    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

    DO NOT EVER BECOME A CUSTOMER OF @virginmedia THEIR NETWORK IS UNSTABLE AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. THEY WEASEL OUT OF DELIVERING A SERVICE BY SAYING THEY ONLY GUARANTEE ONE PART OF IT AND CHARGING THE EXIT FEE. THE £28M @Ofcom FINE WAS 100% DESERVED. LOOKING AT MOVING TO @EE

    @EE my data keeps dropping in and out, even though it says I have 5G! As well as my signal. Is there some sort of issue I’m not aware of?

    @OniSuika @EE Sounds like a real waste of time considering the social media team don’t have access to any accounts. They are literally just paid to redirect you to somewhere they think can help.

    So @EE failed at customer services today. They make the mistake, make things worse and dont want to fix it. It shouldn't be this difficult and stressful for a disabled person to just get broadband! Appalling!! 🤬

    @EE Let's see if we can squeeze an extra fiver out of people with poor judgement! I know you can get e-sims now (and I have done previously) but it does feel like it's exploitative of people who lack the technical knowhow or confidence to do that.
