@PhilPinfold @EE agreed. I have a 14.4% increase after being a customer since the year dot. My pay rise will not be 14.4%. Or even 4.4%.

@EE why can't I make any calls? I have heard you are putting prices up by 15% and I can't make calls! I've been in touch a few weeks ago saying I've had a poor signal, random cut outs and you say it's work on the masts. I'm starting to consider moving after years of loyalty.

@EE ok so technically this percentage is reflective of the increase you need to make to continue providing services and expanding etc., yes? so why is this also being applied to the device side of my plan when that's not required for you to provide the network? as much as I... 1/2

@EE I am fairly new to EE. I have 5 connection/phone lines on my account. We have suffered with service disruptions twice in the last two months. This is something never happened to us when we were with @VodafoneUK I should not be penalised leaving EE to switch to another network.
