@EE I get a My Place update about 'engineering problems at Exton (Somerset) most weeks. Are there any plans to just replace the transmitter, and get it sorted once and for all? I used to be able to use my phone in the house, now it's one or two places in the garden.

@EE I would be careful making derogatory comments about other networks. Three are admittedly poor in some areas. But they have MASSIVE expansion plans which includes 700mHz on 4G unlike EE. Three will be turning things around in the next few months and whilst EE are good they...

@EE this company is a nightmare to deal with. Added btsport on as my smart benefit a week ago, still not working with ID003 error. Call up and say they can’t help because accounts in my mums name but how can she sort anything when deaf? Wouldn’t recommend at all and no one helps
