Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

Switching back to @EE from @bt_uk Mobile, and surprise surprise. BT refusing to transfer my number. I am ******* sick of this, been fighting to get this done since 11am. EE understand and want to help, BT couldn't give a flying ****.

@EE we’re trying to get a new PAC code after the first expired. We got told that this had been escalated and when ringing for an update the phone number is no longer recognised. Any help please?

Nah @EE you are actually jokers. First i come in store to cancel my contract, told i cant and to call 150. Call 150, sit on hold for 15 mins to he hung up on?!

@abdullahm3211 @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, You can message “syncunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

@EE I have been locked out of my account for two weeks,. I spoke to customer services back then and I was advised to give it a day or two. I am still locked out and customer service times are in excess of 10 minutes. My account has been hacked twice in the past year. Why noi 2FA?

@Tolkien_32Years @MarcAllera @EE I did not get a response from Mr Allera when I sent reports to him about his staff hurting disabled people. So I doubt he cares about you either. I’m going to be campaigning in 2023 to get EE to treat disabled people better. I wish all those wronged by EE a happier 2023.

@EE hi, I removed the SIM card from my phone earlier and I’ve had no service since putting it back in. I’ve tried every online guide to try and resolve with no success and I don’t have signal to call 150. Please help!
