  In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

  @EE after my complaint last week about receiving debt collecting letters to my address from the previous occupant. I was promised this was resolved! Another letter has arrived today!!! SORT THIS OUT. I have complained on a number of occasions 😡

  @EE with just awful customer service. "Sold" broadband to wfh and stream and we get 6 mps (six) to 10 (ten) down from 250 with old provider. Agent closed complaint within 5 seconds of setting it up (without consent). When the mobiles come for renewal they are all gone.

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌
