@EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days. However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

  • dave6018 David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

  • gwebo79 gemma hammond (@gwebo79) reported from Aspull, England

@ThreeUK I need you to confirm you’ve sent the STAC code over to my old provider @EE so they can cancel my contract. I did this on Tuesday. Please advise!

  • LynchAAL Adam 🌮🌮 Lynch (@LynchAAL) reported from Formby, England

@EE Hi Georgia, thanks for getting back to me. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

  • davejthorp The Strictly Spoiler (@davejthorp) reported from Preston, England

@EE I’d have loved you to just give me a date when things changed because they clearly have and I suspect it’s a change to my material detriment It’s a simple question and one you should have been able to simply answer The fact you can’t/won’t suggests that my complaint has merit

  • KarenLouiseMoor Karen Louise Moore (@KarenLouiseMoor) reported from Blackpool, England

Thank you to Alan from @EE for sorting out my problem and crediting £30 off my next bill #shabba 😊

  • AdamPlatt95 Adam Platt (@AdamPlatt95) reported from Chorley, England

  • dave6018 David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

@VodafoneUK please tell how you have the cheek to advertise Unlimited data and yet have a 25gb fair usage limit yet a real network like @EE has a fair usage of 1000 GB ,

  • nicfabes F-W Thatter🤪🤪🤪 (@nicfabes) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

@EE ee is down in my mum's every page comes up with security issue and someone could be trying to get your details

  • LynchAAL Adam 🌮🌮 Lynch (@LynchAAL) reported from Formby, England

@EE Erm.....manage your supplier open reach better so that the quality of my service doesn’t continue to deteriorate.

  • dave6018 David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

  • dave6018 David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

@EE been trying to upgrade for 2 weeks. Have to do online as I have a perks code, constant message to say I need to call, I call to be told you can’t do over the phone due to code. Over 3 hours on phone, no one can help in store, who can actually help or do I need to cancel?

  • tomtolkien Tom Tolkien (@tomtolkien) reported

@phil10683198779 @EE This the emergency phone alert. It was supposed to be sent at 5pm. According to local Facebook groups it went out to all phones in Newquay at 5pm, except EE users who didn’t receive the alert. The alert eventually reached EE phones at 8:57pm, nearly 4 hours late.

  • Dawen2501 Dawen (@Dawen2501) reported

Oh, how strange. All your lines for leaving are closed, but I call up to “join” and the call is answered immediately. This just took away any doubt I have about leaving. I’m moving to @EE. Their speeds are slower, but at least their customer service is top tier.
