Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@mouthwaite @EE Never would I use EE again, they are the worse network I have ever been with. Go all the way with this, I think it’s worth it

@EE tells me they are going to put the price up again, I knew once the dreadful @BT got involved their service will go down the pan. I ave no option but to leave them after about 20 yrs or so, I use very little of my minutes/data,will go to @SkyUK can carry unused over

@EE I appreciate that, I’d prefer visiting store as can get feel of device but if I’m honest I’m going to consider options whether I stick with EE especially as I’ve been loyal customer for a number of years or cease contract and move elsewhere. Thanks for your response 👍

@EE I have been trying for 3 days to contact you via 150 and other telephone call methods/numbers and it’s not working. Are you having a problem? The chat feature is also not available on the app or website.

Dear @EE . Kindest, most polite of suggestions. If a paying customer needs to make a claim for a stolen phone. Perhaps suggesting calling a number isn't the best port of call? Perhaps suggesting 'asking to borrow your partner's phone' also doesn't work? I live with my dog.

And once again it's good old @OpenreachHelp again! Hooray! @EE can't tell us when they'll get it fixed or give any other updates at all. So we can expect this to go on a few more weeks whilst still paying for the non existent service 😠

@EE is your 150 and 360 not working? Calling to try and pay a bill and both just cut off saying "call ended".
