    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

    @EE someone contact me regarding my issue from yesterday! This is still unresolved and Peter from customer service says he has ‘no availability’ to call us today and claims to have already rang and left a voicemail which neither have been received! This service is not good enough

    @EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

    @EE after my complaint last week about receiving debt collecting letters to my address from the previous occupant. I was promised this was resolved! Another letter has arrived today!!! SORT THIS OUT. I have complained on a number of occasions 😡

    and given no definitive time scale. As a customer who has been with @EE for 10 years and someone who also utilises their broadband service, I am utterly disappointed at the customer service and lack resolution that I have just received.

    @EE Hi David, I appreciate you reaching out, genuinely I do, but they are the questions your colleague should have asked. I posted on Twitter about customer service (or lack thereof) not the T&Cs of contract between a company and its customer. I’d prefer to DM or call. 1/2

    In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

    @EE Cancle my contract as they didn't want to help me but pay £400,im an excellent customer never missed a bill over 5yrs and im getting treated like this

    Hi @EE, after having an @OpenreachHelp engineer trying to fix our internet for 6 hours today and finding the fault is on your end, we’re now being told the only thing you can do is send another OR engineer tomorrow to do the same tests again. Can you look into this please?

    Not even that but I can’t even create a new account in my name for the mobile and migrate over without losing my numbers. It will actually be easier for me to just cancel my contract early and migrate both numbers to a new network. Guess I’ll move to @EE then and get on 5G!

    @EE this service is terrible! Another day of not being able to use my phone when outside of the house. I’m assuming there will be some form of compensation or a claim form that can be filled in? I am essentially carrying around an iPod at this stage.

    AVOID @hometelecomcare like the plague. We moved out of our previous house in December. I left @EE when we moved out - not a problem. Account closed. We moved into rented accommodation on 18th December and signed 6 month contract with Home Telecom UK #hometelecomuk 1/9

    @EE Thing is Matty, I don't want to chat with you privately. My purpose in posting about this is simply to provide some warning about how bad your service is. This is allegedly already being dealt with - and has been for the few months. Nothings changed.

    @EE for the 2nd time in just over 2weeks your broadband is down! I gave you the benefit of the doubt & renewed my package during this period, although starting to regret this now. Children's home not possible again! (Clutton BS39 area) - ps I've done all the poss restarts etc
