Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE sent my phone off to be fixed with a battery charging issue and they've damaged the screen and said they can't fix it under warranty, the screen was in perfect condition Is there someone who can resolve this please

I swear if BT WiFi don't stop invading my phone it's gonna send me over the edge. I don't know if it's on them or @oppo or @EE but whoever it is needs to sort it out. Clicking on Do Not Use This Network should be all I need, it's an infection!

@EE Hello, could you please provide me with an update on the signal issue, I’m in the LA1 postcode area, I can make and receive calls but the person at the other end can’t hear me, I also can’t receive any emails unless I am connected to Wi-Fi, this has been going on since Friday
