    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point Iโ€™ve had to end the call

    @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE very disappointed with you, tried to renew my broadband contract with you today in the shop & 3 customer service agents hung up on the staff. We tried to speak direct to you, same again you hung up. Perhaps you donโ€™t want to give me the deal advertised on your app & website?

    @EE @Hepworthclare This is not just EE but all phone companies, which is ironic but it's just impossible to get through to anyone. You get stuck in a queue for thirty minutes, it's just ridiculous. My message to every service company is PLEASE sort your call centres out and employ more people.

    @EE I transferred my phone to another provider, you sent me a refund cheque, and have now sent me a bill for what looks like a whole month. I am confused please help. I left with about 14 days on the contract so how can I owe a whole month? And why refund then ask for money?

    So let me understand this I can pay ยฃ40 to @Starlink and get 100mbps while today I pay ยฃ36.99 to @EE for up to 30mbps and their choppy broadband with weekly texts about issues in my area? Bye bye @EE

    And now campaign limit reached wasnt when I first started trying @EE , dont worry this wont be forgotten on contract renewal especially with the crap signal I've had to suffer all week and the intermittent broadband

    @EE Not looking good for EE either, only 6 days in, it goes off completely, even restarting fails to show the Wi-Fi network name for me to even connect to, either its a problem with OpenReach or your Router

    @EE hello, I was sold EE by BT 2 years ago and have had no reception since then so I canโ€™t phone you. I had a text saying my contract ends 6/8, just requested PAC and says works from 29/8. Please help or tell me how I can get help but canโ€™t phone. Thanks

    @EE - Been going through problems with @EE for weeks, your transition to digital landlines is shambolic. The newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline still doesn't work. Told you'll need to order landline again, awaiting further call Mon, Aug 10th. Appalling service!

    @EE can you please inform me why BBC and ITV wonโ€™t work on my TV? By far the worse TV and internet provider I have ever dealt with. Never again.
