    @EE I've suffered and am still suffering from little to no phone signal in and around my home, surviving solely on wifi calling (which is unacceptable). Had nothing but trouble with replacement sim cards, even new handsets at own cost thru my insurance. No help from EE whatsoever.

    @EE is there a problem with broadband in this area, mine has dropped out about 4 times today, my sister @jodonks in the same village is having the same problem. All lights green and normal on the router

    and given no definitive time scale. As a customer who has been with @EE for 10 years and someone who also utilises their broadband service, I am utterly disappointed at the customer service and lack resolution that I have just received.

    @EE @EE I take it all back. It’s back to no service underground again today. I assume maybe 5G trials were on Monday and it boosted 4G and maybe things are reverted again today :(

    After hearing how amazing @EE have been with my Thomas cook colleges I’m thinking of changing from @ThreeUK! Awful! Just lost my job and they say if I don’t pay my £70 bill by the end of the month they will send it to a debt collectors disgusting! Like I chose to loose my job 😡

    @EE Hello. I had some issues with you last month. In the end the advisor said she would credit my account. This hasn’t happened for the amount that she stated. On top of that my bill is showing you charged me for a SIM card that never arrived.

    Spoke to @EE regarding not having any signal in and around my home. Saying they cannot offer any assistance. Got myself a new contract, but they're not even willing to release me from contract or let me port my number if I carry on paying contract. #EE #shocking #greedy

    Its official @EE have the worst (so called) customer service ever! They signed for letters in May but because they did not act on them (for reason unknown), the customer is at fault - could not make it up! A complete lack of respect for customer or to try and resolve issues.

    Just had the most ridiculous experience with @EE - called the support line, and after 25 minutes on hold and chatting to some for 5 mins, am told to contact the store, call the store, they tell me they can only help if I go into store. I go into the Great Marlborough street (1/2)

    @EE @aaliboo137 So when I placed my order on the 21st of October, the advisor told me it would be sent out within 7 days… he would have known this was lies and now 11 days later, still no dispatch. Why do @EE lie to get your order?! Send me the 512gb version at no extra cost as a resolution!!!

    @EE I'm on the phone to customer service about to make a change to my plan, and the call is dropped and now I have no confirmation of the change... It took me over 20 minutes to get through to an actual human being 😕
