    @EE I cancelled a phone contract within days of taking it out yet I've been charged a full month plus, its still showing as being live on my account despite me confirming twice to an agent via chat. Can someone help please ?

    @EE I live in the middle of London. I'll get some of the worst performing broadband I think in the whole world from EE I absolutely love their mobile service they have the best fastest mobile service outright of any provider ever in the UK broadband sux.

    @EE After two lengthy chat sessions (on Saturday and Sunday) you're billing me £10.44 extra for a 'roam further' add-on which I'm still unable to use as I have "no service". Thanks for absolutely nothing. Very disappointing after more than a decade of using your network!

    @EE are you having trouble with the mobile app ? Cannot seem to log in ? Keep getting an error message saying to try and delete and re-install the app?

    @EE Hi Craig. USA. Roaming fully enabled on the device. Long chat sessions with two of your team who have apparently checked and / or reset everything, concluded that there's no problem and told me to switch my phone on and off lots of times. Still no service.

    @EE is there something up with login page, I can't get logged in keep on getting error message thought I might bee putting wrong password but updated that and still get "please try again later"
