Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

After being a victim of crime here is the list of institutions who were useless: The Police - didn't turn up when they said they would. The Bank - couldn't get through & had to cancel my cards instead Useful: Passers by who came to my aid esp Joel @EE in Brixton esp Rugeyro

@EE Yes, my Internet goes down for the duration. Once the DSL has resynced and the lights comes on all is fine again.
