@EE I needed to add data to my myfi for the first time yesterday and did it over the phone. I said would £30 get me 120gb and was told yes but seems I’ve only got 60gb. Can someone help?

@EE I think I have found the cause of the problem. I have been sending photos for a course using the 4g on my phone. I take it sending photos using 4g costs extra?

@EE Sadly not, they can't progress the repair, can't return my device to me, and can't give me a loan device. I think I'm just going to have to cancel contract and get a new device with someone else.

@EE I’ve already sent messages over I am sure you can see them I have just been told sorry nothing we can do and no you can’t cancel your 5 contacts as it’s in our T and Cs that your phone may not work! It hasn’t worked at my home area since 24th November!

@EE been a loyal PAYG customer on a weekly renew for over 6 years and built up my boosts. Now told weekly no longer available - have to go monthly. What a swizz to only offer 1 week of boost to last a month meaning I would pay more but get less. Where is your loyalty to me now?

How do I log into my account when it's asking for verification code.. and don't have that number anymore its asking me for a code plus can't change it, the number without having the old one, and @TikTokSupport are awful support team, need a UK account.. hello? @EE

@EE I'm traveling in Chile, I've paid for call roaming, and my new iphone 13 just says no service. There appears to be no way of contacting you without phoning which means I am stuck.
