@EE Well this is what they replied with: As an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) and not an MNO (Mobile Network Operator), we do not own the network and some features such as texting all shortcode numbers

@EE The link ask me to verify. Tells me my password is wrong. Despite just logging in. I change my password. Use that new Password. Told it’s wrong. Try again and now I’m locked out for 15 mins. Great start. constant issues trying to login to EE account

@EE absolutely not sorry your company literally has ruined my credit score and has got the debt collectors coming for me even though what had occurred was a mistake on YOUR SIDE. i will never ever join this company again
