    @EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

    @EE can you explain the point of having a phone that can’t make calls? Every day your service is down in halewood claiming engineers are onsite upgrading the network. This is not good enough

    @EE Hi , I have done today and although they admit there is issues with a mast in that area that won’t be resolved until next week they still think they need to do some troubleshooting on my phone which seems pointless to me since nobodies phone is working in that area!

    I am absolutely fuming waking up an Unsolicited cold call from @EE trying to sell me stuff. I blocked so many numbers and seriously that’s the last straw @EE CANCEL MY CONTRACT!! NOW!! It’s clearly #harassment - @VodafoneUK WOULD NOT TREAT a valued customer this way 😡@ee

    It’s amazing how @EE can do them adverts with Kevin Bacon but I’m not allowed to have a decent phone signal for a months straight, even though I live in what’s classed as an ‘urban area’. 😐

    @EE Hi there, not only have ee decided to close my local shop but also in there wisdom put my monthly bill up by £3.70 on a sim only deal. Having been a loyal customer for over 20 years I will now be going to another supplier, cheers

    @EE Yes, no difference. And my friends on EE are having the same problem so it must be the network. I've been here on a football day where it's much busier and it's been better than this.

    @EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I can’t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work 😐

    @EE 40 minutes isn't just "never ideal", it's not happening. I've tried both the number you just quoted and an 0800 number I found online - both go through to the same endless set of menus to then be told I've to wait 40 mins to speak to someone. I could just air the details of/

    @freddy0047 @EE Their app is AI and is absolutely useless. We've just had full fibre broadband installed from them. The installation is causing our neighbour problems but I can't get to speak to anyone to get them to come out and have a look. BT & EE playing tennis with it.

    @EE As it stands I have a 5th person calling me back on Monday. If this person is as useless as the rest I will open a 4th complaint. I have treated me like trash. Something so simple has been messed up to such an extent it has dragged on for MONTHS.

    @EE Hi. Our ee internet and ee phones are rubbish. Service is dropping in and out. Terrible. Our postcode is HD8 9UN. We know you are aware of the problem but you’ve only contacted us today when it’s been going on for quite a few days. How long to fix? It’s impacting our work.

    Hey @EE, what's happening with the constant terrible signal in Burton-upon-Trent? I'm not the only person to mention it. If it carries on I'll be cancelling my contract.

    @EE Leave me alone EE, 2hr calls every month trying to sort your issue out only to be passed to someone else having to explain multiple times. Hopefully with @Ofcom help I will be able to terminate my contract early without charge.

    @EE Your new superhub 7 is a pile of shite, not a single one of my smart devices will connect to the wifi, even though this piece of garbage is only running 2.4ghz. Back to the old BT hub 6 because it works fine. Stop giving people garbage.
