So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@ianmjones1981 @EE No way, Ian. I ordered through EE. They cancelled my order because mine was added to an add on too. When I called they put the order back on for me and gave me £50 cash back and 1 year of PSN subscription for free as a gesture of good will and being a loyal customer for 2 years

@EE iphone 12 Pro Max 256gb in silver (after ordering gold and not being informed sold out), keep getting told it will be dispatched in 1 day and not receiving anything. i am going to have to cancel and stay with vodafone which is a shame as will end up with no phone or contract
