I only got it retrieved out of my new H.P30 IN THE ee shop in LISCARD Merseyside. on getting my old sim back i thought end of problem, put it in old nokia

I complained, they traced the recording and gave him an absolute bollocking. But I've never forgiven them to this day. Make sure you follow this up.

As this increase is built-in, you don’t have the right to cancel. And RPI is 10%. Did you read the contract? You can often sign up for a new contract, probably on the old price too.
