  @AilinKee @EE You are not supposed to turn the router off, it’s supposed to stay on 24/7 otherwise the systems that supply the BB signal think there’s a fault and can cap your speed.

  @EE Morning. Switched on my router this morning and there is no broadband and wi fi connection. My broadband line is working. All was working last night as well. Is there a problem with Openreach network?
