Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@EE I pay a a roaming fee while I'm in the US, plus my usual (quite expensive monthly charges), but I keep losing my wifi connection while I'm out and about. I can't get an answer when I call and your app seems to be down. Help please.

@EE Hi, accidentally ordered a 20gb additional line sim card as well as a 160gb one online, is there away to cancel as the 20gb sim is not needed and was purchased by accident
