I was on a very basic phone contract that they wanted £20.00 per month for when you can get exactly the same deal on the EE network for less that a fiver. Just goes to show how greedy they all are.

I've tried to contact live chat in the app but it won't put me through when I ask to speak to an agent. Help please

Never ever had any issues with the company and only in some remote places have I had poor signal but never completely zilch. @EE you're doing good by me.
