It’s like when you leave a club and still want to go back, you now have to pay for everything you got as part of the membership.

-
Anthony Savage BSc (@TS77UK) reported@EE They said they can't help as it's from Flow but if I wait 48 hours then it MIGHT fix itself and allow me to order. You missed the main point about cancelling without asking me if a different colour would suffice. But thank you for replying. Colby from Ireland was amazing though
-
Naomi Langford-Wood (@NaomiLWood) reported@EE @Starlink It’s dreadful and the amount of my time it’s wasted is appalling. The cavalier attitude of your customer disservice people is cringe-worthy and nothing like the ‘best customer service for 30 years’ your pantomime voice answering system claims. You need to put it right as they’re your boxes (2 nd set as the others were recycled on EE instructions in July.
-
Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported@EE now my broadband is finally working again properly after 4 months, when are you going to let me know the compensation? -
London Roof & Guttering (@gutterdons) reported@EE again absolute shocking service from EE ordered additional handset for my bussiness over 4 days ago, no order confirmation, when I ring CS passed through multiple departments which results in automated message saying that are too busy to speak to anyone. EE are a joke really
