    @sihoughton @EE It’s got everything to do with it. They are doing it because they no longer have concessions in the EU. Like there’s no EU Medical insurance so if some idiot breaks their leg in Benidorm there’s no insurance and it will cost a fortune.

    @EE Hi, services are really bad in PR4 post code area. I have both home data sim and mobile and both very poor. Having to use a three sim to work.

    @sihoughton @EE So it’s got nothing to do with EU phone companies now charging the likes of EE to use their services when before it was part of the service provided? It’s like when you leave a club and still want to go back, you now have to pay for everything you got as part of the membership.

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

    @TomWHLSE @TalkTalk @EE This to us is a complete ****-up due to multi-department, pass overs and lake of communication of a company, they say they'll help but back to square one due to pass over the centre so signal goes weaker the more tyou get passed on. So it's just go for a another company!

    Very poor service from @EE Covent Garden Store, staff wholly unhelpful. Phone lines cuts out after an hour and I am told to then call them back and start process again.

    @AaronJamesFolan @EE @EE we've only had our BT Homehub WiFi box for 3 days but the WiFi keeps dropping off every 10 minutes since last night. We're in the London SE26 area and our mobile signal is great. If this keeps happening we'll cancel and return it. Please advise on how to fix this.
