Why is my @EE broadband so so poor everytime the football is streamed it dies. This time ethernet cable direct and still glitches. I hate this service. So unreliable.

@EE Thanks for getting back. It’s for my 85 yr old grandad so the data and texts are not needed. He’s with 02 at the moment I think it’s £8-£10 a month for just calls but there customer service is atrocious so wanted to move him. Thanks anyway

@downing2 @EE I was with them for 10 years got the iPhone 7 and lost it 2 days later in a taxi, they would do **** all for me, not even a better rate on another phone so ended up having 2 contracts. Now with Vodafone.

@EE Hi I'm having some issues with the EE app and for some reason I try to buy data or top up it keeps coming up with error purchase. And it won't let me check my usage it constantly says error and I have updated the app uninstalled & reinstalled it still hasn't been solved.
