Never in my life have I received such shocking service. @VodafoneUK @vodafoneservice my issue has been ongoing since November with no resolution, no contact that wasn’t first initiated by myself and no compensation. Hi @EE fancy yourself a new customer huns?👋🏻

@EE not had 4g since august 2020, bills still huge, customer service is shocking and overall shocking service. Avoid this network at all costs. Can’t wait till my contract is up even though u are in breach of yours! #EEFail

@EE price increase email received, ta. Why would you state the minuscule CPI rate of inflation (0.6%) instead of just saying “we are putting our loyal customer charges up by 4.5% - 7.5 times the CPI rate of inflation”! Say it how it is and don’t treat your customers as stupid!
