@EE Hi , I have done today and although they admit there is issues with a mast in that area that won’t be resolved until next week they still think they need to do some troubleshooting on my phone which seems pointless to me since nobodies phone is working in that area!

@EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.

@EE EE shop by phone. it was delivered last Sat. I then took my sim card out of my existing Nokia 106/5 and got it jammed. I only got it retrieved out of my new H.P30 IN THE ee shop in LISCARD Merseyside. on getting my old sim back i thought end of problem, put it in old nokia

@EE I took out an upgrade contract for an s20 3 or 4 days ago and I was told it would be dekivered today, friday, but nithing. Also 10gb data was agreed on the phone, but when I read the smallprint it says 1gb! That is unusable for me. EE app is down and noone is answering 150

Hi @EE, a problem I’ve previously had is recurring - my free boosts are disappearing from my PAYG pack. I got it fixed before but the boosts that were put back disappeared again when my pack renewed.
