Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@wynneevans @skytv Service levels across these multinationals vary , whilst I have my fallings out with @EE now and then , they will always recognise loyalty , have been a customer since the Orange days , never changed

@EE Yeah I did it through the Samsung website evertime I contacted them I get either "can you confirm the delivery address" or " sorry for the delay we are experiencing technical problems" the latter hardly reassuring from a tech company.

@EE I'm not struggling nor do I need help but to hike up the price like that after a 2 year lockdown and people losing their jobs etc is horrendous. You're a MULTI-BILLION £company. Do better.
