Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

Such a shame that @EE retention offers are so breathtakingly poor. Looks like after 20+ years i'll be moving to @O2 as their offers are pretty good (£15 per month less than ee on a like for like basis) plus O2 alow roaming in EU without ripping off the customer.

@EE You've just doubled my ee bill for my families phone, with no alternative, been with you since orange days. Signal is very poor. For my own phone I have gone to tesco with a great signal and far cheaper.

Superb customer service from @EE Called up to say Grandsons tablet received random phone calls and within seconds, the number was changed

@EE Why is your service still shite and why have I been ignored? I’ve cancelled my direct debit on advice from citizens advice and the telecommunications ombudsman until someone works out why on 4g and full bars I can’t hold a phone call for longer than 4 seconds.

@brooksy7955 @EE I was frustrated contacting support for all the time till I was referred by a friend to Multitask_support on Instagram they did an excellent job retrieve my stranded account.
