@EE no idea who votes you the best network, but the way customer services deals with customers is disgusting, all I wanted was my contact terminated, but have been left with hanging to end the call and still being tied in to you, with what seems little way of leaving.

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

@EE I’m done with this network. I am running down my contract and leaving. Taking all my 5 lines else where. Every time “call failed” “I can’t hear you”. I call them up and the auto response “sorry we have work going on t your location’.. really???

@EE Hi, I was using Firefox, but the same happened with chrome. I eventually rang 150 this morning and Lewis at the call centre managed to get the upgrade through on EE's side. He said he'd seen the problem before. All sorted now. New phone tomorrow! Yay!

@EE hey 👋 I’m looking at coming back to your network from O2. If I order a phone and sim online how would I go about using the pac code I’ll request to transfer my number? Also I’m looking at Galaxy S21 Ultra but says dispatched within 7 days any reason for this? Thanks

@TigTibbsy @EE I have a similar issue in that my phone regularly connects to the Isle of Man service but thankfully I don’t get charges for it because it’s included in roaming

@EE How about sorting my mother's signal problems out and calling her back when promised and providing the service as described in the contact for the 81 pounds you take of me every month for her contract
