@EE Hi Georgia, thanks for getting back to me. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

@EE Hi, are you aware of any issue's with wifi calling? Worked fine for me until yesterday. Now as soon as i dial a any number the call just terminates. Calls work fine on 4g.

@EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

@EE so it turns out that your fibre plus deal is 10% cheaper for an unknown customer at my address than to an existing customer - over 2yrs an £84 uplift. Who'd have thought it eh? £33 instead of £30. Shall be looking to repay your treating us like mugs with a move elsewhere.

@EE So you have a link on your account page to upgrade broadband. Link followed (from logged in page) no acknowledgement that this upgrade is for an existing account. Unbelievably poor and no i am not going to sit for 30 mins on a phone for "help" on how to upgrade. #Useless
