@NoContextBrits After a really painful and long exchange of messages with @EE (where they clearly told me that they are absolving themselves to provide me a decent service),they asked me how likely I'll refer them to my friends/family? My answer was 0. Never heard from them again! The audacity!

@EE how do I speak to someone on a online chat? I’ve had 3 conversations with people now explaining that my SIM card is saying no service and every time we get 30 minutes into a call to solve it… the phone cuts out!It’s really important I get this phone on! It’s my works phone!

I’ve been an @EE customer for years. Winter offer for an upgrade was originally £60 upfront reduced to £0 so I upgraded my daughters phone. You charged me £60, then refunded it, charged me £60 again and now in to get a refund I have to prove to you that was your own discount 🤬
