Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

It is very obvious what the fault is with my service: the hub is faulty - and constantly badgering on about channels etc is an insult. Anyone had luck before or am I forced to go complaints?

Clare Hepworth OBE (@Hepworthclare) reported@akaMrsO @Hlrybuck @EE The people in my local ee shop are very nice. But They are so laid back -they're almost supine. BT owns EE - and they are just as bad. I am not comfortable in this digital age. Bring back carrier pigeons, morse code, proper telephones, the abacus and television with 3 Channels.

We have checked thoroughly for faults on our end and can't see anything that would call for us to have this flag. We have been talking to the EE technical team and haven't been able to progress or come to a resolution. @EE we would greatly appreciate some a deeper look into the reason so many of your customers are experiencing this issue - some of them have made contact but haven't been able to come to a resolution.
