Approx 9 grand paid to ee,t mobile...over years, dropped me like brick in the Mersey when my contract ended. They had ******* gaul to say I had to go through credit check again ffs. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

Tony Crystal (@TonyCrystals) reported@TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.
