    Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

    @mouthwaite @EE Never would I use EE again, they are the worse network I have ever been with. Go all the way with this, I think it’s worth it

    @EE just want to pass on how impressed I have been with a member of your staff called Simon Scullion. His customer service has been fantastic from start to finish.

    @EE @EE hi EE I've been trying to get in touch. I upgraded my phone on 24th November but would like to change the handset (as I've noticed deficiencies already such as glitching / and delayed responsiveness). It's within 14 days notice, can you help with what I should do next?

    @EE Eventually- had to speak to two different departments, as one person couldn’t deal with the call- disjointed communication to make it easier for business to deal with, unfortunately not customer centric.

    @EE why won’t my phone work in Ireland? All my settings are to roaming. I’ve added the ROÍ £5 a month thing on. It’s been 48 hours. I’ve turned it on and off. I have 0 signal it’s like my phone is dead

    @EE customer service are an absolute was of time, why give me an email address when you don’t get a reply even after 3 weeks, my WiFi is crap keeps going off, had engineers out and they say nothing is wrong, customer service said my router is in the wrong place within the house.
