    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @Masai_Williams @EE I'm in one of their advertised 5g areas, and speedtest can't even connect to the server to get a speed reading. They tell me to use broadband, but I don't pay for 5g internet to be restricted to WiFi! They're the most expensive network by far too!

    @EE I don't want to change the settings Suzie, just turn the thing on or off! A very simple thing with many other networks, inc the network I just left to come to you guys. What an embarrassment for EE.

    been a customer of @EE since December 2015. They aren’t prepared to help apart from suggesting changing my contract which will stress me out as I will lose my share SIMs so you have lost me as a customer @EE.

    @EE Yes it was. Previous version SE to iPhone 13. Daughter had an SE and transferring to latest SE and no issues with time, WhatsApp or passwords not transferring.

    @EE Letting your customers make changes to their plan without telling them it’s going to result in a total service pause is incredibly negligent. It’s *crazy* that your technicians can’t undo the changes that I, a total dumbass, am making without any real context.

    @EE my SIM card doesn't work. I've been on hold for the last 20 mins to support. If I was order a replacement online could I get the £1.50 refunded? I know it's faulty as the chips fallen off
