Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE Just the same reply. You can't recycle every part some bits will end up in landfill. Why destroy a perfectly working device? TalkTalk boxes and BT YouView boxes still work and don't get turned into a brick. #fail Give me a proper answer why you want to kill my TV BOX.

Well done @NOW 2 days of problems with sorting broadband & 2 days of you cancelling my package with 0 explanation. Called up to sort refund on delivery fee. 0 attempt by your staff to keep me, it’s bye from me. I’m off to @EE who clearly provided a better service.

@DavidKGrills @EE We're moving ... slowly ... to internet video calls, but my mother is still not comfortable with that, but she's perfectly happy chatting on the phone. So ... it's complicated, but there are reasons, and I'm *deeply* frustrated with the incredibly poor service from @EE.

@EE tried to phone your broadband team, apparently they are not available due to exceptional service, well not to me it isn’t how can i contact you before i just cancel and move to sky mobile and broadband?
