@EE have suspended my account following a £208 charge for not trading my phone back within 14 days.However I have proof of postage from post office.Their solution is for ME to ring the company who delivered my phone directly even tho I can’t use my phone! I’m stuck in contract 😡

@EE Upgraded my contract DPD decided to pocket the phone rather than deliver it to me. EE trying to set up a new contract but there is a hold on the account has been for 9 days despite me not having the phone. Escalations tried to set up a new account but systems gone down no idea

@EE Yes! To website login page. I put in my user name, fine. Press Next to enter p/w but it says it's incorrect. I know that's my p/w and also to be double sure I tried signing on browser on Mac which has Auto-fill and still never worked.

@EE Did you actually read my message? I pay for a phone contract not one that only works off a Wi-Fi signal ! We had no power a few months ago and struggled with signal and I now realise that I should’ve changed supplier then
