Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@EE Not very good from the company who claims to have the best network in the uk. I can’t get 3G where I live without trouble and now there is no service at all. If you're really sorry, we will be refunded. Not offers or discounts. After all we pay you enough to recieve a service 😠

@EE Network coverage terrible here and can't get the wifi calling to work either. Even the 'keep me posted' form didn't work for me. How does so much stuff stop at the same time?
