Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE Just wanted to say I had absolutely outstanding customer service from someone called Aeron (not sure if that's the right spelling!)in your Newcastle call centre last night. Very patient, knowledgeable and kind. An asset to your company.

@EE I wanted to stop one of my 2 phone numbers. As I was having issues getting through to 150, so decided to visit a store. Happened to be in city centre so popped in the high street branch. I requested for number termination. The 3 team member wer chatting among themselves.

The sooner my EE contract ends the better. Sick of the agents on the chat support talking to you like you’re stupid then basically calling you a liar about texts you have apparently received. The customer service is shocking @EE

@MarcAllera @EE I have been with ee for 10 years this year and I am treated abhorrently at your Strand store. I am paying for something and not receiving what I have paid for. I am trying to resolve the issue and the Store manager Rob is not being helpful.
