  • bearded_courier
    the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

  • JoeBourne
@joebourne@mastodon.online (@JoeBourne) reported from Lancaster, England

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

  • bearded_courier
    the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

  • Rick_Snape
    🏈🇬🇧Richard🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 ⚽ (@Rick_Snape) reported from Middleton, England

@EE Are you doing any work in the LA3 area as I've been advised you've switched off my service?

  • AJwilcock23
Adam Wilcock (@AJwilcock23) reported from Middleton, England

@EE just want to pass on how impressed I have been with a member of your staff called Simon Scullion. His customer service has been fantastic from start to finish.

@EE Contract is up, 27 year customer, prices are ridiculous now (up to 4x competitors). How do I go about leaving?

  • SuzJamieson
    Suz Jamieson 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@SuzJamieson) reported

@EE Fair enough - is there a customer support email address you can point me in the direction of? I point blank refuse to sit and listen to a recording telling me how busy you are for 40 minutes.

  • jochen_roeder
    Jochen Roeder (@jochen_roeder) reported

@Birduder344 @EE Customer loyalty is dead, it's not something that is valued or gets rewarded. No matter the issue, be it mobile phone contracts, electricity, ... a "loyal" customer will get punished. It's become sadly necessary to take the shortest contracts possible and change providers often.

  • HeratiksMusic
    HERATIKS (@HeratiksMusic) reported

@EE assuming we can bin our contracts because you're not fulfilling your end of the contract by the utter dogshit signal we get after numerous complaints about it and nothing getting done about it?

  • kevparfitt
    Kev (@kevparfitt) reported

@DPDUkHelp44 Can you explain why it is considered acceptable for your delivery drivers to falsely report a failed delivery attempt for my @EE parcel? I have been at home all afternoon waiting for this, yet your driver has lied about an attempt that never happened?

  • Ollie_Stokes27
    Ollie Stokes (@Ollie_Stokes27) reported

@EE I have spent considerable time attempting to resolve this matter through @EE customer service and complaints channels. I was given clear assurances had been handled but EE have not acted on their advisors agreements and gone against agreements received by EE representatives.#EE

  • DerekAllan61
    Derek (@DerekAllan61) reported

@Martinscott1967 @EE Piss poor customer service PLUS the phone in question is still on the website for order, utterly incompetent

  • PIXX3L5
    PIX (@PIXX3L5) reported

@Ofcom Could you help direct me in the correct path. @EE sold me contract which as been billed incorrectly for 5 months since I been with them, 1 hour calls each month to get them to add credit and not fix the issue. Endless managers and complaints and it's making me ill.

  • Birduder344
    Birduder344 (@Birduder344) reported

Goodbye @EE it was nice knowing you. Maybe you need to think a bit more about customer loyalty and also change your strapline to: EE We could but we won't

@OniSuika @EE How many people do you think you’ll be turning off of EE that aren’t already in the replies looking to complain to people that can’t help? You think people will see that you’re having an issue, that’s logged are any less likely to be put off than those claiming overcharging?
