@mouthwaite @EE Never would I use EE again, they are the worse network I have ever been with. Go all the way with this, I think it’s worth it

@kikigrenouille @EE @MarinaPurkiss and 'the' service, instead of 'our' service...more detachment from the fact that they caused this upset and refused to rectify it.

@mrchrisjohn @MarinaPurkiss @EE Problem with this is that if the company dispute it then the DD just gets taken off you again. Not saying it’s not worth a try, but so many people think this means customers are fully protected and they’re not at all.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE @EE also been a nightmare for my parents in their 80s. Wiring placed on neighbours side of the house so he’s complaining to them and bounced from one chat/phone call/ email etc and still no joy! Easy to sell to these 80 year olds but not so lucky on the customer service!

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I once had a £7K bill for data out of the blue. It happened the 1st month I switched over to them. I asked them to substantiate it. They said they didn't need too. Cut off my telephone lines until I paid it. Absolute Robbers ❌. Never again 😤

@EE @MarinaPurkiss No. She has not been left ‘feeling’ so let down by the service, she HAS been let down by the service. Please learn to make a proper apology, saying someone ‘feels’ something is at best no apology and at worst is passive aggressive. Do better EE. Much better.
