    @EE Yes, no difference. And my friends on EE are having the same problem so it must be the network. I've been here on a football day where it's much busier and it's been better than this.

    @EE Having a lot trouble lately with my WiFi modem. Having intermittent signal loss very regularly especially with the number of people living in the property relying on it. I have reset it a number of times but it still cuts out.

    @EE Did a self credit check, score of 999. Never used a credit card. Pay as go, if you an't got don;t buy attitude

    @picturepositive @EE Years ago, when I was in a similar situation and struggling, a @BritishGasHelp employee actually laughed at me down the phone. I complained, they traced the recording and gave him an absolute bollocking. But I've never forgiven them to this day. Make sure you follow this up.

    @Marlanmaritime @baltictriangle @EE @TMobile @ajpsinclair I think we might need to lend them some diesel if we want to resume normal service to our phones 😀.I wonder how thier carbon free policy is coming along.that genny's been running that site for years, but this time looks like the fuel delivery never made it in time before it quit

    @EE Turned up at your shop in Aintree at 19:50 and its shut!! Not impressed as im a new customer moving to you from another sevice of 10 + years to collect my new phone!!

    @EE Hi , I have done today and although they admit there is issues with a mast in that area that won’t be resolved until next week they still think they need to do some troubleshooting on my phone which seems pointless to me since nobodies phone is working in that area!

    @EE hi I took out the +10 eith100gb and was not offered a free wireless charger, poor form since am a long term customer

    @EE EE shop by phone. it was delivered last Sat. I then took my sim card out of my existing Nokia 106/5 and got it jammed. I only got it retrieved out of my new H.P30 IN THE ee shop in LISCARD Merseyside. on getting my old sim back i thought end of problem, put it in old nokia

    @elliirosee @EE We're out too in SS4. I think cos Sky internet and maybe other ISP's are down everyone's jumped on mobile network and crashed it.

    @slaw0604 @elliirosee @EE There's a suggestion EE's DNS servers are down. For both to go down suggests they are having infrastructure issues. I won't hold my breath for a quick resolution if that's the case - it'll take them at least 12 hours to read up what DNS stands for.

    @EE it's obvious you're not admitting anything is wrong your end because of the possible media coverage.. but surely playing dumb on twitter is going to look so much worse. Not normally the type to complain but very frustrated both WiFi and phone service is down.
