  @picturepositive @EE Years ago, when I was in a similar situation and struggling, a @BritishGasHelp employee actually laughed at me down the phone. I complained, they traced the recording and gave him an absolute bollocking. But I've never forgiven them to this day. Make sure you follow this up.

  @EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

  @EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

  Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

  @EE I'm not gonna give names or details cause i know they have a job to do, however your door to door sales people need in the spiel to say i'm not interested, as someone who doesnt mind a chat to these people, i feel bad for just closing the door on them.
