    Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @mouthwaite @EE Never would I use EE again, they are the worse network I have ever been with. Go all the way with this, I think it’s worth it

    @EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

    Hey @ee still suffering rubbish data and voice service here. I’ve now been getting updates via text since August saying EE can’t access their own equipment to fix the issue. Can I get some compensation for five months of rubbish service?

    @EE The data top up was for a meeting nearly 3 weeks ago? IF, big IF, the data did update then its due to expire in a week anyway so pretty pointless? No worries, I learned my lesson, don't trust #EE I'll get a data SIM from my mobile provider @02, they give better service

    @EE Android but it is working once reinstalled. Was just pointing out its a ridiculous issue that is common to a lot of users and your fix is to keep reinstalling!

    @ryan54752513 @EE @GooglePlay I had the exact same issue and managed to get on a live chat with a Google rep. After some disagreeing he forwarding all my fraudulent purchases to his hierarchy and it was sorted in 3 days. Yet to receive a physical refund but all the purchases says refunded.

    @EE and OH - the hotline agent that processed my UPGRADE on Saturday was KIND and nice.. but I emailed him MOnday about this problem AND ZERO REPLY ANYMORE - WELL SALE was done -- BUT let us see by 6 pm IF I GET AN EMAIL AND A CALL FROM EE that is 48 hours
