So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

@EE Re: the Gower Peninsula data connection. Lots of visitors there at the weekend. The network doesn’t appear to be able to handle the capacity. Mobile data at an unusable rate. Is it the masses of people attending to use the network? , if so any plans to improve the capacity?

@EE Hi LB - thanks for your reply. Am I right in saying that once the 24-month contract has ended and it ‘rolls on’ it is ‘rolling on’ on a month-by-month basis until the customer stops the rolling monthly contract or enters a new 24-month contract?

@EE Shockingly the message I sent you via DM hasn't been acknowledged or replied to. Almost like you just wanted to divert a customer from posting publically.

@bt_uk our wifi is unbelievably slow and has been for the last month or so. So slow that I am now using all my data @EE and cannot join work calls. We live in london, it’s never been bad, is there anything you can do??

@EE Another non-answer. I'm so tired of EE. You treat customers like cash cows and don't care a jot when you mess things up and stress people out.

Recommend anyone thinking of going with @EE or anyone on it to get out while you can. Been having signal issues for months now and the customer service is a joke. To the point I was told they don't guarantee every phone will get a signal. Highly recommended avoiding them.
