    Such a shame @EE are not being true to their word and are to re introduce roaming charges in the EU. As a loyal customer of almost 20 years (joined when Orange) I will be leaving at next upgrade if roaming charges materialise.

  • awkward_ms_n Ms N (@awkward_ms_n) reported

    Why have I got a gone away marker on my account when I haven’t changed address in 4 years? Why do I have to go to the store to fix your error! @EE

  • DamienHellewell Damien, The IndyCar Brit 🏁🍊 (@DamienHellewell) reported

    @MartinSLewis This is nothing short of shameful. @EE I've been a customer of yours T-Mobile for TWENTY years. If you tell me I'm going to have to pay to use my phone in the EU - somewhere I usually go to 30-40 days per year - I will not be renewing my contract.

  • Stevemyers393 Steve (@Stevemyers393) reported

    @EE At £2 per day the money you’ll make won’t cover the amount of bad feeling and the defections to other networks this will cause,poor business planning.

  • andrewhepburn Andrew Hepburn (@andrewhepburn) reported

    @MartinSLewis I’ve been an @ee customer for years but this is exploitative. We need to vote with our feet before other providers follow suit. Goodbye @ee.

  • DomHeadley Dominic Headley FRSA (@DomHeadley) reported

    @BBCNews @ee I will definitely be leaving as a customer after sticking with @ee since the early days of T-mobile on principal alone. Absolute betrayal after committing in January to not bring back roaming.

  • HappyTepid Felix Michaux (@HappyTepid) reported

    @EE just FYI I’ll be leaving as soon as my contract is up due to the reintroduction of EU roaming fees. Awful decision.

  • jack9allen Jack Allen (@jack9allen) reported

    @EE @denkmit You also increased CPI by far more than inflation this year to “invest in the network” All take and NO give with EE. Invest your 2.6 billion profit in the network?

  • dmrobertson Daniel Robertson (@dmrobertson) reported

    @MartinSLewis Easy solution don’t renew with @EE

  • BaggiesRoger Roger Gould (@BaggiesRoger) reported

    @SteveW_Leave_EU @EE @O2 As the Government won’t let you leave it’s not an immediate issue.
