@EE WC2R1JA. All London West End is bad and has been since I upgraded to 5G. I was told it was much better with more a capacity for calls and data. We are in a lockdown with hardly anyone around and it’s very bad.

@EE I would like to upgrade my phone. I’ve tried calling twice one said i need a password so I got it and called back. The next person said there isn’t a password on the account, and I’d have to do it online. I want to do it over the phone cause I have questions. Can you help? 🙃

@nicolebailey_xo @EE Do you have WiFi-assist turned on in settings under mobile data? If you do turn that off & that will help as this has happened to me before & ee have told me to do that as WiFi-assist uses your data when your WiFi signal goes a bit weak
