Adam Wilcock (@AJwilcock23) reported from Middleton, England@EE just want to pass on how impressed I have been with a member of your staff called Simon Scullion. His customer service has been fantastic from start to finish.
-
the_bearded_courier ๐บ๐ฆ (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point Iโve had to end the call

the_bearded_courier ๐บ๐ฆ (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

Jim Fogarty (@64Jimfogarty) reported@EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra ยฃ10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful

New customers? ยฃ28 for first year, 35 from May 27, 41 from May 28. 2yr deal would be ยฃ769. Me? ยฃ2040 if I change nowt. 'Special' retention deal was ยฃ1941. Shocking difference. @MartinSLewis

Jon Techilovsky (@jontechilovsky) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's funny how when the private sector is doing something well it's solely down to them, but when the private sector performs badly it's the government's fault. BT(EE) made a profit of ยฃ1 billion last year. There is nothing stopping them using those funds to improve coverage.

Perhaps you'll be able to tether onto some of these, just be aware of spoofs!
