@EE your complaint system is a joke! I was told 24hrs to resolve then call back to be told it's 8 weeks! When we are trying to send back an new faulty phone you have sent us, which won't be new in 8 weeks! Been with you since it's was orange network and no loyalty back from you!

@EE The customer service within your shops is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! White City branch, 2nd biggest in the country and Iv never seen such incompetence or lack of customer service! Especially against Neurodivergent Customers!!!

Then cost living gas went down fast, now got into debt @EE had to come out after having no more money to much then had to go to the vet now in debt with.. recently the stress has been making my body pass out, faint, getting really upset, angry especially not eating/sleeping
