@EE Your app doesn’t let me login and keeps telling me it doesn’t recognise username/password. I can login to your website with the same credentials without issue. Removed the app and reinstalled it, same issue. App version 4.48.0 on iOS 14.3.

@EE Thanks for that Casey. I may call after going into town shortly for shopping to see what they say. IF (as the number has been used since the ex left in Sept 2019) could be arranged to be either dropped or lowered asap, then you could keep this very loyal customer for the upgrade

@EE I have a EE sim only plan so was wondering if I just buy a new handset obviously on the same network would I just simply need to put the sim card into the new phone with no issues?
