Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

@EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

@EE ordered a new phone and contract 5 weeks ago. Phone dissappeared at the DPD distribution centre (shocked)....7 calls to your team and still not resolved or a replacement sent. Simply not good enough. Complaint raised. Do better ee as the customer service is appalling!!!

So I went online and tried to cancel 2 of them which the system let me do. Phew! Later that evening I received another 2 simultaneous emails from @ee telling me that it was too late to cancel the order and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
