@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call

  • comeflywithlee_ Lee 🇬🇧🛫 (@comeflywithlee_) reported

@JSS779 @EE I'd suggest getting in E-sim just for non Europe roaming. I use @GoRoamless which is actually US based I believe. Works a treat when i'm out of the EU.

  • DuncanGilm41333 Duncan Gilmour (@DuncanGilm41333) reported

@JSS779 @EE I have always found, at least in the USA, when using a roaming deal, you slip down the priority list behind the American network subscribers. It’s the same with both EE and Three.
