@EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@EE I have been having ongoing problems with my phone for weeks now. Calls dropping/weak signal/no access to internet when out. My phone is a vital lifeline as I have Young Onset Parkinson’s. Local store no help other than telling me I need to pay for potential repairs if found ?

@EE BT sold you to me as solution for tethering my phone&laptop, thus avoiding me buying their dongle. The phone you sold me via BT says I can't turn off both SIMS, thus the phone downloaded stuff I'd not have downloaded at that time, forcing me to spend what I didn't need to.
