@EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

@EE shocking service. No broadband for 4 days. Multiple phone calls with different reasons for it not working each time I've had to contact. Mini hub not working. Now told a delivery that was due to be delivered today won't be delivered until Monday! Official complaint sent in!

Imagine ordering a tech bundle from @EE and they cba to send out the #EEGameCard that’s meant to come with it and after calls for the last 4 days, getting same old **** response we will fill out a web form and you’ll have it by end of the day.. yet nothing and still waiting! 😡

@EE Just called up and there is a broadband issue in the TW19 area but no timeframe. Could you please advise when this will be resolved?
