Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

@EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

@EE reminder folks EE are a terrible company to be with in my own experience! Don't renew your Contracts as they lie to you about the yearly increase by stating "It's a Requirement" its not! It's their Choice! Still no letter about my dispute so I can go to the Ombudsman!Tossers!

@EE I am trying to cancel my rolling monthly contract as I now live abroad and I don’t have my old phone or SIM card with me. How can I cancel my contract from abroad without having the sim/number active anymore . I can’t do it from my account online as it needs an OTP to the no.

@EE my phone never gets 5G but is a 5G handset? Partners on a 5G mobile with yourselves both handset are currently next to each other the *** has 5G the s21 plus doesn't?!

@EE hi all I updated to the latest version iOS 16.4 and since then your app isn’t working. I have uninstalled it reinstalled it still nothing, turned mobile off and on the same, also running your latest version. Not that impressed to be honest, is there an issue?
