Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

@SamsungMobile @SamsungMobile between @EE and Samsung i have received a disgusting service. I have a S10 which has is faulty and has been sent off 3 times for repair. I have asked to access my warranty to change it. I was told by samsung i can after 3 repairs.

@DSLewisUK @EE Shameless. And they are confident in their service. They can lie as well. Saying my SIM card went to my current address. Everyone involved needs to lose their job. The complaint I’m going to write. I have everyone’s name I have dealt with
