  • PaulMartinAcc Paul Martin (@PaulMartinAcc) reported from Liverpool, England

Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

  • juloln julie ⭐️⭐️ (@juloln) reported from Up Holland, England

@EE I am getting my place updates every day saying there is an issue with my service near home. What is going on? Are these genuine?

  • KStaff1878 KStaff (@KStaff1878) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE Signal down completely on 2 separate phones. This is really not what I pay my contract for.

  • trevorsonic Trevor Sonic (@trevorsonic) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

  • PaulDC28 PaulDC JFT96 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌏🏆 (@PaulDC28) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE @bt_uk hi, I renewed my contract and was told I get bt sport tried to sign in on my smart TV but says I need to upgrade? When I look it says watch on small or big screen

  • Waynelittlewood Wayne Littlewood (@Waynelittlewood) reported from Southport, England

@sihoughton @EE So it’s got nothing to do with EU phone companies now charging the likes of EE to use their services when before it was part of the service provided? It’s like when you leave a club and still want to go back, you now have to pay for everything you got as part of the membership.

  • redams66 Alridge Prior (@redams66) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE I’m on Vodafone so if you buy the last year of my contract out I’ll join your ‘faster network’ No?

  • detective_truth The Truth Detective (@detective_truth) reported from Chorley, England

@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

  • CallumKerrigan C (@CallumKerrigan) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE Never had a problem with Vodafone which is precisely why I left EE in the first place! Might wanna work on your marketing huns

  • detective_truth The Truth Detective (@detective_truth) reported from Chorley, England

@EE Ok so thats me having to reboot my wifi another 11 times in 3 days! This issue clearly has not been resolved! It’s SO frustrating

  • Waynelittlewood Wayne Littlewood (@Waynelittlewood) reported from Southport, England

@sihoughton @EE It’s got everything to do with it. They are doing it because they no longer have concessions in the EU. Like there’s no EU Medical insurance so if some idiot breaks their leg in Benidorm there’s no insurance and it will cost a fortune.

  • PaulDC28 PaulDC JFT96 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌏🏆 (@PaulDC28) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE @BTCare hi, I renewed my contract and was told I get bt sport tried to sign in on my smart TV but says I need to upgrade? When I look it says watch on small or big screen

  • MawdsPaws Anton (@MawdsPaws) reported from Birkenhead, England

@EE That's OK Ed. Hope you're not working too hard.

  • JamesRoberts330 James Roberts (@JamesRoberts330) reported from Liverpool, England

Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

  • antoniominnio Anton Roscoe Minnion (@antoniominnio) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

  • athole52 warwick monk (@athole52) reported from Southport, England

@EE cant get any coverage and so I'm losing custom as I cant log on to my sum up machine. What's going on. Others having similar problems I see. Took me 10 minutes to load twitter

  • jamiesnelgrove Jamie Snelgrove (@jamiesnelgrove) reported from Wigan, England

So @EE texted me during the budget to increase my monthly bill. Nice timing! Is that called burying bad news 🤔

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DylanJenkins1 Dylan Jenkins (@DylanJenkins1) reported

@EE shocked and dismayed. 25+ years of being a high spending exemplary customer with an above average credit score. Nagged to upgrade and due to faulty i phone agreed contract £48 per month compared to £40 currently. Declined so bye EE 4 mobiles 3 broadband accounts gone. Idiots

  • J4sonlr J4SONLR (@J4sonlr) reported

@EE u managed to prove crap service in less than 3 months, it's deffo worth the £500 early termination fees just to get away from the worst customer service i have ever experienced ever, highly recommend ppl to stay away from EE broadband!

  • KylieHolmes KylieHolmes (@KylieHolmes) reported

@EE your service has been a joke. Told to return equipment in a carrier bag (??), 5 post offices said no. You’ve taken an extra £70 and offered me £30 in return. Misleading info, useless support — do better. #EEfail

  • JacobStockton Jacob Stockton (@JacobStockton) reported

    @EE Yeah it’s not coming that’s the problem 🥲

  • chrissimmonds48 chris simmonds (@chrissimmonds48) reported

@EE Hi I been on the link u sent, and it says it's not working

  • AdamP_1 Adam Proctor 💙 (@AdamP_1) reported

@EE And what option to speak to a human? We’ve been round your system seven times now. A text sent every time but not a chance to speak to someone. It’s an easy fix, but needs a human to sort, it’s dreadful.

  • sophhdw Soph (@sophhdw) reported

I purchased and opened a second phone line with @EE back in December and I have been inundated with spam calls, mostly on a daily basis now, ever since. How is this happening when my number has only been given to a handful of colleagues and has never been inputted elsewhere?

  • CarterViki59560 Viki Carter (@CarterViki59560) reported

@EE Hi, I need to discuss a separate issue. I've been charged twice for two separate final bills (broadband) as well as overcharged for a 5g device that was an order error on your part. I really need this sorted and don't want the faff of ringing 150 and being passed from dep to dep

  • AdamP_1 Adam Proctor 💙 (@AdamP_1) reported

@EE How do I physically speak to a human being to try and resolve an issue? Your call service is dreadful and the only way to solve our issue while abroad is to speak to a person. Are you any help?

  • HornCraig Craig Horn (@HornCraig) reported

@EE I have been trying for 5 weeks, EE does not care, just by the way I am a loyal customer for over 12 years and spend over £220.00 a month on my contracts, you know as well as I do that phoning 150 will take another hour with NO resolution.
