@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE what’s happened to you? Used to be one of the best but now less than mediocre service. Your phone network has been awful at best for months now and the whole country’s broadband is now down too. Sort it out or I will take my custom somewhere else! #EEdown

Looks like the broadband "@EE" I use is down almos every where in the UK, that's kinda annoying, my internet is like never down. donno when it will be back might have to wait till 7-9am ish

@KatInChains @EE Its a rly unstable service where i am, it cuts out every few ours for a few seconds or is just insanely slow, and goes down for a while so often. Its a piss take

hey @EE , I know its real early in the morning, but maybe having a more visible tab with outage issues and timings of resolving it will be better than absolutely no news of a near nationwide outage at all. just something going forward.
