Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

today ee told me that them charging me £495 was not their fault, but the fault of the external company they work with, and theres nothing they can do. @EE sort it before you never get a penny from me again.

@EE @fatedfox No, I only tend to get these issues when I need connectivity to fix client's faults remotely. Or at home. ATM I'm on the A38, if I'd stopped at the services when I get to the M1, I know there I'd be showing 180-230 down and 90ish up.

@EE Your 5G is pretty close to useless. I my Z3 Fold says 5G. It is as slow as 3g so a waste of money. #Slow5g

@EE hi can you check if there is any better deals you can offer me please for my broadband as bern offered a very good deal with virgin and now I’ve finished my contract I’d be potentially looking to cancel if it can’t be offered cheaper

I’m paying for a network but ur telling me to use Wi-Fi calling as a resolution? @EE are you gonna compensate my BT bill. Ur not ok. Soon cancel my contract with u lot 😷

@LivWojniak @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

@EE once again I have received terrible service from yourself ordered iPhone 14 pro last Wednesday told it would be here Thursday…..nothing arrived called Thursday night told it would be Monday it’s now Monday no tracking details or anything called to see when it will be
