Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE Anita, your words mean nothing. Actions mean a lot more. @EE have our account details. You have on record how badly you treated us & dealt with the issue. I didn't even get an apology from your business team manager who left me on hold for 30 minutes when I escalated the issue.

Random call from someone claiming to be @EE. Put the number in Google, says he claimed to be Carphone Warehouse that time. When challenged, became rude and said "Where is your proof?". Odd flex.
