I’ve actually had such a bad day it’s almost been comical - from turned off alarm to no broadband, a panic attack, running out of coffee and cancelled @ubereats_uk. You know who saved it? The dude at @EE tech support. Great work with great banter! Not all heroes wear capes.

  • ThirstBeers
Cheryl Cade (@ThirstBeers) reported from Norwich, England

@EE @claraamfo Everyone has the right to wear the clothes they like, but although nice that top is not designed well enough to be worn that way, a little clip would mean she wouldn’t need to hold it down & it would flatter

  • RageByRich
    RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported

@picklefork1965 @bmstewart2004 @EE Yeah, EE isn't a rip-off at all, espcially considering at nearly 4 years, we've had one drop-out on broadband and we rarely go below 900Mbps, when their guarantee is 700Mbps. I'm well aware, just with any company, if you ring up, they'll give you the best possible deal. My whole point is, we shouldn't HAVE to ring up. The deals should be there as standard on the app that they so excessively want, everyone to be on. It's not just EE, every major Broadband/Phone/TV company want you to use their apps. For £100/m we get 1Gig Broadband, Now TV Sports, Entertainment, Netflix and Xbox GamePass. My problem is, the broadband is cheaper for me to let it run the contract down from EE and then apply through my credit card company and get the same broadband speeds at half the price for the same 24 month contract.

Hey @EE your engineer has been & fitted new broadband at my in laws today. Despite your assurances over the phone your engineer was the smarmiest, clever arse **** who ever walked & it would seem incredibly rude to boot . And the TV & telephone don’t work either.

  • Billibilo
    BilliBilo (@Billibilo) reported

@EE really wish you’d send your phones out in better packaging than just a plastic bag 😡 just received my new phone and the box is all banged up. Poor service from @EE and DPD.

  • MartinElliker
    Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported

@EE @EE @Ofcom - I’m fed up with calling you and getting nowhere - the best support you can give me is getting the premium service I’m paying for up and running and rather than me having to chase you - how about someone gets your act in order and call me - Such a shame are you real?
