Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE Hi...do the new EU roaming charges only apply to new customers or existing customer upgrades contracted after 7th July? So if I don't upgrade I won't incur this charge?

@StanCollymore @EE If you have a problem with data roaming charges maybe you should of considered this along with other things when you carried your St. George’s flag down to the polling station
