  • JamesRoberts330 James Roberts (@JamesRoberts330) reported from Liverpool, England

Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

  • redams66 Alridge Prior (@redams66) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE I’m on Vodafone so if you buy the last year of my contract out I’ll join your ‘faster network’ No?

  • detective_truth The Truth Detective (@detective_truth) reported from Chorley, England

  • trevorsonic Trevor Sonic (@trevorsonic) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE Guys a recommendation for you; check the #smarty website and their package and especially their vision. And do the same thing. So EE can be usable. Coverage is not the worst thing of EE. The EE app/web which never works well etc. OMG I’ve been on EE for 3 years. Nothing improved

  • CallumKerrigan C (@CallumKerrigan) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE Never had a problem with Vodafone which is precisely why I left EE in the first place! Might wanna work on your marketing huns

  • antoniominnio Anton Roscoe Minnion (@antoniominnio) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

  • illgetmecoat Kevin Henshaw (@illgetmecoat) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE #DontFundGBNews EE As a long standing customer I won't hesitate to change provider if you chose to advertise through this organisation

  • paisleymarley18 KloppLFC (@paisleymarley18) reported from Birkenhead, England

@EE Absolutely **** right off. Approx 9 grand paid to ee,t mobile...over years, dropped me like brick in the Mersey when my contract ended. They had ******* gaul to say I had to go through credit check again ffs. After paying them thousands over last 10 years.

  • jamiesnelgrove Jamie Snelgrove (@jamiesnelgrove) reported from Wigan, England

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AblittCalman Nicola Ablitt (@AblittCalman) reported

No phone signal @EE since Friday night. Surely we should not be charged whilst not receiving service!? WiFi calling doesn’t mitigate the issue!

  • CryptoSafc CryptoSAFC (@CryptoSafc) reported

@EE Hey. Yes they have given 12 midnight as an estimate, on Saturday, then Monday. Still no fix. Had to travel elsewhere to work from home. Dh6 postcode.

  • WardDEC David Ward (@WardDEC) reported

Both Aberchirder & Huntly were without water (electric pumps?) for long periods. Here O2 mobile mast down, but my @EE is OK. Elsewhere other mobile masts down. Many are without broadband. I'm comparatively lucky, although may have to throw out much of the freeze contents.

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will is too honest to ever be an MP 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

@MustardSeedUK @EE How difficult is it to find a reliable mobile network, that doesn't scam you, and has functioning web sites??

  • kier_clements kier clements (@kier_clements) reported

@EE How do I speak to someone about my broadband not working?

  • BruinSteel Aaron | אהרון. 🇺🇸🇬🇧 (@BruinSteel) reported

@EE Are you aware your app is broken right now. Don't know how long but it's been 2 days for me. Android Samsung Galaxy S21

  • MustardSeedUK Brian Johnson (@MustardSeedUK) reported

@WilliamNB @EE Quite. Though @EE is by far the worst in terms of website UX and UI. Of course in rural areas you haven’t got much choice due to coverage. Vodafone or EE here, or their virtual networks like Lebara.

  • HelenD1990 Helen Davis (@HelenD1990) reported

@EE It’s great you appear to want to help however In order to do that you actually have to respond.

  • McRachy01 Rachel McCulloch (@McRachy01) reported

@MarkEngland_ @EE I have to say I’m definitely thinking of looking for another provider…after all the service they’re providing is mobile phone…and that’s not worked for 3 days now….

  • Chris_De_Burger Chris De Burger (@Chris_De_Burger) reported

@EE Its ok its been sorted now. There is still a problem with the myee app though which is known about.
