some sort of refund for the outage of network? I am still being charged for a sim card that was cancelled.... twice!

I know #eedown is not the end of the world but this is now at least 6 hrs its been down and not a peep from @EE, having to use someone elses wifi for this, its not good enough to not actualy say whats happening @EE.
