Desperately lonely when WFH and in need of a new iPhone pro max 12 so why when @EE phone me twice day do they always hang up when I start asking about their wonderful range of call packages and how the weather is in Kolkata? Poor service if you ask me.

@EE My bill is wrong I spoke to your customer care team they said someone would give me a call between 3:30-4:45pm to sort it nothing any help please! You’ve overcharged me massively for calls I didn’t make and texting from countries I haven’t been too.

@EE So I can't close, or upgrade my account online as "our system is not allowing to upgrade 3G plan", phone support is totally congested, and if I don't contact them they'll shove me onto a totally unnecessary bigger, more expensive plan than I need. @EE
