    @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point Iโ€™ve had to end the call

    Laura at @EE said she would call back at 4pm Tuesday 16th June 2026, I can't call as EE send a text with a code and the link won't open CoPilot says its BT's dreadful computer software, the issue is when BT took over.

    If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/reciving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.

    @EE I have a repair booked for Monday however I know the fault to not be able to be done in store I need a guarantee that ill be offered a loan phone as I will still be paying for your service how can I do that please.

    @EE Hi, for the last few days my broadband has had intermittent access. Not helpful when trying to work from home. I've tried resetting it but it doesn't seem to help

    Hey @EE, I upgraded & your team failed to re-apply my spend cap, causing a ยฃ160 roaming bill. When I called to sort your mistake, your advisor said I had "no proof" & hung up. As someone with health conditions, this treatment is a total breach of @Ofcom care duties. Fix it.

    One mast serves the entire area and when that goes down, they then cannot get approval from the landowner to repair said infrastructure and you are lucky if you have one bar of signal. @EE get it sorted!!

    @EE Ee customer service is very poor we have trouble with our Internet for months tried to contact ee today record message or test rubbish service still taking our money

    @EE A 30 yr customer is having their account access and line suspended for ยฃ 22 connections unresolved complaints open closed within 24hrs Resolution required.
