@SkyUK has to be the worst Internet provider. Literally Drops every 5 minutes. Gonna send my @EE bill too them since Ive resorted to using my data as thats 100% better than their ‘Best Wireless Router’ even with a Signal ‘booster’ 🤬

@EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

@EE Hi Georgia, thanks for getting back to me. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

@EE There’s a large broadband outage in the Bridgeton area of Glasgow. This is affecting people in the G31 area - myself included. It looks like BT think this will be a long fix and are providing 4G dongles to their customers. Will EE be providing something similar?

@EE I have sent a web form of complaint over explaining every problem I’ve had with EE. It’s very long, as there are a minimum of 10 things that have happened. It should be on record & I’m still waiting for a reply back. I just wanted to highlight the terrible service I’ve received.
