    Can anyone help please? I had to leave my husband very quickly in awful circumstances & have rented for 3 years as I’m still not divorced. EE have taken money from me for 21 extra months after a contract was paid off for his Ipad. How is this legal? @TheFCA @EE @MartinSLewis

    @EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I can’t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work 😐

    @sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

    @kevinbacon @EE You can’t operate an iPhone 14 in space. Not without a cellular network which would require a satellite two way transponder and a computer server and have a link via Goonhilly Down satellite station to your network.

    @racingspoon @EE It’s so bad though. I can’t believe @EE would conduct themselves in this way. On a personal level it has been quite a challenging time now I feel I’ve been totally ripped off. How can they legally get away with this it’s just shameful

    F*ck @EE #EESucks Why can I have internet in the evening when I donot need it for work and during the day you cut me off. No cafe or gym today. People just need to know that I can not get back to them because you are too cheap to fix the allegedly MULTIPLE masts that have issues.

    @EE you possibly missed the greatest advert opportunity for Christmas with Kevin bacon being in the guardians of the Galaxy Christmas special and he even uses his mobile phone to call earth from space in it would have been a good advert for signal reliability

    @EE I set up my new sim card on Sunday, and used a PAC code that day to transfer my old number to my new sim. I have no problems making calls and sending texts, but can't receive any, people are being told the number isn't recognised. Help!

    Dear @EE I’ve just seen the £520 injection given without notice or consent. I can understand call charges whilst abroad but taking over £500 from my account as you please? I dont have time to call so take this as a formal complaint. I expect an explanation & refund within 7 days.

    I am beyond words with how awful @EE are. Literal hours on the phone discussing £80 they incorrectly charged me and three months in a row they’ve promised to credit me £80 on my phone bill and guess what… they still haven’t done it!
