In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

reena (@desikuri09) reported@EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

Zak ₄₄ (@ZRuns0nCoffee) reported@EE It’s to do with GFast. Why are you allowed to break contract and cut my service to a quarter to what I’m getting now? Can you imagine if I asked that about price or ending my contract early? This is now allowed. How can I take this further?
