@EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

@EE is there a problem with broadband in this area, mine has dropped out about 4 times today, my sister @jodonks in the same village is having the same problem. All lights green and normal on the router

@EE not being funny but not ideal my service dropping whilst on call for the ambulance service! No matter how many times I turned it off and on again still nout!

In the 10 days I have experienced both extremes of customer service, first one was excellent customer service from @EE (best uk network bar none)and then the exact opposite from @SamsungUK who only care about taking your money and nothing else

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

@EE hello, trying to purchase a new phone online via the website and the website seems to be stuck in a loop after you put delivery details in. The page reloads asking for address and postcode again, re-input, and the same happens again. Please help!

@SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

@VodafoneUK please tell how you have the cheek to advertise Unlimited data and yet have a 25gb fair usage limit yet a real network like @EE has a fair usage of 1000 GB ,

@EE Hi Georgia, thanks for getting back to me. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

@EE Is it possible to get hold of a SIM without buying a plan so that I can check coverage at my location? Despite being in a built-up area on the outskirts of a large town (Aylesbury) coverage on most networks is poor or non-existent regardless of what the coverage maps may say.

I'm becoming increasingly annoyed with my signal on @O2 My wife and I have perfect signal but she's on @EE My internet is lagging/buffering like you wouldn't believe but my wife's is perfectly fine - she's even streaming Disney with no issue but I can't even load a webpage.

@JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can
