    @EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

    @EE Hi, services are really bad in PR4 post code area. I have both home data sim and mobile and both very poor. Having to use a three sim to work.

    @sihoughton @EE So it’s got nothing to do with EU phone companies now charging the likes of EE to use their services when before it was part of the service provided? It’s like when you leave a club and still want to go back, you now have to pay for everything you got as part of the membership.

    @EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

    @sihoughton @EE It’s got everything to do with it. They are doing it because they no longer have concessions in the EU. Like there’s no EU Medical insurance so if some idiot breaks their leg in Benidorm there’s no insurance and it will cost a fortune.

    @EE really, really poor service. Ordered a phone on 18 Aug + sim card. SIM card arrived in 24 hours. Phone has disappeared in the system. Order tracker doesn't work. Over an hour on the phone repeating details last week & I was told it'd been shipped with @DPD_UK. Still no phone.

    @EE Hi Holly, I only had an E-Sim unfortunately. I did manage to borrow someone’s phone to call your technical help that said they would activate the sim. I waited 24 hours for it to activate but still no luck. I have ordered an American SIM card so I can get in touch on Friday!

    @EE I am ok for now, I'm actually quite impressed with this small tablet, when I first got it I wasn't expecting much, especially when my last tablet was so slow android just couldn't run properly because the specs were well below the minimum requirements for android 9

    @EE Hi Andy, is there a workaround for this? I’m not due to be in the UK for a couple of months and without my number I can not access my banking or emails because I have codes sent to my number before I can sign in

    "We're experiencing a high level of calls at the moment, so you may experience a delay" If this happens EVERY time I call you, @ee, it is not unusual, it is usual and you are therefore understaffed and under-resourced because you have not invested enough in customer service.

    @EE Customer service @Meadowhall Sheffield branch is very disappointing. 5 staff in the back - even after waiting 15 mins they’re taking their breaks when they come out .manager was very rude. At time when shops r struggling for foot fall Iam shocked that EE think this is acceptable
