What useless,unhelpful service @EE Best to deal with the main provider & not some other ‘middle’ company that is just making a buck out of you.I will be terminating my contract with EE & returning to BT. 9 days without internet has affected my boys education & my work!!

@mightypotter5 @EE You should👍I can’t believe things are taking so long!We & they know where the cables are broken & these need to be fixed before any engineer comes here, yet they booked an engineer for last Fri to come to our house to check if there was a problem!Who never turned up anyway!😟

@EE getting ridiculous now how much your network is going down in my area...5 days and counting I've had almost no service. Yet your website keeps saying "will be fixed in 16 hours" Surely some kind of refund is due, especially as I've missed important calls I was waiting for 🤨
