Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

Dreadful service from @EE and @bt_uk I guess this is the drawback to having many contracts with one provider - when they ***** it up, the whole thing gets ballsed up.

@EE Got an iPhone 12 Pro with insurance. It has no physical damage but has stopped working. I’ve been offered a replacement through insurance but can’t accept this offer as I need to retrieve very important information from the phone.

@bt_uk & @EE are same company. Move SIM from BT to EE and get a 10% discount; renew EE contract & pay full whack. So I am paying the same per month staying on EE for 6GB as someone who transfers from BT for 10GB. I now need to transfer from EE to BT and then back again. #stupid

@EE Wifi down at home for 3 days now. Have reset the fibre hub several times, still no internet. We’re on fibre 100. Ay ideas? Having to use our mobile data instead. Family nagging me now.
