No but you do because you can..you have 30 million + plus customers with an average rise of roughly £1 p/m per customer that’s another £360 mill..

But you still charging her the monthly bill. Always a good thing when she is my carer and the hospital can't contact her. #EE #shit

Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

Seems like at least one outage per month just now (No EE cell signal at all. Currently using wifi at local shop) #EE Absolutely not fit for purpose.

Jony Wishbone (@WishboneJony) reported@EE Submitted a complaint yesterday about upgrade experience. Was also told Weds night if any issues with it going through I would 100% be called back in 24 hours. Never happened. Would appreciate it got looked at asap.
