Well very disappointed in @EE . After spending hours on the phone sorting repeated Broadband orders as they were cancelled by them & had issues was promised a call back from a manager at 6:30 this evening for an update …. Still waiting! Very poor guys, very poor!

@EE HI the signal in my area has been terrible For around 6/7 months I went into the shop Ad I thought it was my phone to find out there is a fault in the area when will this be fixed? Liverpool 6 area? Thanks

@EE Hi #EE, spoke to your customer service team yesterday regarding a drop in mobile service and compensation which had been offered. They told me to contact your tech team but that just sends me to request a callback to report network issues. How do I resolve this?

@EE Already on the phone to you yet again, and being told they will get someone out next week. So a week without WiFi (that I’ll still get billed for). Single worst company I have ever dealt with, and I didn’t even sign up with you in the first place. Absolute disgrace.
