Simon Watt (@simonwatt1) reported from Liverpool, England@EE I've suffered and am still suffering from little to no phone signal in and around my home, surviving solely on wifi calling (which is unacceptable). Had nothing but trouble with replacement sim cards, even new handsets at own cost thru my insurance. No help from EE whatsoever.

Was told I would have a update by Friday last week and I’m still waiting for the update!! It’s been 2 weeks tomorrow and it’s still not sorted!!

Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

I complained, they traced the recording and gave him an absolute bollocking. But I've never forgiven them to this day. Make sure you follow this up.

I only got it retrieved out of my new H.P30 IN THE ee shop in LISCARD Merseyside. on getting my old sim back i thought end of problem, put it in old nokia

After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.
