@EE am I and others entitled to money off our phone bills if use can’t promise us a good service, because why am I and millions of others paying for phones where the entire network is down???

  • leebo86 Lee Mccartney (@leebo86) reported from Seaforth, England

  • sandrachataway Sandra Scott (@sandrachataway) reported from Liverpool, England

Can anyone help please? I had to leave my husband very quickly in awful circumstances & have rented for 3 years as I’m still not divorced. EE have taken money from me for 21 extra months after a contract was paid off for his Ipad. How is this legal? @TheFCA @EE @MartinSLewis

  • Saintbarca Steve Fraser (@Saintbarca) reported from Birkenhead, England

@sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

  • willissweeney97 Willis Sweeney (@willissweeney97) reported from Liverpool, England

It’s amazing how @EE can do them adverts with Kevin Bacon but I’m not allowed to have a decent phone signal for a months straight, even though I live in what’s classed as an ‘urban area’. 😐

  • BryenOHare Bryen O'Hare 🇺🇦 (@BryenOHare) reported from Roby, England

@EE After waiting for a response I tried again the day after. I was able to get through eventually and resolve my issue. Thanks

  • sandrachataway Sandra Scott (@sandrachataway) reported from Liverpool, England

@racingspoon @EE It’s so bad though. I can’t believe @EE would conduct themselves in this way. On a personal level it has been quite a challenging time now I feel I’ve been totally ripped off. How can they legally get away with this it’s just shameful

  • willissweeney97 Willis Sweeney (@willissweeney97) reported from Liverpool, England

@EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I can’t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work 😐

  • pbwake Peter Wakefield (@pbwake) reported from Liverpool, England

@kevinbacon @EE You can’t operate an iPhone 14 in space. Not without a cellular network which would require a satellite two way transponder and a computer server and have a link via Goonhilly Down satellite station to your network.

  • IanLewi61520657 Ian Lewis (@IanLewi61520657) reported from Roby, England

@EE great customer service from Jez and Rudy in your Haverfordwest branch today.

  • Pauldonny1983 Paul (@Pauldonny1983) reported

Raging with @EE Ordered two new phones, specified several times what colour to send, they sent the wrong phones and there’s nothing they can do for 4-7 days until they receive the one they wrongly sent before they can “fix” this!!!!! Contract cancelled and moving to @VodafoneUK

  • lollbarkersmith Lorraine BarkerSmith (@lollbarkersmith) reported

@EE Day 4 of tweeting EE and getting zero reply. Being ignored on the very post they tell you to ask for help on. Exceptional.

  • AdzCrawford2003 Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported

@EE Let’s be honest, you pay RootMetrics to rig the results because when people actually test the network, @VodafoneUK is faster. I can never contact my brother who is in Cardiff because his signal is always dodgy.

  • the_k_bizzle Stevie K (@the_k_bizzle) reported

@EE glad I have the EE network with me because the hotel wifi is pants. Shame you can't give me this 5g goodness in Manchester.

  • SeanMcn99075899 Sean Mcnally (@SeanMcn99075899) reported

Can't get the 4g signal, @EE turning my data temporarily off... My bus journey will be fun thanks @EE

  • hannahcole93 Hannah (@hannahcole93) reported

@EE please are you able to help at all. In the last 24h I’ve had 13 junk phone calls. Most of which from a South Shields number. I’m blocking them every time but then I just get another. Are you able to help at all ?

  • PSmiffy76 Paul (@PSmiffy76) reported

@EE Not necessary. It's iffy and has been for a decade in both my home and work (NP10 and CF3) Obviously I'd advise anyone getting a new network to ask neibours and work mates for advice. It's the same with 3

  • Brian97397878 Brian💙 (@Brian97397878) reported

@EE is your 96% coverage based on population or land. I cannot get a decent 4g signal, I have tried with 5 phones in 3 different areas. Now I can just about get 5mbs on 3g. My signal strength on 3g is around -83dbm so bandwidth is the problem. My phones don't cost £1000s.

  • SeanMcn99075899 Sean Mcnally (@SeanMcn99075899) reported

@EE Calls are scattered aswell, I'm using my work WiFi and that's a better signal ATM
