    @EE does my employer have to give me a pay rise of 2.7% every year because the RPI say so..No..do you have to implement these rises.. No but you do because you can..you have 30 million + plus customers with an average rise of roughly £1 p/m per customer that’s another £360 mill..

    Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

    @EE Bought a 15gb sim for £15 in Poundland yesterday to try you out. I’m getting 4G download speeds of less than 2mb & upload of no more than 3mb. I’m back on my Vodafone sim & get 40 down/18 up. Do you throttle payg as both transmitters are on the same mast?? Post Code SO50 5PS.
