Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@EE absolutely disgusted with the service received from EE after having my phone hacked for the 2nd time. Phone number deleted and still told to pay £500 to cancel the contract even though my hacker cancelled my contract for me. I want out so please sort

@EE your 150 number isn’t letting me speak to an actual human. I put in my new SIM card topped it up and made a call as I was told to activate the pack, however this hasn’t activated the pack and just taken credit from me so now the pack won’t activate. Can you help please?

You can send men to the moon but you can't get a ******* phone signal from @EE ... Talk about 5g I don't even get 3g its about time you stepped up. Even your wee map says I'm in a black spot so why sell us a product we can't use 😑

@EE My signal goes in & out constantly at work & 4G doesn't work very well in different areas of the building. I'm guessing our work place has thick walls as nothing is wrong with my phone or the network.

@EE Yes I have WiFi. But my WiFi is as bad as my phone signal. This is Scotland mate, we have a hamster on a wheel that runs all day so I can charge ma phone!

@EE what **** customer service with store and on the phone, I was told months back to pop into a store in order to swap the faulty phone I was sold on contract. Now I’m in store I’m told the phone has to be sent off. Wast of my tym
