@EE What a waste of time. Told me there was a fault and they're normally fixed in 4 hours. But we've had no Internet since Sunday. Appreciate it won't be a EE issue, more an open reach issue, but we need to know when it's coming back

@EE Oh for the days when I could dial your number, speak to a person who actually helped & hang up as a satisfied customer. Today’s experience was dire🤬 sent from pillar to post, kept hanging for 30 minutes then the phone went dead. Then you ask for a review????

@EE I've had to go to Supermarket WiFi system to look at your links. I'm currently updating my banking etc sitting in Morrisons as I still can't use phone at home until around 9.30pm. Last time I checked, no issues in this area. Struggling even with calls. £11.50 a month for this!.

@EE pls fix the automated pay and go service. doesn't connect, lags when it connects then when trying to remove content lock it doesnt enter secure mode.

@CooperativeBank hi i just cancelled a @EE direct debit but as i never gave them permission in the 1st place and you wont pick up the phone how do i ask you not to let them or anyone else set up another dd without my permission. Not great for my security allowing them to do that
