@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

@EE As I predicted I’m still on the phone right now with your team trying to figure out where my order is. Line has been busy all day. Only got through just now and sat through 15 mins upsell of your monthly and broadband service. Still don’t know where my order is.

@EE Only anyone who has no clue about customer service would send my wife a survey about their performance when on the advice of the call centre we had to resort to her submitting a complaint about the appalling customer service!! EE Deal with my wife's complaint first!!

@EE Hi, Can I just say I've just had the worst phone conversation I've had in a long time with your call centre, and all I wanted to do was enter a voucher. I suffer from anxiety and this sort of thing stresses me out. Please sort this out. Thank you.
