After hearing how amazing @EE have been with my Thomas cook colleges I’m thinking of changing from @ThreeUK! Awful! Just lost my job and they say if I don’t pay my £70 bill by the end of the month they will send it to a debt collectors disgusting! Like I chose to loose my job 😡

Spoke to @EE regarding not having any signal in and around my home. Saying they cannot offer any assistance. Got myself a new contract, but they're not even willing to release me from contract or let me port my number if I carry on paying contract. #EE #shocking #greedy

Fantastic customer service from @EE today. Didn’t want to upgrade my phone as I have an add on phone so they changed to sim only & knocked my monthly bill by £60 in doing so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@EE Hello. I had some issues with you last month. In the end the advisor said she would credit my account. This hasn’t happened for the amount that she stated. On top of that my bill is showing you charged me for a SIM card that never arrived.

@EE I've suffered and am still suffering from little to no phone signal in and around my home, surviving solely on wifi calling (which is unacceptable). Had nothing but trouble with replacement sim cards, even new handsets at own cost thru my insurance. No help from EE whatsoever.

@EE I never got into the other foldable screen phones like the Samsung Fold as I doubted it would be durable enough, turns out I was right. The #SurfaceDuo on the other hand looks much more suitable. I'm just hoping it has 5G though. 🤞 @panos_panay

@EE I have to use WiFi to call but that doesn’t help with my EE mobile broadband device, it’s not just EE either o2 and three are affected as my neighbours have the same problem but there doesn’t appear to be any explanation that makes sense

@EE I’m getting sick of this now month after month after month having only 3G service! Calls cutting out. Slow internet, next to no streaming just buffering!! And yet when I called yesterday there is no fault in the area?!? Best network… seriously doubting it!

@Ryyymann @EE They won’t do anything, I’ve made many complaints along with documented proof of poor signal and they ALWAYS say mast signal work ongoing. They must have residence at this particular mast as they’re always there working on it when I speak to them

@EE The last 3-4 months have been dreadful for signal and service. My 4G is poor, my signal strength everywhere is never any better than 2 bars and calls keep cutting out constantly, have been doing for months.
