@EE Hi David, I appreciate you reaching out, genuinely I do, but they are the questions your colleague should have asked. I posted on Twitter about customer service (or lack thereof) not the T&Cs of contract between a company and its customer. I’d prefer to DM or call. 1/2

  • DanMiller944 Dan (@DanMiller944) reported from Southport, England

@EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.

  • andrewwhyman Andrew Whyman (@andrewwhyman) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE Yes, no difference. And my friends on EE are having the same problem so it must be the network. I've been here on a football day where it's much busier and it's been better than this.

@EE It took 4 phone calls to eventually get a random employee to listen and over an hour being fobbef off on your online chat. Your fraud team is NOT CONTACTABLE directly, no phone number. You rely on WFH inexperienced staff with poor training. I have a £1000 fraud as a result

  • KevinPurcell65 Kevin Purcell (@KevinPurcell65) reported

@EE great news you can land a plane and shave someone remotely! Any chance you could stop the gimmicks and get my broadband in after 10 weeks and numerous missed appointments and a don’t really care customer service attitude!
