Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

@EE Hi Tom have e messaged you and sent a complaint anyway. But not happy the solution was to buy another SIM card. Had to rely on strangers phones as I was lone working. Husband not pleased.

@EE Hi, I'm having issues with billing. I moved abroad and asked to be switched to payg. Got a text today telling me a payment couldnt be made, looked online & said my account had been closed and im owed money. tried calling the number for abroad but doesnt work. could you help?

@EE I’m disgusted by you guys, I’ve called 5 times and live chatted as well to fix the fact you keep trying to charge me £420.Endless apologies and promises to fix it yet it’s STILL not fixed. No one can even tell me what the extra charges are.
