    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    @EE I have called you at least 6 or 7 times with regards to this issue. I have spent almost 10hrs on the phone to you trying to resolve this issue. I have been promised call backs and updates and haven’t received anything. This has been dragging on for 5 weeks now @EE

    @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

    @EE Can you please tell me who to contact re damage caused by Openreach contractor who was connecting EE WiFi but drilled through a water pipe. NWI fixed the leak and said would return to repair damage but now say MJ Quinn have told them not to carry out the repairs?

    @CustServ_Hub @EE Have I just given my details out to a scammer? I have just received a call from someone purporting to be EE Support who was very argumentative and rude. They hung up when I refused to download an app. Please tell me what is going on?

    @EE I have been told another complaint has been raised to investigate why my original one was closed and Haris confirmed that there were no notes as to the reason. Such poor service.
