@EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

@EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.

@EE Did all that last time - spent ages going through things to be told eventually it was a problem your end and should be resolved 'soon'. Had to do a data transfer to my daughter through a call to customer service. This isn't what I signed up for.

@EE t amazes me on how you treat a long serving customer who has never missed a payment for 11 years of multiple contracts and different upgrades in my time with EE !!! . I have never questioned an upgrade until now ! I have said multiple times I don’t recall any mention of extra
