    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

    @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE @gjo2405 Hello EE. If EE identified a network fault related to a domestic VoIP landline on Friday 12th June, how long would it take to fix? Also, what is the average 'wait' time to get through to your 'fault' team when dialling 150 from an EE VoIP landline, please?

    @ee Why do you make it so hard to report a fault? Your mobile network in NE65 has been atrocious for the past few days. I have a business account with you and am currently unable to work. Please log the fault and restore service.

    @EE Thank you for sending a newer improved router but why is it so hard sending the old one back. Qr code not working and now got to try the post office tomorrow.

    Laura at @EE said she would call back at 4pm Tuesday 16th June 2026, I can't call as EE send a text with a code and the link won't open CoPilot says its BT's dreadful computer software, the issue is when BT took over.

    @EE I’m not ‘having a spot of bother’ as you put it, I’ve got no internet- no TV, Alexa or Heating control - and no help from EE (so far)

    @EE @Anarchy_Jim Trying to get around rural Italy when this went down, luckily after an hour we found a spot with wifi. Now to figure out how we contact our Airbnb without any network cover :) awful

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.
