  • marykate100 Kate Taylor (@marykate100) reported from Appley Bridge, England

    and given no definitive time scale. As a customer who has been with @EE for 10 years and someone who also utilises their broadband service, I am utterly disappointed at the customer service and lack resolution that I have just received.

    In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

  • davejthorp The Strictly Spoiler (@davejthorp) reported from Preston, England

    @EE I’d have loved you to just give me a date when things changed because they clearly have and I suspect it’s a change to my material detriment It’s a simple question and one you should have been able to simply answer The fact you can’t/won’t suggests that my complaint has merit

  • Mortinio Chris Morton (@Mortinio) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

    @EE hello, trying to purchase a new phone online via the website and the website seems to be stuck in a loop after you put delivery details in. The page reloads asking for address and postcode again, re-input, and the same happens again. Please help!

  • dave6018 David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

  • ConciergeNinja Concierge Ninja 🛎 (@ConciergeNinja) reported from Blackpool, England

    @EE Hi not a problem 😊

  • dave6018 David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

  • dave6018 David (@dave6018) reported from Penwortham, England

    @VodafoneUK please tell how you have the cheek to advertise Unlimited data and yet have a 25gb fair usage limit yet a real network like @EE has a fair usage of 1000 GB ,

  • KiraGreen7 Kira Green (@KiraGreen7) reported from Up Holland, England

    @EE How long is the service going to be down for please? Both me and my dad are on EE and both our service is down.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • lywyn dARREN (@lywyn) reported

    @EE I have spoken to your network engineers who have stated the issue is the new distribution warehouse has increased the number of phones connecting to the nearby cell tower. Great signal elsewhere but the coverage map is wrong about our area.

  • Rhuari1 Rhuari Mcgowan (@Rhuari1) reported

    Terrible customer service from @ee yet again. Service is awful

  • KellieTurtle kellie turtle (@KellieTurtle) reported

    So if this is a genuine call from @EE it is terrible practice in terms of promoting good data security behaviour from customers. But I really am convinced it was a scam, though now I see how hard it can be to tell the difference sometimes. It's only in hindsight...7/

  • elab49 ELab (@elab49) reported

    @EE why are there ways to check network status for mobile but the entire page for home broadband presumes the issue is never your network and just asks about router/phone line. First thing I want to know, as with mobile, is if the problem is the network

  • lywyn dARREN (@lywyn) reported

    @EE I understand you want to help but after spending hours talking to EE and reaching a network engineer level (which is pretty much the top) and being told it is what it is, I'm not doing it all again. The coverage map is a waste of time as it is a computer model and not real data.

  • Eb_Benny217 Benny The Southern Red... (@Eb_Benny217) reported

    @seafordroly @EE Can't you cancel mush .?

  • StephenPreedy Stephen Preedy (@StephenPreedy) reported

    @EE hi I have an iPhone 13 pro and I can’t activate my Apple Music smart Benefit when I click the link sent it goes in to the Apple Music app and tells me they is no subscription through network provider

  • amyjadesmusic A M Y J A D E (@amyjadesmusic) reported

    @EE I have no signal at all on Hayling Island, the signal has been really bad for a few days, but today I have no service at all.. I can see there is an outage, so you know when this issue will be resolved please?

  • fingers_pies_in Daler Singh (@fingers_pies_in) reported

    @EE Stay well away from EE OVERPRICED POOR SIGNAL TOTAL SHITE CUSTOMER SERVICE EE will fob u off saying ur device is faulty, they'll try to upgrade ur phone for extortionate fees, in total once you're in a contract with them they know ur locked & will screw u #ads #EE #scammers

  • Jessica02143840 Jessica (@Jessica02143840) reported
