    @EE hi! I upgraded my account last night via my mobile app and now it keeps crashing when I try to login. I'm guessing this is normal while the account transfers over? And if so do you know how long it lasts? Thanks!

    @EE @EE Can you recommend a network that dont go out of service 5 times a month? Can you recommend a genuine reliable network, that dont false advertise? Can you recommend a helpful network who really helps there customers? Can you recommend a network who is not so ignorant?

    @EE the status of my Samsung S21 Ultra 5G 256GB Silver pre order hasn't been updated in over a week. I don't have a expected delivery date either. Will I still receive it tomorrow or is there a delay? I know that many others are having the same issue. #S21Ultra #samsungs21

    @EE I've been with EE for several years and am wanting to upgrade but the upgrade deals are terrible . Worse than new customer and I found much better EE deals with other companies. Will you at least match those deals?

    @EE this is ridiculous. 7days of no to very little signal. I am not paying £100 a month to not use a mobile. Friends are able to get credit on their phones due to this issue, but OH NO YOU WONT CREDIT ME for having the same issues. Thats DISCRIMINATION...i would like credit too..

    Between @EE and @OpenreachHelp you need to sort my girlfriends broadband issues ASAP or were taking legal action. Nearly 3 months since she first moved in and ordered broadband from you & still hasn't worked. Pathetic service from the pair of you. Disgrace
