    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

    @nofixedrange @EE Well personally I get 30% discount, so the contract usually costs about £200 more than buying from apple direct but I have a 2 year plan included, EE are quite generous for existing customer discounts.

    My old number which is connected to a sim card I don't have anymore do you get, and how is @EE going to be able to help because they can't recover my old number which I had to change by the police after being s victim of abuse etc! Police protection @TikTokSupport

    @EE it’s been fun trying to swap to u. An awful call application with the offer being sent to the wrong number, a failed credit search despite independently reviewed and found ‘excellent’ and the final insult - a cut a paste email saying we won’t review. Well **** you too #EE

    It’s 2022, I live in Bournemouth and I have to stand in my garden to get an @EE signal to be able to use my phone and my @virginmedia broadband goes down at least once or twice a week! I had better internet connection in Vietnam 5 years ago!!

    There saying to contact @EE when it's not anything to do with my phone provider. They just need to change my phone number so I can change my password, or give me an automated password so I can log into my main account, absolutely stupid @TikTokSupport what part of I can't access
