    @EE Hi, services are really bad in PR4 post code area. I have both home data sim and mobile and both very poor. Having to use a three sim to work.

    @EE sent a text to say the outage in Chorley had been fixed, so far today I’ve had to reboot the WiFi network 6 times! Off the back of a long phone call to find a resolution on Friday! Paying £40 for at best intermittent service! Not acceptable

    @sihoughton @EE So it’s got nothing to do with EU phone companies now charging the likes of EE to use their services when before it was part of the service provided? It’s like when you leave a club and still want to go back, you now have to pay for everything you got as part of the membership.

    @sihoughton @EE It’s got everything to do with it. They are doing it because they no longer have concessions in the EU. Like there’s no EU Medical insurance so if some idiot breaks their leg in Benidorm there’s no insurance and it will cost a fortune.

    You know what’s insane? The fact that my Pixel 5, that has been on contract for a year and a half with @EE, would still cost me over £500 to cancel early - I’ve got 7 months left. Pixel 5 cost £500 brand new even back then! That’s like a £2k contract for a £500 phone!!

    @EE it’s been more than a month and you still haven’t fixed the issues we’re having in BS15!! Unreal!! If you go outside you can’t use any data or make any calls as the networks is unusable !

    @EE Phil, I did get through to you but was advised EU data was a no go. That being said, the service was good as usual from EE. Afraid I’ll have to take my chances elsewhere now.
