    Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE Not having any issues i just want to know why @ITV where you RECORD a programme to watch later and prevented from skipping Ads. I would be interested to hear from @ITV about this as they seem to be the only commercial station that does this

    @bt_uk @s_starrr6 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

    @CallaghanK79781 @EE It's a constant since they all got rid of 3G but they all treat us like we are stupid. They should pay us for using their networks now as we are ripped off for a service they don't provide anymore. I am lucky if I get 1 bar on a 4G signal. We now have to rely on shops wi-fi 😡

    @EE That virtual card you sent me doesn't work. Just tried to use it for a Sainsburys groceries delivery and it doesn't accept it saying "Payment will be taken on Invalid date, your order's delivery date."

    @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!
