  @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

  Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

  @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

  What a joke @EE are. Applied for a phone last weekend. They took a deposit out of my bank account. They then decided on Monday to cancel my order. Still waiting for a refund. Surly the should ensure order goes through before taking a deposit. Don’t bother with them rip off

  @EE I did that the other day. I waited for 55 mins for said team to answer and got told I would have to wait 5-7 days for my money to go back onto my account. To contact the bank. Bank told me it’s down to ee to cancel the payment. Think of all the interest made holding funds
