Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

I liked @EE so much I ordered their broadband, they've missed two appointments with no communications and now when I ring their helpline from an EE phone it hangs up. Not the best of starts, shame because your mobile service is excellent.

@EE is literally the WORST company ever, been with them since they was Orange and have 3 mobile contracts and broadband too, yet they refuse to price match to @skyuk on an upgrade and yet instead want more money PLUS an upfront cost too! #AVOIDEE #EE
