  • sandrachataway
Sandra Scott (@sandrachataway) reported from Liverpool, England

@racingspoon @EE It’s so bad though. I can’t believe @EE would conduct themselves in this way. On a personal level it has been quite a challenging time now I feel I’ve been totally ripped off. How can they legally get away with this it’s just shameful

  • Saintbarca

@sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

@EE Was not made aware of a 14% hike within two months of starting a new contract. I’ve dealt with you lot anyway formal complaint put in last contract I’ll take out with EE. Bye

  • ByronAdlam
    byron (@ByronAdlam) reported

@EE I've received an email saying my contract is to increase by 6.49 a month from March 31st. It states, in line with inflation plus 3.9 %. What is the extra 3.9% for? I am very unhappy with this and will consider leaving EE or maybe going to a pay as you go service. #EE
