Ben Lord (@benlorduk) reported from Ixworth, EnglandAlongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

MrsGershwin #NoWarWithIran (@EastAnglear) reported from Brandon, England@EE Hi, please help with my mobile wifi box. It is showing a red dot on the box and I can't connect. Thank you.

Ben Lord (@benlorduk) reported from Ixworth, EnglandSo @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Zoe Family (@zoefamily2) reported@EE help my broadband has broken and I can’t get a new one until Monday at the earliest. Can you get it to me any soon or does any EE shops have any stock of routers that I could collect ,my girls having a sleepover on Saturday to watch movies on @NetflixUK and on @sky streaming
-
Alan Aiken (@AlanAiken) reported@EE EE, your broadband service stopped in my flat yesterday. I can’t reach you by mobile as it takes me via a web link to an on line webpage to report a fault. Having done this I receive a text message to say I don’t have an account with EE??!! If that is the case then why are you taking money from my bank account. This is really trashy service and rather than run around in circles for the next 3 months I will switch. But how can I cancel an account that does not exist? What a total shower.
-
Stephen (@Stephen090704) reported@alwaysMadManC87 @EE Sounds like the same guide that was rude to me too!
-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE Let down by what service - I really wish I’d had a service to be let down by - a 💩organisation doing what you do - voted ‘the best company 25 times’ in what universe was that ? Frustrated doesn’t even start to cover it.
-
Rhian (@rhiangibson_) reported@EE That will be when we land back in the UK in a week. So frustrating that I’m completely unable to call customer services.
-
Andrew Western (@AndyWestern) reported@EE absolutely fantastic that our broadband has cut out 4 times in the last 20 minutes or so 🙃
-
RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@picklefork1965 @bmstewart2004 @EE Yeah, EE isn't a rip-off at all, espcially considering at nearly 4 years, we've had one drop-out on broadband and we rarely go below 900Mbps, when their guarantee is 700Mbps. I'm well aware, just with any company, if you ring up, they'll give you the best possible deal. My whole point is, we shouldn't HAVE to ring up. The deals should be there as standard on the app that they so excessively want, everyone to be on. It's not just EE, every major Broadband/Phone/TV company want you to use their apps. For £100/m we get 1Gig Broadband, Now TV Sports, Entertainment, Netflix and Xbox GamePass. My problem is, the broadband is cheaper for me to let it run the contract down from EE and then apply through my credit card company and get the same broadband speeds at half the price for the same 24 month contract.
-
Kerry Riordan (@Kezmeister82) reported@EE We already have every day for the past 5 weeks multiple failed visits it’s been escalated so many times with an open complaint still keep blaming each other, on the verge of cancelling the contract as you’re not providing the service we’ve signed up for and going elsewhere
-
Andy Hobbs (@AJHobbsy) reported@EE Apparently it can't be sorted. That's the problem.
-
Lawrence Green (@LawrenceGreen69) reported@EE Pathetic customer service. Trying to cancel a contract. Cant do it in store. Over the phone you keep hanging up. Online - this service isnt working.
