Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@ee While in the Glasgow Fort store today, I overheard one of the staff dealing with a customer with a broken phone. She went above and beyond to ensure that the man was aware of his options while allowing him to decide what he wanted to do. Excellent customer service! 👏👏

@EE I have DM you now. Btw, I am STILL waiting for my account to receive the full 200gb even though I was assured through EE chat on 2/11 that it would be done. Last week I called for an update and was told I’d be called back but still nothing. What is going on with your service?!?

@thfcsxn @England @EE ARGUABLY. Read what the experts say. A lot of them say kane and rice are the first 2 names on the team sheet. If you can't see what's in front of you, that's your own problem.
