Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@EE Hi Michael D. Thanks for the generic response. Please stop insulting your paying customers by fobbing them off "going to look into this" and actually do something about it. EE need to put out an official statement that they are aware of the issue and are working on it. -Dom

. @EE Hi. I brought an 4GEE WIFI MINI router and it worked great but after only 5 months I have started getting a red light on the signal bar. tried in multiple locations and tried resetting. any advice?

@EE Can we report this to the @ASA_UK as false advertising? I’m having to jump from Wi-Fi to Wi-Fi because I can’t use mobile data… and it seems there’s quite a few thousand other people with the exactly same problem! Sort it out @EE
