Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE Hi! Any idea why our compensation (broadband down for a week) isn't showing on our account? Our latest bill is reduced by £5 yet we were told we'd have £30odd in compensation (5 days worth) this happened in Oct and we've already had to chase it up several times..

@EE All I wanted over Xmas was 12 days of consistent signal coverage but then again bit hard when the UKs number 1 network has not provided it to me since August 20121
