    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE UK’s best network. Clouds “hold my beer” Not on. I’m paying a pretty penny for high speed 5G mobile data. Except as soon as a cloud appears I’m getting a consistent 1mbps and less. Absolutely 💯 a joke.

    @EE @EE How do I make an official complaint about your useless service? On my partners account her ex partners email address is registered to it even tho when they taken out the package 6 months ago it was their email address used and their ex partners had nothing to do with it!

    Hey @EE your tv, broadband and the inability to access account details on the app is ******* ****, plus the fact that being told when switching from sky tv to ee tv you would sort out the buy out and take care of the sky contract but yet 6 months later it still hasn’t been

    @EE in Turkey paid for £25 pass and your roaming does not work . Can’t ring you as you won’t accept WiFi calls , your chat service is useless , what am I suppose to do ,
