    @mhughesuk @EE The app eSIM download is broken and it’s honestly pathetic, I was told to either get a QR code pack or go into a shop to get it fixed, waste of paper if you ask me

    @sihoughton @EE It’s got everything to do with it. They are doing it because they no longer have concessions in the EU. Like there’s no EU Medical insurance so if some idiot breaks their leg in Benidorm there’s no insurance and it will cost a fortune.

    @EE Thank you Craig. Unfortunately I’ve already been told there’s no real idea when it will arrive. It’s more the issue it was confirmed on my tracker “ready for dispatch” and arriving 24th, then it all went wrong meaning folk who ordered this week have theirs and mines MIA

    Had nothing but problems after taking a phone out with @EE , contanst chasing them, wrong billing amount, and all sorts 😫😫😫 defo will never be taking a contract out with them again

    @ThreeUK The best time of the week (more likely month if lucky) will be when my Three 4g broadband is finally working... still no word from Three as to what the issue is and how long its going to take. Friends on @EE on the other hand have had regular updates containing actual info!

    @EE I recently upgraded to an iPad Pro yesterday and wasn’t able at the time of order to add a pencil to my plan. I have tried numerous times today and the operator who I spoke to a moment ago said he can’t add it to plan as he’s part of the upgrades team. Can someone help me???
