All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

This problem is above your agent's pay grade, in fact I don't understand why you have a customer service.

I hate the system we have to plough through just to get a civil answer to a problem these days. They call it progress I’d call it regress.
