@EE Well, I just restarted my phone and it wouldn't give me any service so I had to go into networks and search for network. Still only one bar somewhere I ALWAYS get 4G. No my phone isn't broken.

Just come off the phone to @EE spoke to Karen in a Scottish call centre... she did tell me the name of the office but I’ve forgotten... absolute bloody pleasure talking to Karen wish there was a way you could track her down she deserves a pay rise lol !! #ee

@EE I put in a formal complaint re EE allowing google play purchases of £480 over 2 months. Each transaction seconds apart. I was told my complaint would be investigated. Nothing since. Not a word. Yet a black mark on my credit score. Useless absolutely useless. Do not use

Internet is even worse since switching to EE. A big part of the reason we switched was because of how bad it was with TalkTalk but now I can't get Internet upstairs even with the bedroom and living room doors open. Was expecting a big improvement so disappointed 😔 @EE
