Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@MarinaPurkiss @EE tell me about it, different supplier, I was going to London to a funeral last winter, on the day all trains cancelled. they refunded my journey to but not back? How could I come back if I never got there?????? Bureaucracy

@MarinaPurkiss @EE They are all at it. A solicitor charged my niece £180 to prepare a court report. Sent for her review, she pointed out a plethora of spelling mistakes. He billed her £75 to "amend" the document containing HIS errors.
