    @EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

    @EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

    Even call me?! The thing too is I had literally immediately sent a text asking if I could plug the wifi into my inlaw’s apartment below mine that has a broadband box and he never replied! @EE this is just not fair and I just want broadband. I’ve been messed with long enough now.

    @EE I’ve been on hold nearly 2 hours to reactivate my SIM. I’ve been told I cannot do it without calling. Took 90 mins to get through yesterday too. Can you help please!

    Yet more fiasco with @ee turns out you think that consumer law doesn’t apply to you. Wouldn’t replace a broken product even though @Apple said it was through no fault of my own. It’s less than two years old. Been a customer for 10 years. Not for much longer.

    @EE Tried to cancel the order but there's the phone number to call. Last night I tried to contact via the BSL interpreter service but couldn't get thru. I'm not keen to waste time on hold. I paid for this order but you've made it impossible for me to do anything about it. Not happy.

    Hi @EE - customer suggestion: please could you start accepting your old wifi internet units in store for responsible recycling? You offer a postal option but dropping in-store would be easier and encourage more to do so, not to mention less carbon-intensive! #recycling #ewaste

    @EE a month ago I booked an appointment to have a mobile landline fitted into my top floor apartment, the guy refused to do it and was very hostile towards me. Yesterday a new guy came, took one look and then said he’d “go look outside to see the situation” and never- (1/?)

    @EE still no network (calls and data) here in N. Ireland BT37 its been 4 days now what's going on?
