    @firth1985 @VodafoneUK Vodafone sucks arse mate, took £100 off us and they never fave it back , even though they said they would. Will never use them again and highly recommend no one else does . Do recommend @EE though

    sick of @EE wifi, its terrible, the past week its been going on and off multiple times everyday whats causing me to use my data at HOME whats making it run out! i should atleast get some free gbs of data to make up for this, or simply, sort the wifi out!

    @EE The app only allows me to add the large screen option on, rather than providing me with the option to create a BT login for BT sport.

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE I have tried all SIM cards as tests the only 2 that seem to work most of the time are O2 based transmitters and Vodafone but coustomer service doesn't match phone SIM. I need a reliable SIM service being disabled with health issues to connect to my infusion pumps

    @EE you need to train your staff properly, told yesterday that a new router would be delivered today as ours has an issue. In fact what the useless customer service agent ment was ill dispatch it tomorrow for delivery Tuesday. But who knows, so long as you've got your money eh?

    @EE Not only is it greedy. It's a complete lack of business sense. You could have made it easy for a retention. Instead I'm not shopping around to buy elsewhere. You guys never used to be this bad. #EE @EE

    @EE Its been nearly a month that we have been without any Internet. Countless calls made , customer support has been terrible. We have had multiple openreach engineers attend who have not been able to do anything . This has caused so much disruption to us.

    @EE Nah, I've been there. You tricked me into accepting a free tablet (because I'm such a good customer) and shafting me with a two year SIM contract on the back of it. You want fool me again. I've been a customer, and loyal, since 1988 when you were Hutchinson Telecom. You blew it..

    @EE I thought that too, but unfortunately the delivery doesn't appear there&I still can't access any PIN. I'm a bit at a loss now because I'm uncomfortable with phone calls, yet that's the only solution I've been given. I'd really appreciate any help.

    Nice @EE paying for an iPad for 7 months longer than the contract as it never showed an upgrade option, strange how my phone plans do.
