Dan (@DanMiller944) reported from Southport, England@EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Handsome Nick (@Nicklo2k) reported@EE your customer service is an absolute joke. Spoke with someone, put on hold whilst they looked into the mistake made by someone 5 days ago, left me on hold for 40 minutes, then transferred me to a different call centre who were very confused. Now told you are closing.
-
Handsome Nick (@Nicklo2k) reported@EE It's been 10 days. Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving @EE
-
Joe Gill (@Joesgill) reported@EE can you update me if your network is down. My phone signal, WiFi & your website is down
-
Maxine Sweetman-Ive (@sweetmax22) reported@EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying £48.11 per month. Not an additional £24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed
-
Mared Williams (@mared_williams5) reported@EE just had someone at our door from EE talking about cables being replaced, slow internet speeds, who we’re with. He had ID. said no when asked if he was trying to sell smth. he clearly was. In LL65 postcode and he asked for phone no. Can you shed some light on what this was?
-
Ade-Olusegun (@OlusegunAdekun4) reported@EE Has anyone else had @EE send contract terms after sign‑up, ignore service issues, and then hit your credit file? Because this whole experience feels like a masterclass in how not to treat customers.
-
Micky Jones (@MickyJones_) reported@EE I got it done on the website eventually. The app is still down
-
Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@EE_queries Why would a fake account be dealing with a complaint pmsl @EE this is scammer isn't it?
-
Andy Brodie (@andy_brodie) reportedIf that was really you calling me @EE, then you need to stop promoting terrible security practices. If you call someone up unsolicited and then trigger a PIN on a text to the same mobile THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR, then that just looks like a fraud. Was it you, or not?
-
Jenny (@JennyB311) reportedMy 96 year old gran who is more or less deaf and never wears her hearing aids has somehow got a voicemail service added to her phone by @BT @EE and now can’t get to it fast enough to answer it. My father phoned to cancel it and was told it’s cancelled but it’ll stay on her phone for a month. This is a very vulnerable elderly woman that has no requirement for voicemail. This should never have been added in the first place and it needs to be removed immediately! I wonder if someone got commission for setting this up?
