    Replacement sim delivered, over 48hrs still no signal and sim invalid.. tried restarting and airplane mode.. help! @EE

    @EE got hard sold a wireless charger when upgrading my phone and it’s the worst thing ever. It doesn’t work and it’s absolutely disgraceful

    @EE sort your app out its awful, keeps chucking us off as soon as pin is entered! Have cleared cache, force stopped the app & also un-installed & re-installed! Working fine up until we upgraded to a new package now pants & judging by Google app reviews we're not alone!

    @EE The replay function (going back 24 hours) and app when it worked. Not on Apple and never will be.

    @julesg73 @SamsungUK @EE Same issue on the S21. Looks like it might be a time related issue? As in, eventually it'll kick in with a carrier update
