@O2 with no wifi available at badminton horse trials all week in a field I have been really disappointed I have no signal and have to piggy of my friends on @EE who have had full signal all week !! Been with you a long time but time for change ????

Hey @EE it's impossible to speak to anyone about technical issues with my phone. The signal since upgrading my contract to 5g has been terrible. It doesn't seem worth the money. Can someone contact me please?

@EE my mum went into you’re Dorking store to ask for some help with her new iPhone & because she’s not a customer with you the staff refused to help her then stood there laughing at her, she may not be a customer but she didn’t deserve that!! Your staff were arrogant & nasty
