Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

@EE Is there a problem with EE signal in and around the Stockton-on-Tees area ? Constant issues with signal , numerous calls failing over the last 2-3 weeks, have to stand in my back garden and still have calls not connecting .. At the moment a very disgruntled customer

Hi @EE - I've got a new contract with EE & agreed to trade in my old phone (from various models including S7 and a S5, of which i have both from EE). However when I got my trade in email it's stating i have to swap my S7. This wasn't part of the deal! Help please

I'm not having much luck with technology companies. I've no signal with @ee at home and @virgin having promised Wifi boosters are now refusing to send them out. If only their glossy adverts proved close to reality. 😡😡😡🤬
