-
LynLawrenson (@PCCNS_Lyn) reported from Pilling, England@EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service
-
the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call
-
Richard Blackburn (@RPBlackburn) reported from Fleetwood, EnglandWell looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?
-
ollie harris (@abioliem) reported from Fleetwood, England@mouthwaite @EE Never would I use EE again, they are the worse network I have ever been with. Go all the way with this, I think it’s worth it
-
@joebourne@mastodon.online (@JoeBourne) reported from Lancaster, EnglandAnyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).
-
Steve gorrie (@steve_gorrie) reported from Fleetwood, EnglandCome on @EE , no internet service in poulton le fylde for three days now!!!!😡

Jordan (@JordanKing1512) reported from Fleetwood, England@EE hi my 4g has been terrible the last couple of weeks only get 2/4 bars where ever I am. Can you help me please
-
the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

BrawdyHawk (@BrawdyHawk) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Never mind, once the new uber Embassy at Royal Mint Court is up & running there will be many more Cells popping up & coming on stream to help with harvesting all the data whizzing around our Capital. Perhaps you'll be able to tether onto some of these, just be aware of spoofs!
-
Paul Welters (@PaulWelters) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE That's private enterprise for you Tom: promises investment, better cheaper service than the state could provide but trips over its own boots failing bigly However, as you surely know, mobile phone signals in La France Profonde, despite it being 6 times as big as UK, are fine.
-
SuMu⛈ (@sumuhardy) reported@EE might actually be the worst network, charged me £20 for calls that never went through and won’t allow me to make calls via WiFi
-
Lord Runcible (@SonOfRuncible) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Those poor people of Dulwich, what did they do to deserve that.
-
Ben Jenkins (@benjenkins_ldn) reported@EE I’ve called to get my PAC. 9 years of loyalty destroyed. Shocking how careless you were with my account and the serious consequences of your actions have had on me. Can you direct me to how I provide a formal complaint?
-
what the dickens? (@MitziStaff77788) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE We used to be able to work in France. Then your **** government took that away from us. So sit ******** down and shut ******** up. This **** is all your fault.
-
Maggie (@RealToffeeCelt) reported@EE @TomTugendhat It’s the same across the UK. I can’t drive from Glasgow to Edinburgh on the motorway without having calls/meetings cut off at three different points. Many parts of Glasgow have patchy coverage and in every hospital I’ve worked in across central Scotland (9) you can’t get a signal
-
Max Wilson (@waxwellmilson) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very stupid post. The reason we don’t have better signal in Dulwich (where I live) is because the NIMBYs opposed putting in a small signal tower which would have boostedg the coverage. As a result, a small dead zone around College Road exists.
-
james (@mhh02) reported@EE my 5G is running at 0.8mbps how can it be so slow, I nog had it over about 2 in weeks and sometimes we get no internet
-
Hugies (@HughEdw54983916) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.
