-
Dan (@DanMiller944) reported from Southport, England@EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.
-

Melanie Lewis (@melbluenose) reported from Parbold, England@EE Hi David, I appreciate you reaching out, genuinely I do, but they are the questions your colleague should have asked. Liam (@kestrel89B) reportedHi. Been waiting +2 weeks for #EE to sort out a major issue. 2 handsets but set up incorrectly with data allowance. Called my #business account person. Not interested. Not his problem. Went in store. Not their #problem . Thing is, I will take this all the way! @EE
-
Damon Cochrane (@DamonCochrane1) reported@bt_uk @ee Both My BT or the ee app won't let me track my order. Both apps are crap.

Tim Clay (@TimClay20) reported@EE Loyal customer for years. Invited to upgrade last month so did. Was assured I did not need to do anything to keep my business as it was. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.
-
Omegamanuk (@Omegaman_uk) reported@EE Thanks but that is just routing me as per 2 calls I’ve already made this evening, so I don’t expect a different outcome really. A dedicated route for raising a complaint would be preferred,
-
Mag (@MiVidaBonita) reported@ee I have sent you a DM regarding a customer service experience this morning, please can someone get back to me, thanks.
-
Karen Dixonova (@mezzymeddles) reported@EE Upgraded my phone online last night as a treat to myself and received my confirmation email. Today you send me a text message to say there was an issue and ask me to contact a representative on the live chat. There was no issue. You have kept me online for 1h45m for the sole purpose of first trying to also sell me an additional tablet, then broadband and when that didn't work either, a watch. After refusing all of the above and finally being allowed to leave the chat, I find you have charged me an additional £7 for a phone/screen cleaner I did not ask for and do not require. Your website is also terrible and impossible to navigate efficiently. This is not good customer service at all :(
-
Chrisy (@Chrisy247) reported@EE @MarkyTalk The UK’s biggest buffering network , balaclava on every April , had 3 contracts / devices at one point , IPhone / iPad / Apple Watch , wouldn’t even get a tenner off a new iPhone contract ! Absolute robbing ***** no loyalty reward . On a sim only now grudge paying the ***** 🖕🏼
-
Peter Hunter (@peterhunter1233) reported@MarkyTalk @EE I had the exact same issue. Kept getting sent to a call centre pushing broadband (clearly on commission) – they wouldn’t listen and were rude. Requested my PAC code via text, then EE retentions rang with a better deal than anything else on the market. Was so close to leaving.
-
Craig Cassells🏴🇬🇧 (@MitzisLapdog) reported@DerekAllan61 @EE My wife and I buy brand new mobiles every 3 years (usually Xiaomi previous years model at knocked down price) and have our sim with Talkmobile. Has been £5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.
