    @EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

    @EE @bt_uk hi, I renewed my contract and was told I get bt sport tried to sign in on my smart TV but says I need to upgrade? When I look it says watch on small or big screen

    @EE Absolutely **** right off. Approx 9 grand paid to ee,t mobile...over years, dropped me like brick in the Mersey when my contract ended. They had ******* gaul to say I had to go through credit check again ffs. After paying them thousands over last 10 years.

    @EE can you explain the point of having a phone that can’t make calls? Every day your service is down in halewood claiming engineers are onsite upgrading the network. This is not good enough

    @EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

    @EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

    As company ad says ‘it lied to customers’ so why would anyone join @EE who are liars, charge high prices and who’s CEO @MarcAllera not only does not listen to you but he also cuts off your services because you let him know about diabolical customer service given by his staff

    @EE This was my starting point. Comparisons were dismissed based factually incorrect information. Really frustrating. I’ll just get a much cheaper off the shelf deal with another network provider.

    Wowsers @EE , my upgrade offer is not what I’d call an offer. My current deal looks like a bad deal in comparisons, so the upgrade offer is really poor. It’s as if your oven-ready upgrade deals are actually bad deals. It’s all sounding a bit familiar. #loyalcustomer
