@EE Not had any 4g data signal on my phone since Saturday, was originally told 16hrs via the EE checker now just reporting 'ongoing problem' Any idea how long the problem will last PA27 area

@EE I sent a dm yesterday regarding the app. Since I've updated my phone, the app will allow me to sign in but then shuts down. I've tried reinstalling, forcing close, restarting my phone but nothings working

@WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp why are you useless at connecting broadband? @EE have been trying to get you to sort an issue for a week now. My homemove order stuck in your system but it appears you are too incompetent to resolve the issue. My children need wifi for school work!

@EE hi, I’m a teacher and I am having major issues with my signal and 4G. In spaces where I normally have no issues I am loosing signal and internet, which isn’t practical when trying to do remote learning and contact staff who are in school. Can you help me at all?

Cancelled my mobile WiFi with @EE after 7 years, they still want 30 days notice on a minimum term contract. Which means a £20 payment for **** all service. Thanks, bastards.

@EE The phones ok now I’ve gone out and purchased a plug.. also I was supposed to recieve the new Samsung headphones and a charge pad with the deal.. had neither of these? The phone doesn’t have a headphone port so that’s another issue.. So far, not so good tbh mate
