    @EE 3 times now I have tried to upgrade my phone online after being told I was eligible to upgrade. Went through whole order process and had a message saying order confirmation and would receive email confirming order. Never received email and never received a phone. Why ? !!!!!

    @EE Yes, did speak, it seems the engineers are now only doing emergency work and not upgrades so yesterday's no-show appointment knocked back to mid March...maybe fourth time lucky, eh? 😕
