@EE if there is a problem with the network why haven’t you sent a text out saying there is a problem you are very quick to send a marketing text out but not a customer service text #EE

@EE stop claiming that WiFi calling isn’t effected by this outage. It is, and has been since about 1pm. Update your information, or better still get the issue fixed!
