the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call
-
the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

🏈🇬🇧Richard🏴 ⚽ (@Rick_Snape) reported from Middleton, England@EE Are you doing any work in the LA3 area as I've been advised you've switched off my service?
-
@joebourne@mastodon.online (@JoeBourne) reported from Lancaster, EnglandAnyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).
-
Adam Wilcock (@AJwilcock23) reported from Middleton, England@EE just want to pass on how impressed I have been with a member of your staff called Simon Scullion. His customer service has been fantastic from start to finish.

-
Patrick Hölscher (@allnewtomorrow) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Who is virtue signalling? "But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings" Know what Paris now also has? Far superior bike infrastructure, in addition to their better mobile network buildout. Perhaps you should have countered 5G fears better when in government.
-
Adam Tranter (@adamtranter) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE They have bike lanes and crossings in France too. It’s a bit weird blaming them for the lack of signal in a privatised and for-profit mobile phone network.
-
Bloatee (@Bloatee1) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I don’t see the problem.
-
HomoAntiquus (@FelisMortRes) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Maybe the companies set their network for official population data, and real population number is waaay higher?
-
Pie1984Red (@Pie1984Red) reported@EE @TomTugendhat That’s embarrassing, London of all places having poor signal.
-
CharlesNF (@CharlesNF_no2) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 was so bad in Southampton that I moved to EE, which is a fair bit better. O2's 5G was even worse than its 4G.
-
Alex Jones (@dr_besty) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE EE had to replace their entire Huawei 5G core at great expense at the behest of your government, it put their network investment back by nearly a decade, I'd maybe sit this one out if I was you
-
Free Speech Highway (@Fr2962Free) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree with Tom on very little! However this is spot on! In parts of inner London EE signals are atrocious and despite checks that the area has a strong signal. They must do better or give customers some form of mobile signal booster.
-
Alun Morgan (@Broomrig) reported@EE I seriously doubt it works for anyone. Please do as I have asked and log a fault on your network in NE65. I’m not the only one experiencing problems, the area Facebook page has many similar reports.
-
George Nick Gorzynski (@g30r93g) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE coverage means nothing if signal strength is so abysmal the network becomes unusable
