@EE customer service is a bit lacking. I ordered an upgrade a week ago. I was told the phone could take 7 days. It's 7 days and the tracking status is still "order confirmed". So I phoned. Wish I hadn't. Monumentally bored person tells me that the order number 1/

Coming up to a week now with no EE for BN2 !! @EE what's going on and how do we get compensation for this loss of service provision that we pay for? Seems every couple of months it goes. Last time July but the length of this outage is ridiculous.

So @SamsungUK release the fold phones but apparently @EE will never have these in store 😳. Think it's time to start looking around for a new provider and maybe a different phone.
