I only got it retrieved out of my new H.P30 IN THE ee shop in LISCARD Merseyside. on getting my old sim back i thought end of problem, put it in old nokia

I complained, they traced the recording and gave him an absolute bollocking. But I've never forgiven them to this day. Make sure you follow this up.

Shameful behaviour. Hopefully we'll leave in droves and they'll see how poorly they've actually treated us.
