@EE I've suffered and am still suffering from little to no phone signal in and around my home, surviving solely on wifi calling (which is unacceptable). Had nothing but trouble with replacement sim cards, even new handsets at own cost thru my insurance. No help from EE whatsoever.

@EE Hello. I had some issues with you last month. In the end the advisor said she would credit my account. This hasn’t happened for the amount that she stated. On top of that my bill is showing you charged me for a SIM card that never arrived.

Karen Vernon (@karenvernon8) reported
@UltraPhoenix00 @WeAreOpenreach @EE Good luck with this, an EE (BT) engineer came out to us last Monday, said that Openreach had 72 hours to fix it, we have heard absolutely nothing and 8 days later we are still having issues. To add insult to injury we are constantly getting overcharged for the broadband.
-
Karen Vernon (@karenvernon8) reported
.@EE can I have an email address that I can right a letter of complaint to, I am constantly being overcharged for a broadband that isn't fit for purpose. If I am not on the phone to you about my internet being down I am on the phone querying why my bill is wrong. Not good enough.
-
Aneu46 (@achildinahouse) reported
@stuartandersonn @EE You should try a wireless charger. it charges quicker, and you don’t have to worry about replacing a broken cable every 6 months. I bought a belkin one from eBay for £25, the same one as Apple charge £50 for (approximately).
-
Miles (@miles527) reported
@EE Why don’t you offer 12 month sim only plans? Looks like my next network is going to be @VodafoneUK 📶 🚀
-
Barry Salkin (@BarrySalkin) reported
@EE Update:no lead time to resolution. I’d explained in DM why I can’t be sure when I’d be able to take a call (and asked for an email or message, which [co-incidentally] would give a written record), it becomes: “Start from scratch by making a complaint” More hoops to jump through.
