Come on @EE , no internet service in poulton le fylde for three days now!!!!😡

  • bearded_courier the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

  • abioliem ollie harris (@abioliem) reported from Fleetwood, England

@mouthwaite @EE Never would I use EE again, they are the worse network I have ever been with. Go all the way with this, I think it’s worth it

  • JoeBourne @joebourne@mastodon.online (@JoeBourne) reported from Lancaster, England

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

  • JordanKing1512 Jordan (@JordanKing1512) reported from Fleetwood, England

@EE hi my 4g has been terrible the last couple of weeks only get 2/4 bars where ever I am. Can you help me please

  • AJwilcock23 Adam Wilcock (@AJwilcock23) reported from Middleton, England

@EE just want to pass on how impressed I have been with a member of your staff called Simon Scullion. His customer service has been fantastic from start to finish.

  • Rick_Snape 🏈🇬🇧Richard🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 ⚽ (@Rick_Snape) reported from Middleton, England

@EE Are you doing any work in the LA3 area as I've been advised you've switched off my service?

  • bearded_courier the_bearded_courier 🇺🇦 (@bearded_courier) reported from Halton, England

@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

  • RPBlackburn Richard Blackburn (@RPBlackburn) reported from Fleetwood, England

Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

  • PCCNS_Lyn LynLawrenson (@PCCNS_Lyn) reported from Pilling, England

@EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

  • chris_soup75 Chris campbell (@chris_soup75) reported

@EE Ok. I’m merely griping at the huge hike but the mention of networks. It’s been absolutely shocking here of late, unconnectable calls & non existent data. I’ve been seeing a lot of ‘E’ in the right of my phone. I’d be able to stomach the hike if the service was too notch….

  • WhiskyWithMolly WhiskyWithMolly 🇺🇦 (@WhiskyWithMolly) reported

@jeffwhisky24 @EE Buy a phone outright. Expensive to start off but I now never pay more than £8 a month for my phone.

  • sandracw66 Sandracw (@sandracw66) reported

@EE I'm using a data pack to give me a signal in work, I was supposed to get 5gb from the 24th Jan, I had a text on the 9th to say my 2gb was up, how can I get my 3gb Owed? Thanks

  • pickles0303 Shaun Pickles (@pickles0303) reported

@EE any problems in the ol7 area? My signal seems weak

  • ailsadudley ailsa dudley (@ailsadudley) reported

@EE can someone please please please help me! I’ve tried for two days now to get online from St Lucia and despite spending lots of money calling customer service still not able to do anything unless on Wi-Fi

  • BelvedereVicar Simon Archer (@BelvedereVicar) reported

@scott_m_me @EE That’s really interesting, I hadn’t thought of that. The contract is part service, part payment for the phone, so the increase is actually huge as the cost of the phone is in the past, I’m just paying it off. So it’s more like a 30-50% increase.

  • jdgwright Jim Wright (@jdgwright) reported

@sportingintel @EE You want high-speed, seamless connectivity. Guess what - you have to pay for it! Mobile bills have been unsustainably low for far too long - the companies have to get a return in the investment that their customer base, and today’s interconnected world, demands

  • cjb2412 GunnerCB (@cjb2412) reported

@mrogers01 @EE Yes but they have to raise their prices due to inflation and to make sure they can offer the best signal 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

  • DJDEX6 DJ DEX (official since 1986)🇺🇦 (@DJDEX6) reported from Swindon, England

@EE Yet the signal in our area is awful. Multiple drop-outs. No signal. So more money for an ever decreasing service.

  • GreyWingUK GreyWing (@GreyWingUK) reported

@EE Your new customer service system is very poor. Turned what was once a straight forward experience into a complicated process with no benefit to the customer. Feels like a new system built to fob people off. I'll be out when my contract is up.
