  @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

  Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

  @EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesn’t work
