    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    Had a broadband sales call from @EE just now. I was told only EE and BT can provide FTTP service in my area. This is untrue, and when challenged sales person backtracked. But it seems I can’t make a complaint as I don’t have an account!

    @EE ... others will know, and (c) so I can look to get some sort of resolution once the service is up and running. Assuming it gets sorted properly, I'll tweet about that too. If it gets resolved to my satisfaction, people will know.

    @EE help ive just received a bill for £45. It contains call to Brazil and multiple messages to Australia. I've contacted customer services but I'm not happy that I've been charged for a bill I cannot afford.

    @EE hi ya, I'm a customer.kf yours but fkr some reason when I send a text message he automatically sends 2 or 3 times but with me only sending once
