Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@EE You can’t help, as per original message it Has to be done over the phone and no matter when I call you’re always too busy to answer. Customer service basics is hire enough staff to answer the phones
