Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@EE the worst customer service to date! Been trying to get a repair since December. Told it was in warranty and after giving it in at 11am this morning got a call back at 5.30pm saying it’s not in warranty and we need to pay £400! What a joke! Not renewing our contracts!

@EE Okay, you’re right. Everything relies on the internet. So your reply would be comforting if I had any service, but I was mis-sold my broadband, which got 0.8mbs, was told to move to a 4G Home Hub, only to discover there’s not even 3G here. But okay, ***.

Today hasn't gone to plan at all. This afternoon I was unable to 999 until I reset my bloody phone again. I have a #PACCODE From @EE but am currently unable to use it as I require pack codes for my other devices. When they treat long term customers this badly it says a lot.
