You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

@EE seriously ee,you definitely are doing your utmost to lose customers in my area l33 every few days a service mess problems in Area poss 15 hrs to fix,this is so often its getting crazy .crazy enough to swap networks, over 15yrs been with ee never been so bad..decisions.

Thanks @ee! Not only has your technical advice wiped my phone. Following my complaint the upgrade deal offered me a week ago has been retracted when you decided not to rearrange the delivery of our phones Now you won’t even give an upgrade offer at all! #customerservice #shocking

@EE Just spent another hour on the phone asking for a number back which has been shut down due to lack of use. The same no, belonging to my husband, that we had to fight for following his passing last year. Your bereavement policies and empathy are non existent.
