    @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

    @mouthwaite @EE Never would I use EE again, they are the worse network I have ever been with. Go all the way with this, I think itโ€™s worth it

    Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point Iโ€™ve had to end the call

    @EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

    @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

    @AnjaliS53393221 @EE Hi Anjali! We're sorry to hear that. Many of our customers are seeing that our website is blocked due to potential malicious activity. We have checked thoroughly for faults on our end and can't see anything that would call for us to have this flag. We have been talking to the EE technical team and haven't been able to progress or come to a resolution. @EE we would greatly appreciate some a deeper look into the reason so many of your customers are experiencing this issue - some of them have made contact but haven't been able to come to a resolution.

    @EE That's my whole point, there is no where to find any help. Every month I try to pay, and every month I get an error. No point sending me a generic message.

    @EE By way it is not me using EE. That's my mom+aunt, who's visiting. I do not use EE services. No funds to pay your service. And when I make some funds online to bank+buy food you are WiFi and cell tower signal blocking. I use home WiFi to earn mine fair + exodus England+U.K+B.I

    I just have to say, EE WiFi @EE IS THE SHITTEST FUCJING WIFI EVER TO EXIST. SKY HAS BETTER WIFI THAN YOU PAL. Iโ€™d rather **** in my hands and clap for an hour every day than go on record and say EE has decent WiFi. Honestly what does the owner do for a living ?

    @EE Your broadband service is horrendous. ยฃ120 per month for Internet and TV and if the Broadband doesn't work literally shuts everything down for hours at a time, horrendous.

    @tescomobile @EE It just seems to be everywhere, I have to rely on WiFi to be able to communicate with my phone. It just seems poor on a whole. ๐Ÿ˜•
