@EE Hi Georgia, thanks for getting back to me. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

@EE Is there an issue with your home broad band today. Router lost connection today 10 hours ago and download speeds at normal but upload speeds at capped at 1 - 2 meg upload speeds v the normal 7 meg and multiple restarts of the routers and cable checks have done no difference

@EE please could someone help. I get 2 bars 4G signal at home but it never works for calls and data is so painfully slow I can’t use it. I also have EE WiFi. When I make FaceTime audio or WhatsApp audio it also has a delay and is impossible to use. 1/2

@ShinyQball @DJCElijah @EE I had this issue all morning- then chanced asking a relative once I gave up, who landed one for me right away on their account. Since EE claim there is no 'issue' (with the only advice being to clear your cache, etc)- this is obviously discriminatory in some way shape or form.
