    @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point Iโ€™ve had to end the call

    @EE just want to pass on how impressed I have been with a member of your staff called Simon Scullion. His customer service has been fantastic from start to finish.

    @EE I spoke to your under trained business customer service, who said my line was cut off for non payment on October 11th yet the direct debit was not due to be collected till the 24th of that month, so that doesn't add up does it.

    @EE again absolute shocking service from EE ordered additional handset for my bussiness over 4 days ago, no order confirmation, when I ring CS passed through multiple departments which results in automated message saying that are too busy to speak to anyone. EE are a joke really

    @bmstewart2004 @EE are no different. I get a message to extend my contract when it ends in November with "great offers" but I'll be paying ยฃ3 more per month through the app (currently ยฃ49.99/mo). They want me to "contact customer services" to talk about it but no, I shouldn't have to. I can wait until my contract ends, then go through my Zable Credit Card and take advantage of the same speeds, etc for ยฃ25/mo. You want to retain your customer vase, EE should offer the same prices as "new customers" on the app. Which is where we are told to do all our business.

    @EE The EE app doesn't seem to be able to be downloaded on my non-British phone. I tried the number again and it's just saying not available. Bank is doing a charge back at this point since you can't help me.

    @O2 Nah.. itโ€™s ok.. Iโ€™ve had enough! Today I switched to @EE after being your customer for around 20 years! Your customers deserve MUCH MUCH better and itโ€™s not just the signal! Itโ€™s just about everything! While in the store two more people switched over as well.. Iโ€™d say you guys are in big trouble!
