    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    @EE Absolutely **** right off. Approx 9 grand paid to ee,t mobile...over years, dropped me like brick in the Mersey when my contract ended. They had ******* gaul to say I had to go through credit check again ffs. After paying them thousands over last 10 years.

    @EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

    @EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

    @EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

    @EE 10 texts and emails in the past week confirming bb install today 1-6. Phone 5 to check. Told its not 6 yet. it’s only a fail if it’s 3 hrs outside the time. Its now 00.23.and no install. Why am I paying for this lack lustre service? No contact, no email, no call, no text

    @EE Got a new phone added to my current phone both contract. And I’m now told I have to pay double for my new phone. Cos I didn’t get it before I paid for my first phones contract. So £36 for my SE and £150 for my new one. When I was never told this? How is this fair ?Please help

    @Tr3vski @EE @EE 4 months later, bit my partners having the exact same issue. Tried it on 3 phones and upgrade button won't work. And if you go to the shop instead and try and click on a phone it says "sorry, can't find the page.."
