    @EE Why is it so hard to get a simple SIM card? This isn't what I do BUT... I have gone out of my way to help this guy.. I have wasted enough of my time. I ended up buying a SIM from #wilkos if they can sell them, why can't you?

    @EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

    @EE why do you make it so hard. Long-standing MOBILE customer. Longer BB customer. Trying to upgrade to ultrafast Fiber. Salesperson takes 30 minutes to quote and then decides they’ve quoted me a student price that I never asked for. Is it really that hard?

    @EE is there any current issues around the Bristol area with home broadband? It went down around 12am and somewhat came back around 2/3am but has been running slow ever since. I’m talking dialup slow. Have reset/off on router multiple times.

    @EE just had a very unpleasant call from one of your employees trying to pressure me in to a sale. He was very rude and has definitely convinced me to never become an EE customer.

    Hello @ee. I live in a great 5G area and have an iPhone12 Pro with latest IOS. However, haven’t had 5G signal for over a week. Is this a network or phone issue?

    @EE, waited over an hour and half in store today trying to upgrade my iphone, only to be told that the ‘trade in portal’ was down and it was not possible to upgrade today. Please can I speak to customer services as I believe this to be a waste of my time

    @EE I’ve been told this several times and then told when I do there’s nothing that can be done just got to wait and hope shocking service apparently if the order is done in store you can’t track progress so anyone thinking of buying a phone do t support your local store
