  • antoniominnio Anton Roscoe Minnion (@antoniominnio) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

@EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

  • KiraGreen7 Kira Green (@KiraGreen7) reported from Up Holland, England

@EE How long is the service going to be down for please? Both me and my dad are on EE and both our service is down.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DMGcarter Derek Carter (@DMGcarter) reported from Portadown, Northern Ireland

@EE hi, EE customer here. I've stopped receiving texts from family in USA, and they aren't getting my texts from UK. Is there any possible reason why this would be the case?

  • EliteGarethF Gareth F (@EliteGarethF) reported

Absolutely disgusted with @EE upgrades/customer service! If all advisors are like that wouldn’t be shocked if people leave in droves!!

  • Adimac74 Andy Mac (@Adimac74) reported

@EE I had a very unpleasant phone call with one of the Exec team this morning, is there someone else who might like to help me out?

  • NaomiHu14672108 Naomi Hunter (@NaomiHu14672108) reported

@EE how is it I pay you nearly £100 but you still think it’s acceptable to charge me £120 to fix the screen? Yet I pay over £10 a month for the contract which is due to end in 6 months... no one via the phone can explain quite a few contact breaches we’ve discussed

  • GDH38742095 GDH (@GDH38742095) reported

@EE No, I did an upgrade the other day via EE and also added and extra line on my account. I’ve checked my account and both numbers do have access to the LU WiFi service. Any ideas?

  • njallen82 Natalie Allen (@njallen82) reported

@EE I’ve had previous missed bills - currently £0 balance, I accept this (even though I always pay and have been a customer for about 10 years) but don’t see why I can’t lower my bills to a sim only if I’m not allowed a new phone? £58 a month is high even with a new phone!!

  • AmelSeddaoui Amel (@AmelSeddaoui) reported

@EE explain to me how you’ve managed to cancel our broadband without any contact from us, tell us it will be 2 weeks before you can fix the wifi, charge us for the month and then try to make us pay £127 to leave when it is you that have made the mistake somewhere down the line.
