    After hearing how amazing @EE have been with my Thomas cook colleges Iโ€™m thinking of changing from @ThreeUK! Awful! Just lost my job and they say if I donโ€™t pay my ยฃ70 bill by the end of the month they will send it to a debt collectors disgusting! Like I chose to loose my job ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I canโ€™t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work ๐Ÿ˜

    @EE Yes, no difference. And my friends on EE are having the same problem so it must be the network. I've been here on a football day where it's much busier and it's been better than this.

    I am absolutely fuming waking up an Unsolicited cold call from @EE trying to sell me stuff. I blocked so many numbers and seriously thatโ€™s the last straw @EE CANCEL MY CONTRACT!! NOW!! Itโ€™s clearly #harassment - @VodafoneUK WOULD NOT TREAT a valued customer this way ๐Ÿ˜ก@ee

    Spoke to @EE regarding not having any signal in and around my home. Saying they cannot offer any assistance. Got myself a new contract, but they're not even willing to release me from contract or let me port my number if I carry on paying contract. #EE #shocking #greedy

    @EE Kind of pointless doing that. Itโ€™s your general customer service number and, unsurprisingly, none of the options are relevant. The help section on the website is also of no help whatsoever.

    @EE Your complaints process was disgraceful For an agent to open/close a complaint 10 seconds apart without my consent is why we are reporting you to CISAS and ofcom. Being told what turns out to be a poor speed is sufficient enough to work from home is false representation

    @EE Just out of curiousty as there been an outage of broadband on your end as there is no Internet coming through our router and it's also effecting the TV.
